近几十年,全球汇款流在稳步增长并越来越成为发展中国家财政发展的重要源泉。汇款成为家庭收入中稳定的一部分,并组成了发展中国家第二大资金流——处于外国直接投资(FDI)之后,海外开发援助(ODA)之前。在撒哈拉以南非洲地区,流动工人的汇款成为财政发展以及救助穷人的财政服务的重要主题。本论文分析撒哈拉以南非洲地区迁移人口的汇款及其作用,并以马里作为重点研究对象。研究结论是,汇款在国家收入中占有重要比例,并将继续对个人家庭和社区提供重要支持,应该鼓励当地引导汇款促进基础设施发展和收入产生。  相似文献

非洲的城市人口已经正在以年均超过4%的增长率增长,居世界首位,其中个别城市甚至还要高。对文献的回顾显示,贫困、非正规经济或类似经济的增长与发展已经成为撒哈拉以南非洲国家城市化的一个不可分割的部分。结论是快速城市化是非洲政府所面临的最紧迫的管理挑战。并且,要在致力于解决当前问题的同时,创造使城市成为经济增长和发展的更有效中心的政策环境。城市必须是可控制的、适于居住的、以及经济上可望成功的。  相似文献

The potential of the autoclaved Tunisian landfill leachate treatment using microalgae (Chlorella sp.) cultivation was investigated in this study. Landfill leachate was collected from Borj Chakir landfill, Tunisia. A full factorial experimental design 22 was proposed to study the effects of the incubation time and leachate ratio factors on the organic matter removal expressed in chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammoniacal nitrogen (NH4─N) and on the biological response of Chlorella sp. expressed by the cell density and chlorophyll content. All experiments were batch runs at ambient temperature (25 ± 2 °C). The Chlorella sp. biomass and chlorophyll a concentrations of 1.2 and 5.32 mg L?1, respectively, were obtained with 10% leachate spike ratio. The obtained results showed that up to 90% of the ammoniacal nitrogen in landfill leachate was removed in 10% leachate ratio spiked medium with a residual concentration of 40 mg L?1. The maximum COD removal rate reached 60% within 13 days of incubation time indicating that microalgae consortium was quite effective for treating landfill leachate organic contaminants. Furthermore, with the 10% leachate ratio spiked medium, the maximum lipid productivity was 4.74 mg L?1 d?1. The present study provides valuable information for potential adaptation of microalgae culture and its contribution for the treatment of Tunisian landfill leachate.  相似文献

The study area is located near the town of Filippoi, north of the city of Kavala in northern Greece, known from ancient times for its rich gold mines, situated inside hydrothermal alteration zones (Fe–Mn oxide minerals). A Very High-Resolution (0.5 m pixel size) image of Worldview-2 satellite was digitally enhanced, yielding target areas of potential ore existence and lineaments. Ground-truth that followed digital image processing, revealed abandoned ancient mines, slags and ore occurrences. Also, a number of lineaments delineated on the satellite image were verified as faults.  相似文献

Laboratory-based studies related to isolation and quantification of sediment and their properties which influence the spectral reflectance of sediment-laden waters were made. Some of these including the effects of sediment concentration, size variation, salinity, etc. have been published elsewhere. Using spectral reflectance measurements, properties of various soil types in a suspension can be inferred. The identification of dominant soil types present in a runoff water may help in the characterisation of the type of catchment area. The source of sediment load carried by the runoffs may also be predicted for future confirmation through the ground and geological surveys. Predictive models for evaluating soil properties alongwith steps to identify the dominant soil type(s) in a suspension are also presented.  相似文献

气象因素影响下中国手足口病时空演化特征研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
近年来,手足口病在我国感染者的数量仍然呈现逐渐增加的趋势,对公共健康造成很大的威胁,也对疾病防控提出严峻的挑战。为探讨气象因素(气温、降水)对我国手足口病(Hand Foot and Mouth Disease, HFMD)发病的时空影响特征及规律,本文以我国手足口病疫情平发年2017年为例,利用分地区、分月份疫情数据,采用地理探测器、空间自相关等分析方法分析各地气象(气温、降水)因素对手足口病发病影响及其时空分异。结果表明:① 在时间上,2017年我国各地中心城市手足口病发病有明显的季节差异,年内有单峰发病模式和双峰(高低峰、双高峰)发病模式,且2017年2、4、12月各地中心城市手足口病发病率有显著的空间相关;② 在空间上,2017年我国各省、市手足口病发病在空间上表现为东南各省市发病率高,西北各省市发病率低的特点,并随降水量由东南向西北呈现递减趋势;③ 2017年省、自治区、直辖市和地级市手足口病爆发热点时段(4—8月)时空演化分析,先由东南各省向西北各省蔓延,后又表现为由西向东退缩;④ 2017年我国各地中心城市手足口病月发病率分别与年均降水量、年均温,呈二次函数关系(R2=0.6623)和指数函数关系(R2=0.6469);⑤ 气温和降水对手足口病交互作用结果表现为双因子非线性增强,气温和降水的交互作用对手足口病传播的影响更为显著。气象因素对我国手足口病发病存在影响,我国手足口病发病在时间和空间上均存在显著差异,分析结果在宏观尺度上可为我国手足口病防控提供参考。  相似文献

Future trends in the occurrence of heat waves (HW) over Pakistan have been presented using three regional climate models (RCMs), forced by three different global climate models (GCMs) runs under RCP8.5 scenarios. The results of RCMs are obtained from CORDEX (Coordinated Regional climate Downscaling EXperiment) database. Two different approaches for the assessment of HWs are defined, namely Fixed and Relative approaches. Fixed approach is defined for a life-threatening extreme event in which the temperature can reach more than 45 °C for a continuous stretch of several days; however, Relative approach events may not be directly life-threatening, but may cause snow/ice melt flooding and impact on food security of the country in summer and winter seasons, respectively. The results indicate a consistent increase in the occurrence of HWs for both approaches. For the Fixed approach, the increase is evident in the eastern areas of Pakistan, particularly plains of Punjab and Sindh provinces which host many big cities of the country. It is argued that the effect of HWs may also be exacerbated in future due to urban heat island effect. Moreover, summer time HWs for Relative approach is most likely to increase over northern areas of the country which hosts reservoirs of snow and glacier, which may result in events like glacial lake outburst flood and snow/ice melt flooding. Furthermore, the increase in winter time HWs for Relative approach may affect negatively on the wheat production, which in turn can distress the overall food productivity and livelihoods of the country. It is concluded that this study may be a useful document for future planning in order to better adapt to these threats due to climate change.  相似文献

The instabilities of bar and ring mode perturbations against the background of a disk oscillating nonlinearly in its own plane are examined in a disk model which is a nonstationary generalization of the well known Bisnovatyi-Kogan-Zel'dovich model. Nonstationary analogs corresponding to a dispersion relation are found for these two oscillation modes. The results of the calculations are presented in the form of critical dependences of the initial virial ratio on the degree of rotation. A comparative analysis of the growth rates of the gravitational instability for these modes is also carried out. The bar mode instability occurs if the initial total kinetic energy of the disk is no more than 10.4% of the initial potential energy. The mechanism is associated with an instability in the radial motions which is aperiodic for small values of the rotation parameter Ω < 0.1, but is otherwise oscillatory. Calculations show that a ring structure can be formed as a result of an instability in the radial motions if the initial total energy of the model is no more than 5.2% of the initial potential energy, regardless of the value of Ω. __________ Translated from Astrofizika, Vol. 51, No. 3, pp. 487–499 (August 2008).  相似文献
