根据2010年5月至2010年10月每月对青木关地下河河水的监测数据,利用15N同位素技术并结合水化学指标,分析地下河的水化学特征以及硝态氮来源的时空变化特征。结果表明,地下河出口丁家龙洞硝态氮浓度(5.077mg/L)比入口天池硝态氮浓度(0.842mg/L)高6倍多。入口天池处地下河河水硝态氮浓度比较低,δ15N浓度变化范围为-7.0475‰~+7.059‰,变化幅度不大,说明该点的氮污染较低,地下水受外界影响较小,污水和粪便不是主要的δ15N来源。出口丁家龙洞处的δ15N浓度变化范围在-21.453‰~+37.825‰,总体浓度高且变化幅度大,受上游养猪场粪便直接排入及降水影响较大。 相似文献

The relative contribution of chemosynthesis in heterotrophic fauna at seeps is known to be influenced by depth and by habitat. Using stable isotopes of carbon and nitrogen, we investigated macro‐ and megafaunal nutritional patterns in Norwegian margin cold seeps by comparing food webs both among habitats within a seep site and between different sites. The very active Håkon Mosby mud volcano (HMMV) is characterized by geochemical gradients, microbial activity and faunal zonation from the centre to the periphery. The Storegga Slide (600–900 m depth) has pockmarks with patchy less active seeps, and also shows concentric zonation of habitats but at much smaller spatial scale. The dominant carbon source for macrofaunal nutrition in both areas was chemosynthetically fixed and the bulk of organic carbon was derived from sulphur‐oxidizing bacteria. In HMMV, food chains were clearly separated according to habitats, with significantly lighter δ13C signatures on microbial mats and adjacent sediment (?33.06 to ?50.62‰) than in siboglinid fields (?19.83 to ?35.03‰). Mixing model outputs revealed that the contribution of methane‐derived carbon was small in siboglinid fields (0–17%) but significant (39–61%) in the microbial mats. Moreover, the variability of macrofauna signatures within this later habitat suggests the co‐occurrence of two food chains, one based on primary production via methanotrophy and the other via sulphide oxidation. The length of the food chains also varied among habitats, with at least one more trophic level in the siboglinid fields located at the periphery of the volcano. Conversely, in Storrega pockmarks, faunal δ13C signatures did not vary among habitats but among species, although separate food chains seem to co‐occur. The small size of the seepage areas and their lower fluxes compared to HMMV allow more background species to penetrate the seep area, increasing the range of δ15N and the trophic level number. Probably due to the higher flux of photosynthetic particulate organic carbon, the overall chemosynthesis‐based carbon contribution in invertebrate nutrition was lower than that in HMMV. 相似文献

利用2003年大洋DY105-12,14航次在中太平洋海山获取的KXD28富钴结壳样品,采用气相色谱(GC)内标法对该结壳样品的分层样进行了可溶有机质(氯仿沥青“A”)及其族组成(饱和烃、芳烃、非烃)、正构烷烃、类异戊二烯烃的定量分析,并结合总有机碳(TOC)及有机碳同位素(δ13C)分析,探讨了结壳样品有机质来源及富钴结壳组成与生长环境之间的关系。结果表明:(1)富钴结壳中有机质生物母源主要为海洋生物和菌藻类,并混有少量陆源物质;有机碳同位素同样也指示了海洋水生生物碳同位素特征;(2)KXD28结壳从底层到最外层有机碳同位素发生了很大变化,结壳中有机碳同位素组成变化与结壳生长过程中的海洋环境气候相符合:富钴结壳生长前期δ13C组成由正变负,对应全球气候变冷,南极底层流向太平洋挺进;而富钴结壳生长后期δ13C逐渐偏正,与全球气候变暖和南极底层流萎缩相关联。 相似文献

为了阐释钼催化作用下的煤成气碳同位素演化特征和机理,采用在原煤中添加单质钼的方式,开展催化生气模拟试验,测定模拟系列气样的单体烷烃气碳同位素组成,并对其演化规律和模式进行探讨.结果表明:无论加钼与否,模拟气甲烷碳同位素组成(δ(13C1))均以镜质组反射率1.1%为界分为演化趋势截然相反的2个阶段,乙烷碳同位素组成(δ(13C2))不存在明显的演化阶段性,但加钼煤样δ(13C2)由在较低成熟度阶段重于原煤样变为在较高成熟度阶段轻于原煤样;加钼条件下,模拟烷烃气呈现出正碳同位素系列,δ(13C1)为(-25~-45)×10-3,δ(13C2)重于-29×10-3,表明钼催化成因气属于有机热成因气范畴.对比模拟烷烃气碳同位素组成与镜质组反射率之间的关系,发现模拟烷烃气碳同位素组成演化规律与前人模式有所不同.加钼煤样的不同单体烷烃气碳同位素组成随有机质成熟度变化速率的不同而不同,指示生气作用在钼催化作用下得到增强,这一效应在裂解气生成过程中更为显著;加钼煤样δ(13C2)在较高成熟度条件下轻于原煤样δ(13C2)的原因可能在于钼催化效应促进了煤中壳质组裂解生气. 相似文献

