随着高速交通技术和移动基础设施的迅速发展,城市创新活动已经不再局限于特定的地理空间,在网络空间中彼此远离但有着较强经济活动关联的城市之间是否也可以实现协同创新,目前仍缺乏经验证据。基于2001—2016年中国289个地级市宏观面板数据和微观层面上市公司数据,采用社会网络分析法、工具变量法以及空间杜宾模型等方法,定量研究了集聚外部性与网络外部性对于城市创新发展的影响。结果显示：创新要素依旧存在着向头部企业和中心城市集中的趋势,且正是这种集中所带来的集聚外部性促进了城市的创新发展;城市可通过融入经济关联网络,借助于网络外部性来提高自身创新水平;就集聚外部性与网络外部性促进城市创新发展的传导机制来看,虽然政府科教支出水平、城市基础设施状况以及高铁网络的建设是集聚外部性与网络外部性发挥的重要条件,但经济活动密度的提升所带来的集聚外部性还可以强化网络外部性所带来的创新效应,而外商直接投资活动所分享的先进技术和管理经验则帮助网络外部性突破了地理空间的限制。因此,政府在探索城市创新发展路径的过程中,就无需囿于创新要素的空间集聚这一条路径,积极融入城市群内的国际科技创新中心建设,凭借网络外部性所分享的新知识与新技术,同样也能实现创新发展。 相似文献

本文分析了2003—2018年中国12个规模较大的城市群的空间体系特征及其变动趋势,并借助城际投资联系数据,分析了各城市群城市网络特征,实证检验了城市网络联系度对城市群空间体系集聚水平的影响。研究发现,2003—2018年城市群空间体系总体呈均衡化发展趋势,且不同城市群城市网络特征差异明显,按发育程度可以分为四种类型：联系紧密-结构均衡-强中心带动型城市网络,联系紧密-弱中心带动-相对开放型城市网络,结构均衡但联系相对较弱型城市网络,以及联系相对较弱且结构极化型城市网络。实证结果证实了城市网络联系的紧密程度和连通度的提高有利于降低城市群空间体系的极化水平,城市网络联系带来的外部性有助于避免城市群空间体系的过度极化及由此带来的集聚负外部性,实现更加均衡的城市群空间结构。但城市网络联系对城市群空间体系均衡化发展的作用依赖于城市网络的结构特征,城市网络结构的极化对城市群空间体系均衡化发展存在抑制作用。 相似文献

以往研究对于距离在网络外部性影响城市功能过程中的作用所知甚少,而且多关注城市网络外部性的正面效应,对城市间竞争以及由此所带来的网络外部性的负效应缺少分析。为了弥补已有研究的不足,本文采用空间的视角,以城市群内的城市生产性服务功能为例,建立一个核心-外围的空间结构来揭示城市生产性服务功能、网络外部性与地理距离之间的关系。研究发现：① 城市生产性服务功能强度随着远离城市群核心城市而上升,互联网渗透率和列车网络中心度会显著地强化这一效应;② 城市生产性服务功能随距离变化的机制在于竞争效应比协同效应对地理距离更加敏感,从而衰减更快,因而靠近核心城市的城市在生产性服务功能上遭受了“集聚阴影”,而远离核心城市的城市在功能上更多的受到了协同作用的支撑。本文结论为推进城市群内的分工协作与一体化发展提供了重要启示。 相似文献

中国城市产业增长研究: 基于动态外部性与经济转型视角 总被引：6，自引：3，他引：3
新经济增长理论强调动态外部性对经济增长的积极作用。本研究认为动态外部性对中国城市产业增长的影响依赖于中国经济转型。利用2000年和2005年地级市及其以上城市的两位数制造业数据进行实证研究,发现动态外部性和我国城市产业增长存在非线性关系。产业专业化和本地竞争一定程度上可以促进产业增长,但是当专业化和竞争超过一定水平之后将不利于产业增长;相反,多元化程度只有达到较高水平之后才会显著促进产业增长。本研究还发现动态外部性对于市场化程度较高、参与全球化程度高、地方保护较强的产业以及位于经济自主权较大的城市的产业影响尤为显著。本文清晰地表明我国经济转轨为动态外部性的发生创造了条件。 相似文献

