移动式海上基础(MOB)由一些装有自推进装置的半潜式模块相连组成,能为货运机以及直升机提供起降、导航、维护和军需品供给。MOB的概念设计中存在一些关键技术问题有待研究。连接系统的设计就是其中之一。本文介绍了5种MOB的概念设计,并以McDemott MOB连接器为例,介绍了连接器设计准则的发展以及相应连接器设计的改进,列举了一些连接器载荷的计算方法。 相似文献

Spar technology has been applied to the deep-sea oil and gas exploitation for several years.From the first generation of classic spar,the spar platform has developed into the second generation of truss spar and the latest cell spar.Owing to its favorable adaptability to wide range of water depth and benign motion performances,spar has aroused quite a lot of interests from oil companies,universities and research institutes.In the present paper,a new cell-truss spar concept,put forward by the State Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering(SKLOE)at Shanghai Jiao Tong University,is studied both numerically and experimentally.The numerical simulation was conducted by means of nonlinear time-domain fully coupled analysis,and its results were compared to the experimental data.Whereafter,detailed analysis was carried out to obtain the global performances of the new spar concept.Proposals for the improvement of numerical calculation and experimental technique were tabled meanwhile. 相似文献

A Mobile Offshore Base (MOB) is a multi-purpose logistics base, which can be stationed in coastal or international waters. In the conceptual design of the MOB, attention should be paid to the dynamic responses of the inter-module connectors because tremendous loads occur in the connectors. In this paper, a study on dynamic responses of the MOB connectors is carried out by use of the Rigid Module Flexible Connector (RMFC) model which assumes that the module stiffness is significantly larger than that of the connector. In the analysis, the connector is modeled as a linear spring, which restricts relative translations but allows for relative rotations of modules. The 3-D source distribution method is adopted to determine the hydrodynamic forces of the modules, and the hydrodynamic interaction between modules is taken into account. 围绕钢悬链线立管(SCR)与海床的相互作用,在水箱内开展三维试验研究,研究在不同模拟运动激励下SCR触地点的应力状态。针对当前模拟试验中,全尺寸试验耗资巨大,且试验环境难以控制,缩尺试验大多模拟立管二维运动等现状,提出一套简单易行的三维管土作用试验装置,通过横向、纵向、垂向三个方向轨道位置的合理布置,使得立管可在单向、二维耦合和三个方向同时运动,对模型立管的顶端、底端的边界条件进行处理,通过驱动器在顶端施加位移,模拟在周期运动作用下,立管触地区与土的相互作用,在三维空间内研究立管的力学特性。由此指导立管的整体设计与分析,对保证SCR在深水油气开采中的安全可靠性,具有非常重要的意义。 相似文献

Wave-Induced Loads on Very Large FPSOs at Restricted Water Depth 总被引:10,自引:2,他引:10
The effects of water depth on the wave-induced vertical bending moment and shearing force on a very large FPSO are studied by experiments and computations for regular and irregular waves. The restricted water depth composite Green function is employed to develop a program for the computation of the hydrodynamic coefficients of the very large FPSO at shallow water. A thrce-segment model with 1 : 100 scale is tested in the State Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University for the verification of the nmnerical method. The experimental and computational results show that the water depth has a substantial effect on wave-induced loads. The wave-induced vertical loads increase with the decrease of water depth for shallow water. Especially, for ultra-shallow water these loads increase very evidently with the decrease of water depth. The long-term prediction values of wave-induced vertical loads increase with the decrease of the ratio of water depth to draught. The long-term prediction values of wave-induced vertical loads are about 8% larger than those for deep water when the ratio of water depth to draught is 3.0. However, water depth hardly affects the longterm prediction values of wave-induced loads when the ratio of water depth to draught is larger than 5.0. 相似文献
