本研究采用生物信息学方法分析比较了黑鲷、真鲷及其两种杂交子代基因编码区(Coding sequence.CDS)中微卫星序列(简单重复序列.SSR)的分布规律及密码子偏好性。结果表明:(1)黑鲷、真鲷及其两种杂交子代微卫星序列均以三碱基重复类型为主,其次为二碱基重复,片段长度大多数在12—20bp之间。(2)黑鲷与反交(黑鲷♀×真鲷♂)在三、五碱基中优势基元类型相同,真鲷与正交(真鲷♀×黑鲷♂)在三碱基中优势基元类型相同,而黑鲷与正交在四碱基中优势基元类型相同。(3) UUC、UAC等28个密码子为黑鲷、真鲷及其两种杂交子代基因编码区的偏好性密码子,偏爱使用以C或G结尾的密码子,且第三位密码子碱基的GC含量(GC3s)均高于基因编码区平均GC含量。(4)真鲷与正交的密码子使用的偏好性相似,一定程度上说明黑鲷、真鲷杂交子代偏母系遗传。分析结果将为研究鲷科鱼类微卫星标记、研究其群体遗传多样性、构建转基因表达系统和开展分子遗传育种提供理论基础。  相似文献

The seasonal fluctuation of the plasmodia ofMyxobolus gibelioi Wu et Wang, 1982 in the gill filaments of the allogynogenetic gibel carpCarassius auratus gibelio (Bloch) in a fish pond in Hubei Province of China was investigated from August 1999 to July 2000. A total of 445 fish was examined; the overall prevalence of the plasmodium infection in the fish was 64.94% and mean abundance of plasmodia was 11.65±27.85 (mean±SD). Significant seasonal changes in prevalence and mean abundance, with higher levels of the plasmodia infection from late spring to autumn, were observed. Marine environments require monitoring to determine the effects of impacts such as climate change, coastal development and pollution and also to assess the effectiveness of conservation measures. Marine protected areas (MPAs) are being established globally and require periodic monitoring to determine whether their objectives are being met. Baited underwater video systems are becoming a popular method for monitoring change within protected fish populations, because they are less damaging to habitats than bottom trawling and allow for more statistical powerful comparisons to determine spatial and temporal patterns in the relative abundances, lengths and biomass of demersal and pelagic fishes. However, much remains uncertain about how interactions between the fish and bait and between the fish themselves affect the results obtained. Agonistic behaviours are frequently observed around the bait of the camera and potentially bias fish density estimates by altering the number and size classes seen at cameras. Here we counted the number of agonistic behaviours between pink snappers (Pagrus auratus), the size of fish involved and whether the fish left the field of view following such behaviours. The study consisted of 20 baited underwater video deployments inside a New Zealand marine reserve and 20 in adjacent open areas. We observed a significant relationship between the peak number of fish observed at the camera and the total number of agonistic behaviours, as well as the number of both aggressor and subordinate fish leaving the camera field of view following interactions. The slope of the latter relationship and thus the absolute numbers of fish leaving were higher for subordinate fish. As subordinates were significantly smaller than aggressors, the apparent size frequency distribution is likely skewed away from smaller size classes. The staying time of the fish and thus the maximum number of fish present at the camera will be reduced by agonistic behaviours and the absolute magnitude of this effect appears to be greater at high fish densities. Our results suggest that an overall effect of these phenomena is to underestimate the differences in abundance between MPAs and open areas, but also to overestimate differences in average size.  相似文献

Many fish species rely on estuarine nursery habitats as they transition to adult life stages. Quantifying nursery value, however, requires identification of the life stages (often small and short-lived) that utilise nursery habitats, and survey methods that provide comparable estimates across habitats. We focused our surveys on post-settlement snapper (Chrysophrys auratus) using video camera deployments across habitats within a northeastern New Zealand harbour. Post-settlement snapper abundance was higher among structured habitat types relative to bare sediments, with the type of structured habitat not influential. The exception appeared to be for reef habitat (although sampling was limited). Reef sites were structurally complex, but largely inhabited by older life stages (snapper and other fish species). Overall, nursery value for snapper appears to be connected to structure, rather than structure type. This result emphasises the importance of a broadened scope to coastal fishery management, one that incorporates not just fish extraction, but also habitat maintenance or restoration.  相似文献

