四川冕宁金林金矿地质特征及找矿前景   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
金林金矿位于冕西韧性剪切带的东带。矿体赋存在燕山期变质流纹斑岩、霏细岩中。矿体受北东向断层破碎带控制,含金石英脉充填在由主断裂派生的北东、北西、近东西向三组裂隙中。该矿床属岩浆期后中一低温热液充填一交代石英脉型金矿床。矿区及其外围成矿地质条件良好,通过进一步工作可望找到较大的金矿床。  相似文献

塔形马蹄螺(Tectus pyramis), 海洋软体动物, 广泛分布于中国深圳大鹏湾、海南岛、西沙和南沙群岛的珊瑚礁生态系统中。文章采用特异性位点扩增片段简化基因组测序技术(SLAF-seq)对来自深圳(SZ)、三亚(SY)和西沙(XS)的塔形马蹄螺群体的遗传多样性和结构进行分析。通过测序共获得115.74Mb读长数据, 平均测序深度为337.87倍, 测序质量值(Q30)平均为94.07%。研究获得118679个多态性SLAF标签, 获得846502个高度一致的群体单核苷酸多态性位点(SNPs), 其中有155个显著差异SNPs。3个群体的平均观察杂合度(Ho)和期望杂合度(He)值分别为0.1441~0.1611和0.2537~0.2695。平均多态性信息含量(PIC)为0.2048~0.2176。通过系统发育树分析、主成分分析和聚类分析, 将45个个体大致分为3个类群, 每个群体的所有个体都可以聚类成一个类群。SZ和SY群体的遗传结构相似, 遗传距离最低(0.2510), 遗传分化系数Fst值最低(0.0818)。但XS与其他两个群体间的遗传分化明显, 尤其是XS和SZ群体(Fst=0.1868)。3个群体的遗传分化可能与海流和地理位置有关。  相似文献

Utilising datasets from the Global Network of Isotopes in Precipitation of the International Atomic Energy Agency, and previous isotopic studies, we investigated δ18O spatial and temporal patterns in Chinese precipitation. Significantly positive relationships existed between precipitation δ18O and air temperature above the north of 35°N and in high altitude regions above 32°N. Significantly negative relationships between precipitation δ18O and the precipitation amount existed below south of 35°N. These temperature and precipitation effects became stronger with increasing altitude except in high altitude regions between 32°N and 35°N. The NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data from 1980 to 2004 showed that variations in spatial and seasonal wind fields at 700 hpa and total precipitable water from the ground to the top of the atmosphere were correlated with the monthly spatial distribution of precipitation δ18O. Basing on this relationship, we established quantitative correlations between the mean monthly precipitation δ18O and both latitude and temperature in different seasons. We found that spatial variations in precipitation δ18O could be described well using the Bowen–Wilkinson model and second‐order equations developed during the present study only in winter (from December to February). During the rest of the year, patterns were too complex to predict using simple models. The results suggest that it is difficult to demonstrate variations of precipitation δ18O throughout the year and for all regions of China using a single model. Moreover, the new models for the relationships among precipitation, latitude, and temperature were better able to depict the variations in precipitation δ18O than the Bowen–Wilkinson model. 盐源官房沟含金铜银共生矿位于扬子地台西缘,盐源木里推覆构造的前缘。矿体受官房沟石碓窝脆韧性剪切带控制。矿体赋存在寒武系竹林坪组黑色岩系中。通过初步普查已经发现具有工业价值的含金铜银共生矿体。该区成矿条件好,矿化标志明显,通过进一步工作可望找到大型含金铜银共生矿床。  相似文献