在城市网络外部性的环境下,借用规模可以使城镇突破地理距离和规模等级限制,通过网络联系实现城镇经济的共同增长。基于理论辨析,以城市网络的借用规模效应为视角,检验网络外部性下城镇借用规模绩效对城镇经济增长的作用。在回顾网络外部性理论的基础上,以广佛都市圈城镇作为研究对象,首先利用偏离均值标准差倍数的方法解析区域绩效、集聚阴影等特征;其次,基于城镇规模、借用规模、交通网络通达性、科技创新外溢性对城镇经济增长的耦合作用,建立多元回归模型检验网络外部性的发生机制。研究发现：① 城镇既有人口规模越小,区域绩效值越低,10万人的人口规模是绩效特征的分界点,大于和小于10万人的城镇分别呈现出借用规模绩效和集聚阴影特征;② 基于新增注册企业数量和企业网络点度的区域绩效均呈现出较为明显的圈层式空间特征,且基于企业网络点度检验的空间分异特征更为突出;都市圈主城区近郊圈层城镇的绩效较明显,而主城区远郊圈层城镇的集聚阴影现象显著;③ 新增注册企业数的绩效与城镇既有规模关系最为紧密,与区域交通枢纽、借用规模、借用绩效、跨镇合作专利等解释变量的弹性系数依次降低;区域交通网络、技术合作网络的提升有利于促进城镇要素集聚,并通过网络外部性效应影响都市圈的城镇化发展。 相似文献

Consumption preferences and environmental externalities: A hedonic analysis of the housing market in Guangzhou 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
The urban housing market of China has been transformed since the 1980s from a centrally-planned to a free-market system. This study aimed to (1) investigate the position of outdoor environmental quality in house-buyers’ preferences; (2) assess monetary values attributed to environmental externalities by the hedonic pricing method (HPM); and (3) test the applicability of HPM in China. The study area was Guangzhou, the major city of south China with a booming real-estate market. A questionnaire survey was conducted with households in new residences sold in 2004. The main buying motives were improving living quarters and floor area. Security concerns and a preference for high-rise buildings were somewhat unexpected. Good outdoor environment, including green space provision, proximity to parks, and views of green space and water, carried significant hedonic values. Differences between the submarkets of old and new towns were found; new town households expected apartments in high-rise blocks, exclusive residential land use, and views of green space, while old town households preferred proximity to shopping areas and workplaces, green space within the development and proximity to nearby parks. The findings could help to fine tune the developing housing market to match supply with demand in quality terms. Values accorded to environmental attributes could justify funding for urban green spaces and nature conservation. The study verified the applicability of HPM to the housing context in China. 相似文献

This research is aimed at developing a model for assessing land use compatibility in densely built-up urban areas. In this process, a new model was developed through the combination of a suite of existing methods and tools: geographical information system, Delphi methods and spatial decision support tools: namely multi-criteria evaluation analysis, analytical hierarchy process and ordered weighted average method. The developed model has the potential to calculate land use compatibility in both horizontal and vertical directions. Furthermore, the compatibility between the use of each floor in a building and its neighboring land uses can be evaluated. The method was tested in a built-up urban area located in Tehran, the capital city of Iran. The results show that the model is robust in clarifying different levels of physical compatibility between neighboring land uses. 海岸带是陆海相互作用强烈的特殊界面,其空间利用的负外部性具有典型的跨区域特征,需要以全局性、整体性、系统性的思维实施用途管制。本文引入区际负外部性理论,将研究对象从空间和空间利用转到伴随空间利用所产生的人地（海）关系的演变过程。首先,梳理海岸带空间利用区际负外部性的几种典型表现形式,进而构建海岸带区域系统,并明确了系统间的作用关系;其次,从区域系统作用的视角阐述海岸带空间用途管制的作用机制和具体手段;最后,提出政策建议,以期为海岸带空间用途管制的制度完善提供理论支撑和决策支持。 相似文献