于1984—1985年应用PEG(聚乙二醇)浸泡不同发育时期的金鱼卵子,运用UV(紫外线)辐射卵子植物性半球卵质,进行尾鳍发育实验。结果表明,两种处理方法均可以导致双尾鳍金鱼变成单尾鳍鱼。在5%—18%PEG溶液中浸泡96h,单尾鳍形成率为16%—83.3%;UV辐射10—20min,单尾形成率为40%—66.7%。作者认为,是PEG和UV影响卵子中某些细胞质而诱导金鱼产生单尾鳍的。为此,可以提出一个假说,即金鱼卵子中存着一种调控物质,这种物质一旦被损伤、切除,便导致单尾鳍的形成。此种物质位于植物性半球之中,它随着胚胎的发育而流向胚盘。实验表明,性状的表达为细胞质所控制。  相似文献

The habitat characteristics and spatial segregation of the two common gobies Gobius fallax Sarato, 1889 and Gobius auratus Risso, 1810 were investigated by fish frequency and abundance estimates through visual counts in the northern Adriatic Sea. The latter species is represented by a recently described, unusual colour morph in the northern Adriatic Sea. Gobius fallax was observed at five of the nine locations examined and its abundance did not differ between two of three transect locations at Piran (Slovenia) and at the western coast of Cres (Kvarner region, Croatia). Gobius auratus was not found in the Gulf of Trieste but was present at several Kvarner locations, and co‐occurred with G. fallax at one location at Cres. Both inhabit rocky substrates but they show different preferences for substrate inclinations and bathymetric segregation. Gobius fallax was most frequent between 2 and 8 m depth and was most abundant on substrate inclining less than 30°. Its highest abundance over entire transects was 0.3 indiv.·m?2 but within certain transect sections this increased to 1.25 indiv.·m?2. Gobius auratus attained its highest abundance in depths below 8 m and at substrate inclinations between 30 and 90°. This species attained its highest values at the western coast of Cres, where it reached a maximum of 1.5 indiv.·m?2 over entire transects but even up to 3.0 indiv.·m?2 in certain transect sections. At Krk, the maximum abundance over entire transects was only 0.3 indiv.·m?2.  相似文献

利用40条随机引物对淇河鲫种群进行了RAPD扫描,并与彭泽鲫、普通野鲫鱼进行了比较;共有31条引物有扩增产物,扩增的DNA片段长度在250~1000bp之间;引物S42、S50和S184对三种群的扩增产物有显著差异,可作为其分子遗传标记。用10条引物对10尾淇河鲫鱼的遗传多样性进行了分析,其平均遗传相似率为0.782。  相似文献

本文通过分析鲫鱼血清生化成分含量的变化,研究Cu对鲫鱼的致毒效应。试验结果表明,(1)血清Na^+,Cl^-含量随Cu浓度的升高而增加,在水中Cu浓度为3.91μmol/L时达到最大值,而血清K^+不受Cu影响。(2)血清胆固醇,球蛋白含量和GOT,ALP酶活性均在Cu浓度为0.78μmol/L时达到最高值,若再增加Cu浓度,血清胆固醇,球蛋白含量有所下降,但仍高于对照组,而GOT,ALP酶活性却  相似文献

研究张家口坝上两个规格高背型鲫鱼在不同温度下的耗氧率和临界窒息点.结果显示:在水温24.9~33.0℃条件下,体长76.13±4.66 mm、体质量7.56±1.48 g 的小规格鱼24 h 平均耗氧量为0.220±0.087 mg/(尾·h),耗氧率为0.029±0.012 mg/(g·h),窒息点为0.03 mg/L;在水温12.4~13.4℃条件下,体长153.00±6.66 mm,体质量53.43±6.59 g 的大规格鱼24 h 平均耗氧量为0.506±0.145 mg/(尾·h),耗氧率为0.010±0.003 mg/(g·h),窒息点为0.02 mg/L.高背鲫鱼耗氧率存在明显的昼夜变化,昼间高于夜间,并在7:00-9:00、15:00-17:00出现两个高峰.该鱼窒息点极低,在溶解氧较低的环境下仍能存活,并且达到窒息点的耗时与水温密切相关  相似文献
