种子胎生是红树植物典型的适应特征之一。本研究以胎生红树植物桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)花蕾、种子和胚轴为材料,研究了胎生发育过程中繁殖体内源性脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA3)、可溶性糖和淀粉含量的动态变化。结果表明:ABA含量在胎生发育过程中呈现先降低后升高的显著变化,即在种子形成前的花蕾期最高\[(1.86±0.07) μg/g\],在种子期达到最低值\[(0.75±0.07) μg/g\],然后随种子萌发逐渐回升;GA3含量则呈现相反的变化趋势,先升高后降低,即在种子期最高\[(12.60±0.05 )μg/g\],然后随种子萌发逐渐降低\[(1.97±0.05) μg/g\];繁殖体可溶性糖含量随发育进程先升高后降低,在种子萌发早期达到最高值;淀粉含量始终呈现增加的趋势,并在种子萌发晚期达到最高值。在胎生过程中,桐花树繁殖器官的内源性ABA和GA3含量以及可溶性糖和淀粉含量的动态变化表明,ABA和GA3通过对糖代谢的综合调控作用可能是红树植物胎生的重要机制之一。  相似文献

不同强度的电场处理沙生植物油蒿(Artemisia ordosica Krash)种子,在毛乌素沙地自然环境下研究电场作用后其根系碳水化合物,叶片水分和渗透调节物随气温下降的变化。结果表明:电场强度为2.0 kV.cm-1、3.5 kV.cm-1和4.5 kV.cm-1时,地温降到零下摄氏度时,其根系碳水化合物和可溶性蛋白质含量增加;气温降到零下10℃左右时,叶片相对含水量、自由水和淀粉含量下降,束缚水、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量增加。  相似文献

Species ranges are often represented using polygons, with the attendant issues that they show uniform ranges with abrupt boundaries and can overestimate species ranges. We demonstrate that such uniform species ranges can be supplemented by mapping the gradational variation in species turnover across a landscape. Directional variation in species turnover for 15 skink species (Reptilia: Scincidae) and topographic and climatic turnover in south-eastern Australia were measured using directional moving window analyses, rotated through 360°. The resultant species turnover maps were compared with published polygon range maps for two species within the group (Liopholis whitii and L. inornata). We also assessed how the relationships between species and environmental turnover varied in areas of low or high species turnover. Continuous transitions between distinct areas of low and high species turnover were mapped. Low turnover comprised only 19% of the L. whitii polygon species range within the study area extent. These low turnover areas were more densely populated by L. whitii (67% of observations), whereas areas of medium to high turnover contained substantially fewer observations (25%). Regions with the highest species turnover contained only 6% of observations. L. inornata observations were also clustered in low species turnover areas. Averaged climatic and elevation values were higher in low-turnover areas despite their close adjacency to high-turnover zones. The environmental turnover in low species turnover regions was also lower than in high-turnover areas. Correlations between environmental turnover and low species turnover areas were positive, whereas the opposite relationship applied in high species turnover areas. We identified both abrupt and gradual distributional breaks between separate reptile assemblages; an example of the latter is located in the Hunter Valley in the south-eastern coastal region. This break has been mapped using solid, uniform lines in species ranges and thus implicitly as an abrupt break. Environmental conditions may be more favourable to skinks in low-turnover areas. Since L. whitii and other skink species have very large populations in low-turnover areas, other squamate species may also be more likely to occur in these areas. This has potential implications for conservation prioritisation. The turnover maps used here can supplement the information provided about reptile distributions by the equivalent polygon ranges. This approach can be applied to point occurrence data for any taxonomic group or any similar georeferenced diversity data set.  相似文献