Tectonic and environmental patterns and evolution of the present North Tibetan Plateau(NTP) prior to the India collision with Asia is significant to understand the formation of the Tibetan Plateau and its influence on the environment. In this study, we integrated and analyzed the tectonostratigraphy and the special sedimentary layers whose climatic implications are clear in the NTP. Additionally, we stressed the tectonic and environmental events and their evolutions from the Mesozoic to the Early Cenozoic. Our results show that four tectonic phases, which sequentially took place during the Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous and Paleogene, played an important role on the formation of the North Tibet. The climate was basically dry and hot from the Triassic to the Eocene and became dry and cool since the Oligocene in this region. The climatic evolution was characterized by a transition from a wet and hot phase during the Triassic- Middle Jurassic, to a dry and hot phase during the Late Jurassic- Eocene. Both phases encompassed 5 wet and hot periods followed by 5 dry and hot climate events, respectively. In addition, we found that the tectonic deformation and the climatic conditions were spatially and temporally different. In detail, in the regions north of the PaleoTian Shan and Paleo-Qilian Mts. the tectonic deformation and climatic condition were stronger and wetter than in regions south of the Paleo-Tian Shan and Paleo-Qilian Mts. during the Late Triassic – Jurassic. Whereas in the Cretaceous, the tectonic movement was intensive in the west but steady in the east, and climate was dry in the south but wet in the north of NTP. The formation of the tectonic and climatic patterns in NTP were the consequence of either global climate change or regional tectonics, including the Paleo-Asian Ocean closure and the Qiangtang block, Lhasa block and India plate collision subsequently to Asia. Furthermore, the regional tectonic events occurred before any global climate change and drove the climatic change in the NTP.  相似文献

目前国内借助热平衡技术开展荒漠植物蒸腾耗水的研究已十分普遍,但涉及测量精度与误差来源的分析研究鲜有报道.本文对茎干热平衡茎流仪监测植株茎流的基本原理进行了介绍,并在此基础上论述了茎干热平衡方法在实际应用中的测量精度及误差的主要来源,为使用热平衡茎流仪监测植物,尤其是荒漠植物提供参考.水分是干旱、半干旱区植物生长的主要限制因子.明确荒漠植物的需水与耗水规律可以为荒漠区生态环境建设过程中的植被种类选择、布局及管理提供科学依据.  相似文献

给地铅锌矿位于康滇古陆铅锌成矿带的西带。与铅锌矿化有关的Ag、Sb、Zn;Cd、Pb、Zn化探组合异常及铅锌矿化带长度大于5km。局部经工程验证已发现长220m,厚4.57m的含银铅锌矿体。该区成矿地质、地球化学条件较好。通过进一步工作可望找到较大的铅锌矿床。  相似文献

水通道蛋白4(aquaporin4, AQP4)是一类被动运输水的通道蛋白。本研究根据转录组测序获得的马氏珠母贝AQP4片段, 采用RACE技术获得了AQP4的全长cDNA, 命名为PfAQP4, 其5′非翻译区(untranslated region, UTR)为114bp, 3′UTR为839bp, 开放阅读框(open reading frame, ORF)为858bp, 编码285个氨基酸。PfAQP4含有6个α螺旋跨膜区、5个环、1个主要内嵌蛋白(major intrinsic protein, MIP)结构域、2个NPA(Asn-Pro-Ala)基序, 属于AQP1-like型。利用qPCR技术分析PfAQP4在不同组织、不同发育时期以及盐度胁迫条件下的mRNA表达模式。结果显示: (1) PfAQP4在所有被检测组织中均表达, 其中在闭壳肌、足和鳃中表达量较高; (2) PfAQP4在不同的发育时期均有表达, 其表达量整体呈现先升高后降低的趋势, 其中在2—4细胞期表达量最高, 在眼点幼虫期表达量最低; (3) 在高盐度组(36‰)盐度胁迫24、72、120h后, PfAQP4表达量显著上升, 在168h降至对照组水平; 在低盐(16‰)组, PfAQP4表达量在24h显著上调, 在72h恢复至对照组水平, 说明盐度影响鳃组织中PfAQP4的表达量, 也表明PfAQP4在马氏珠母贝渗透压调节中起着非常重要的作用。  相似文献