西藏南木林普洛岗岩体锆石定年和Hf同位素特征及其地质意义 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
对冈底斯中段南木林县普洛岗乡花岗岩岩体进行了原位锆石LA-ICP-MS U-Pb定年和Hf同位素分析。2个花岗岩样品加权平均年龄分别为(44.3±1.1)和(44.5±1.1) Ma,代表该岩体的岩浆结晶年龄为始新世。岩石地球化学资料显示,花岗岩SiO2质量分数为60.53%~65.28%,K2O+Na2O质量分数为6.53%~7.98%,Al2O3质量分数为15.52%~16.13%,铝饱和指数为0.86~0.91,属于准铝质高钾钙碱性系列花岗岩类。花岗岩轻稀土元素相对较富集,具有明显的Eu负异常,微量元素中亏损Nb、Ta、Ti和富集Rb、Th、U、Pb。锆石Hf同位素初始比值εHf(t)值为8.8~11.1,176Hf/177Hf 为0.282 994~0.283 060,Hf同位素地壳模式年龄为422~557 Ma,反映了其岩浆来源于新生地壳物质的部分熔融。普洛岗乡花岗岩的形成与新特提斯洋向北俯冲、俯冲板片折返断离有关。 相似文献

单个流体包裹体同位素是研究特定成岩成矿(藏)阶段古流体成因和来源最有效的方法之一,在矿床、油气、地质流体和大地构造演化动力学等多个领域具有十分重要的用途。但是,目前还没有成熟的分析单个流体包裹体同位素的方法。文中在对目前国内外流体包裹体分析技术总结分析基础上,认为激光拉曼光谱是一项可以分析单个流体包裹体同位素的最有效方法,国外在该领域已经开展了许多创新性的研究工作,并取得了一些重要进展。对激光拉曼光谱分析单个流体包裹体同位素的原理和可行性进行了分析论证,提出通过对已知比值的同位素标准物质拉曼光谱测试和研究,在确定稳定同位素分子的拉曼参数和实验条件等基础上,可以建立起单个流体包裹体稳定同位素激光拉曼测试方法,从而改变目前只能依靠分析群体包裹体同位素来示踪古流体成因和来源的局限性和不确定性。 相似文献

The ecological consequences of grassland afforestation in arid/semiarid sandy regions are not well known with respect to tree species and stand age. The present study quantifies the changes in above- and belowground carbon (C) stocks following afforestation in the southeastern Keerqin Sandy Lands with species of Mongolian pine and poplar. We studied 15-, 24-, and 30-year-old Mongolian pine plantations, 7-, 11-, and 15-year-old poplar plantations, and adjacent grasslands. The results show that total ecosystem C stocks increased following grassland afforestation. Aboveground C stocks increased at a rate of 2.75 Mg C ha−1 yr−1 in the poplar plantations, and 1.06 Mg C ha−1 yr−1 in the Mongolian pine plantations. Mineral soil C stocks decreased during the early stage of forest establishment, but recovered with increasing stand age. Root C stock increased significantly in the Mongolian pine plantations, but the poplar plantations showed no such increase relative to the grassland. Our results indicate that afforestation of the grassland in the southeastern Keerqin Sandy Lands would sequester more C than would continuous grassland. Tree species selection and stand developmental age should be considered in planning future afforestation projects. 相似文献

Detailed stratigraphic analyses of sediments deposited in Lake Botjärnen, a small boreal forest lake in the shield terrain of central Sweden, clearly reflect progressively increasing human impact on terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems following settlement and establishment of an iron industry in the 17th century. Rising frequencies of pollen and spores from light-demanding plants provide evidence of extensive forest clearance for charcoal and timber production, which peaked in the early 20th century. An associated increase in catchment erosion is reflected by changing carbon and nitrogen elemental content and carbon–isotope composition of sediment organic matter and by increased magnetic susceptibility of the sediments. Records of air-borne pollutants (lead, zinc and sulphur) can be correlated to the development of local and regional mining and metal industry as inferred from historical accounts. Rapid recession of the iron industry led to re-forestation and recovery of the aquatic nutrient status to pre-industrial conditions over the past 100 years. The chronology of the sediment succession, which is based on 210Pb and 137Cs radionuclide data in combination with radiocarbon dating, is confirmed by historical lead pollution trends established for the region. 相似文献

We used elemental carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and hydrogen ratios (C/N, N/P and H/C) with total organic carbon (TOC) and
total phosphorus (TP) as well as stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes (δ13C and δ15N) to investigate the source and depositional conditions of organic matter in sediments from Zeekoevlei, the largest freshwater
lake in South Africa. Typical C/N (10–12), H/C ratios (≥1.7) and δ13Corganic values (−22 to −19‰) together with the increase in TOC concentration indicate elevated primary productivity in lower middle
(18–22 cm) and top (0–8 cm) sections of the sediment cores. Seepage of nutrients from a nearby waste water treatment plant,
rapid urbanization and heavily fertilized farming in the catchments are responsible for the increased productivity. Consistent
with this, measured δ15Norganic values (∼11‰) indicate increased raw sewage input towards the top-section of the core. Although cyanobacterial blooms are
evident from the low δ15N values (∼3‰) in mid-section of the core, they did not outnumber the phytoplankton population. Low N/P ratio (∼0) and high
TP (100–2,200 mg l−1) support cyanobacterial growth under N limited condition, and insignificant input of macrophytes towards the organic matter
pool. Dredging in 1983, caused sub-aerial exposure of the suspended and surface sediments, and affected organic matter preservation