以初始体质量(8.77±0.16)g的大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)幼鱼为研究对象,在室内流水系统中进行9周的养殖实验,比较分析饲料中3种不同类型的糖源(葡萄糖、蔗糖和糊精)对大菱鲆脂肪代谢相关酶活性和肌肉脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明,不同类型的糖源显著影响肝脏中与脂肪合成相关的葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)和苹果酸酶(ME)的活性(P0.05)。饲料糖源为葡萄糖时,大菱鲆肝脏中G6PD和ME的活性显著高于其他处理组,而蔗糖和糊精处理组之间没有显著差异。对与脂肪分解代谢相关酶的活性分析表明,肠道脂肪酶的活性受饲料中不同糖源的影响显著(P0.05);肝脏脂蛋白脂酶的活性在糖源为葡萄糖时显著低于其他处理组(P0.05);不同糖源对肝脂酶的活性无显著影响(P0.05);糊精组的总脂酶活性显著高于葡萄糖组(P0.05)。葡萄糖组大菱鲆肌肉中的C16∶0和C18∶0的含量显著高于糊精组,而C16∶1和C18∶1n-9的含量显著低于糊精组(P0.05)。研究表明,饲料中不同类型的糖源对大菱鲆肌肉脂肪酸的影响集中在饱和脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸上,而对多不饱和脂肪酸的影响有限。  相似文献

The development of benthic mucilage in the Marine Protected Area of Portofino (Ligurian Sea) during the summer of 2009 was studied to verify the influence of this event on the surrounding environment (seawater and soft-bottom). The calm meteorological and sea conditions at the beginning of the time frame under consideration caused the thermal stratification of the water column. This stratification was one of the driving factors influencing the development of the mucilage, which developed on a large boulder surface above the pycnocline. Mucilage was progressively detached from the boulder surface by hydrodynamism, together with macroalgae, and sank onto the sediment below the thermocline. Increased surface-water movements, caused by meteorological forcing during the study period, influenced the aggregation-disaggregation of mucilage flocks above the thermocline, leading to increased dissolved oxygen concentrations and enhanced production and turnover of the organic matter (OM). Mixing with the adjacent seawater led to the fertilisation of the surrounding environment with potentially labile OM and inorganic phosphorus, which caused increases in the hydrolytic enzymatic activity. Conversely, below the thermocline, the sunken mucilage and algae aggregates supported a heterotrophic consumption system. Dissolved oxygen concentrations were lower than those recorded in the mucilage lying above the thermocline, making more carbohydrates than proteins and labile phosphorus available. Despite the slow oxygenation of this mucilage, it contributed to the food supply for the soft-bottom macrofauna, which showed an increase in density, diversity and biomass during the study. These results suggest that the development and fate of the mucilage, as well as its interactions with the surrounding environment, were principally regulated by physical features. In the oligotrophic coastal area of the Ligurian Sea, certain compartments of the ecosystem were able to promptly respond and take advantage of the mucilage event of the summer of 2009, although the persistence of mucilage on hard substrates is known to cause suffocation and macroalgae biomass depletion. It is proposed that, at least in oligotrophic conditions and as long as mucilage persistence doesn't cause severe oxygen depletion, its appearance might have an enhancing rather than a detrimental effect on the seawater and soft-bottom biogeochemical processes.  相似文献

The analysis of the protein and carbohydrate in P-POM (Plankton and Particulate Organic Matter) samples collected from the fishing ground in Minnan-Taiwan Bank in five voyages (April, June, July, August and November, 1988) shows that the protein and carbohydrate contents and amounts in samples from four stations (501, 401, 301, 201) along the coast and another four stations (404, 304, 403, 204) south and southeast of the shoal were higher than those in April and November, indicating that this phenomenon is related to the upwelling in the two regions in summer .  相似文献

【目的】探究不同碳水化合物与蛋白质水平配合饲料对光裸星虫(Sipunculus nudus)稚虫生长及体壁营养成分的影响。【方法】以碳水化合物/蛋白质质量分数分别为39.46%/20.67%(EG1组)、34.97%/24.02%(EG2组)、30.48%/27.37%(EG3组)、25.99%/30.72%(EG4组)和21.50%/34.07%(EG5组)的饲料,饲喂体质量为(2.45±0.40)g的光裸星虫稚虫12周,测定稚虫的生长指标及体壁一般营养成分及氨基酸组成。【结果】随着碳水化合物水平降低、蛋白质水平升高,各饲料组光裸星虫的增重率和特定生长率均呈先升后降的趋势,其中EG2组的增重率和特定生长率显著性高于其余4组(P<0.05);EG2组的存活率显著高于EG3组、EG5组(P<0.05),但与EG1组、EG4组差异不显著(P>0.05);不同碳水化合物蛋白质水平饲料会影响光裸星虫稚虫体壁的水分及其干物质的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、丙氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、酪氨酸和精氨酸的含量(P<0.05),而各组的其他氨基酸含量、必需氨基酸总量、呈味氨基酸总量、氨基酸总量则差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】当饲料碳水化合物/蛋白质质量分数为34.97%/24.02%时,光裸星虫增重率和特定生长率最高,且不会影响其体壁的氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸和呈味氨基酸含量。  相似文献

