地质学领域科研人员参与科普：现状调查与促进建议

地质学领域科研人员参与科普对地质学科发展、科普高质量发展和经济社会发展有着重要的推动作用。调查结果显示,大多数地质学领域科研人员认可科普的作用和意义,愿意积极参与科普活动。然而,保障力度不够、传播渠道不畅、科普内容不深入、科普能力不均衡问题相对突出。增强地质科研单位科普责任意识,强化相关科协和学会的职能,加强晋升激励、奖酬激励及考核激励体系建设,加大地质科普技能培训和经验交流,引导地质科研人员提升科普能力,是促进地质学领域科研人员参与科普的关键。  相似文献

由于合理有效地选择分割阈值较难,因此基于阈值分割的道路信息提取方法对于遥感影像中含有多种类型道路、或非道路地物干扰比较明显的情况适用性不理想。为此,提出了一种将Mean Shift和阈值分割相结合的方法来提取道路信息。首先,采用Mean Shift方法对遥感影像进行平滑处理,在较好地保持道路边缘信息的同时使道路内部的纹理分布更加均匀;其次,对平滑处理后的影像进行Mean Shift分割处理,将具有相同或相似灰度值的道路用一种灰度值显示;然后,选择灰度直方图中像素数量值高的线所对应的灰度值作为分割区间边界点进行多阈值分割,得到初始道路信息;最后,对初始道路信息进行后处理,得到最终的道路信息。实验证明,该方法可以完成对遥感影像中道路信息的提取,拓宽了阈值分割方法提取道路信息的使用范围。  相似文献

利用1961—2008年陕西78个气象站夏季 (6—8月) 降水资料、NCEP/NCAR位势高度场和风场月平均再分析资料,采用合成及相关分析方法探讨ENSO发展和衰减阶段对陕西夏季降水异常的影响,以期为陕西夏季降水的气候预测提供线索和依据。结果表明:陕西夏季降水异常对ENSO发展和衰减阶段的响应存在显著差异,El Ni?o发展阶段和La Ni?a衰减阶段,陕西夏季降水偏少; El Ni?o衰减阶段和La Ni?a发展阶段,陕西夏季降水偏多; ENSO不同阶段对陕西7月降水影响最为显著。比较而言,El Ni?o事件对陕西夏季降水的影响更加显著。在El Ni?o衰减、La Ni?a发展阶段,西太平洋副热带高压偏强、偏西,东亚夏季风偏弱,而在El Ni?o发展、La Ni?a衰减阶段,西太平洋副热带高压偏弱、偏东,东亚夏季风偏强,El Ni?o过程对东亚夏季风强弱的影响更加显著。ENSO发展和衰减阶段通过影响大气环流变化和东亚夏季风的强弱,进而影响陕西夏季降水。  相似文献

In order to estimate the biodegradation of three polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) compounds, bacterial strains were isolated from marine sediments in three heavily contaminated sites (Yuandang Lake, Dongdu Port and Aquacultural zones in Maluan Bay) in Xiamen Western Sea. The results show three bacterial strains, which used pyrene as the sole carbon source, were identified as strains of Aureobacterium sp.,Arthrobacter sp., Rhodococcus sp. The PAH-degrading bacteria isolated had a strong ability to degrade phenanhrene, fluoranthene and pyrene at different degradation rates. The highest degradation rate was observed when three PAH compounds were mixed with an individual strain in the medium. The three PAHs were degraded after one week with a degradation rate of 89.94 % for phenanthrene and 93.4 % for both of fluoranthene and pyrene.In addition, after 25 days of incubation, the degradation rate was 99.98 % for phenanthrene and 99.97 % for both of fluoranthene and pyrene. Optical density was measured to estimate bacterial growth during the degradation of PAHs. Highest levels of bacterial growth were observed with a three PAH mixture in the culture, suggesting that the concentration of PAHs influenced bacterial growth and the highest levels of degradation for most series were detected after one week of incubation.  相似文献

Alkaline phosphatase activity (APA) and the availability of dissolved organic phosphorus (DOP) to marine algae were determined in Xiamen Bay and in algal batch culture systems. Results showed that APA changed with seasons, increasing to the highest value in summer and decreasing to the lowest in autumn and spring in Xiamen Bay. Tests on natural populations of planktonic algae and bacteria community showed that algae were mostly responsible for DOP utilization, while bacteria could not take up DOP compounds. Results from algal batch cultures also supported the above conclusion. Relationships between APA and environmental factors indicated that APA was negatively correlated with phosphorus level such as phosphate and small molecular DOP, and APA played an important role in utilization of DOP by algae. All the results emphasized the ecological significance of DOP in subtropical coastal waters.  相似文献