非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)在植物生长、繁殖、防御和生存等方面发挥着基础性作用。为探究黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)NSC积累的器官间规律及其对土壤氮磷供应水平的响应,以3年生黑果枸杞为对象,测定了3个氮磷比例和供应量条件下根茎叶NSC含量。结果表明:(1)黑果枸杞根、茎、叶NSC组成均以可溶性糖为主,淀粉约占37.3%;器官NSC含量粗根和细根>叶片>新梢>一二年生枝条,各器官可溶性糖含量粗根和细根>叶片>新梢>一年生枝>二年生枝;淀粉含量细根>粗根>二年生枝>一年生枝>叶片和新梢;糖淀比叶片>新梢>粗根>一年生枝>二年生枝>细根。(2)氮磷比和供应量对黑果枸杞根系可溶性糖含量无显著影响,对茎叶NSC含量的影响存在显著交互效应。氮磷比5∶1时,茎叶NSC含量随氮磷供应量升高而增加;氮磷比15∶1时,茎叶NSC含量随氮磷供应量增加显著降低;氮磷比45∶1时,茎叶NSC含量随供应量的增加而显著升高。(3)一年生枝NSC含量于萌芽前达到最大值(5.05%DW),于春梢旺盛生长期降至最低值(3.79%DW);二年生枝NSC含量在萌芽前最低(4.23%DW),于秋季落叶期达到最大值(4.33%DW)。(4)粗根和叶片NSC含量与一二年生枝NSC含量负相关;新梢NSC含量与叶片NSC、二年生枝淀粉含量正相关;一年生枝可溶性糖含量与二年生枝可溶性糖含量负相关;二年生枝淀粉含量与根系淀粉和NSC含量负相关。黑果枸杞通过调整各器官NSC积累及分配应对生长季各器官能量需求和环境氮磷供应变化,在氮磷限制环境中将更多NSC储存在根系,可平衡当前碳同化与未来能量需求的矛盾,增强个体生存能力,也为黑果枸杞应对非生物逆境胁迫提供更大的灵活性。  相似文献

采用Comell方法研究了初始重为(2.0±0.1)g的重口裂腹鱼幼鱼日粮中常量营养物质的适宜需求量。日粮中蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物梯度变化范围分别为33%-51%、3%-18%和24%-33%,试验周期为60d。试验结果表明,除日粮蛋白质33%组鱼成活率明显下降外(P〈0.05),其它试验日粮中3种常量营养物质含量对重口裂腹鱼幼鱼成活率没有显著影响(P〉0.05)。当日粮蛋白质水平≤45%时,其特定生长率随着日粮蛋白质水平上升而明显增加;当日粮蛋白质水平在33%-36%时,重口裂腹鱼的特定生长率显著降低(P〈0.05)。除12%日粮脂肪组试验鱼外,9%日粮脂肪组试验鱼的特定生长率显著性高于其它脂肪水平日粮组(P〈0.05),但当日粮中脂肪含量≥15%后,重口裂腹鱼鱼体脂肪含量显著上升(P〈0.05),肝细胞脂肪变性明显。日粮中不同的碳水化合物水平对重口裂腹鱼特定生长率没有显著影响(P〉0.05),但当日粮中碳水化合物为33%时,鱼体糖原含量显著增加(P〈0.05)。试验表明,重口裂腹鱼幼鱼日粮蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物3种常量营养物质的适宜需求量分别为45%、9%和≤30%。日粮总能为19.0MJ/kg,蛋白质能量比(P/E)为23mg/J。  相似文献
