对钱塘江强潮河段江道缩窄治理进行研究。首先,回顾治理方案的比选,江道全线缩窄时河轴线线路和河道宽度的确定原则,以及不同河段的指数放宽率。然后,介绍了在涌潮汹涌、滩涂淤坍变化剧烈的强潮河段,实施筑堤所采取的工程措施的步序与要点。最后,分析论证了大规模江道缩窄治理后河床、潮汐、洪水位及涌潮高度等特征值的变化。可供进一步深入理论研究和工程施工参考运用。  相似文献

讨论了 HeI 10830A的 Doppler和 Stark加宽机制以及各种加宽参数的计算,并 得到以下一些结论:辐射阻尼对 HeI 10830 A的加宽作用与 Doppler效应相比可以忽略; 在公认的耀斑电子密度(Ne=3.2 ×1013cm-3)的情况下,所有阻尼项均不可能产生可以 觉察的加宽;直到 Ne=1015cm-3,各种阻尼对线心半宽的增加都不起作用,其值最多 在10-3的量级,因此;线心都可以看作是Doppler加宽;当 Ne>1014 cm-3时,Stark 加宽,特别是电子碰撞的 Stark加宽将在 HeI 10830 A的加宽中起主要作用;如要 Stark 加宽谱线的线翼比纯Doppler加宽大1-2倍,则阻尼加宽半宽与。可以相比拟;如果 用 Stark加宽来解释 1989年边缘耀斑的观测轮廓,则电子密度将达10~(17)cm-3,与氦 原子的碰撞阻尼(γ3)造成的加宽对I12和I3两分量明显不同,它们对I12的影响比对I3 的影响大近一个量级,我们的观测显示I12和I3线翼的延伸基本一样,因而我们的观测 轮廓不可能是γ3造成的  相似文献

We measured the frequency dependence of the pulsar pulse broadening by scattering over a wide frequency range, from 40 to 2228 MHz, based on direct measurements of this parameter using giant pulses from the pulsar PSR B0531+21 in the Crab Nebula. Our measurements were carried out at the following seven frequencies: 40, 60, and 111 MHz at the Pushchino Radio Astronomy Observatory (Astrospace Center, Lebedev Physical Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences), 406 MHz at the Medicina Observatory (Instituto di Radioastronomia, Italy), and 594, 1430, and 2228 MHz at the Kalyazin Radio Astronomy Observatory (Astrospace Center, Lebedev Physical Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences). The measured frequency dependence of the pulse broadening by scattering τSC (υ) ? υγ, where γ=?3.8±0.2, agrees with a model Gaussian distribution of interstellar inhomogeneities (γ=?4) but falls outside the error limits of correspondence to a Kolmogorov model spectrum of inhomogeneities (γ=?4.4).  相似文献

In order to investigate the upper troposphere/lower stratosphere (UTLS) region of the earth's atmosphere, ESA/ESTEC (European space agency) is considering the opportunity to develop the spaceborne limb sounding millimeter sensor “MASTER” (millimeter wave acquisitions for stratosphere/troposphere exchange research). This instrument is part of the “atmospheric composition explorer for chemistry and climate interactions” (ACECHEM) project. In addition, ESA/ESTEC is developing the “MARSCHALS” (millimeter-wave airborne receiver for spectroscopic characterization of atmospheric limb sounding) airborne instrument which will demonstrate the feasibility of MASTER. The present paper describes the line-by-line database which was generated in order to meet at best the needs of the MASTER (or MARSCHALS) instrument. The linelist involves line positions, line intensities, line broadening and line shift parameters in the 294–305, 316–325, 342–348, 497–506 and 624–626 GHz spectral microwindows. This database was first generated for the target molecules for MASTER (H2O, O3, N2O, CO, O2, HNO3, HCl, ClO, CH3Cl, BrO). In addition, ten additional molecules (SO2, NO2, OCS, H2CO, HOCl, HCN, H2O2, COF2, HO2 and HOBr) had also to be considered in the database as “possible interfering species” for the retrieval of the target molecules of MASTER. The line parameters were derived, depending on their estimated accuracy, (i) from a combination of spectral parameters included in the JPL and HITRAN catalogs (ii) from data taken into the literature or (iii) using data obtained through experimental measurements (and/or) calculations performed during the present study.  相似文献

High-frequency S-wave seismogram envelopes of microearthquakes broaden with increasing travel distance,a phenomenon known as S-wave envelope broadening. Multiple forward scattering and diffraction for the random inhomogeneities along the seismic ray path are the main causes of S-wave envelope broadening,so the phenomenon of S-wave envelope broadening is used to study the inhomogeneity of the medium. The peak delay time of an S-wave,which is defined as the time lag from the direct S-wave onset to the maximum amplitude arrival of its envelope,is accepted to quantify S-wave envelope broadening. 204 small earthquake records in Changbaishan Tianchi volcano were analyzed by the S-wave envelope broadening algorithm. The results show that S-wave envelope broadening in the Changbaishan Tianchi volcano is obvious,and that the peak delay time of S-wave has a positive correlation with the hypocenter distance and frequency of the S-wave. The relationships between the S-wave peak delay time and the hypocenter distance for different frequency bands were obtained using the statistics method. The results are beneficial to the understanding of the S-wave envelope broadening phenomena and the quantitative research on the inhomogeneities of the crust medium in the Changbaishan Tianchi volcano region.  相似文献

随着观测能力的提高和观测手段的改善,反映地球介质特性Q值的研究不断深化和发展。利用山东数字测震台网记录的数字地震波资料,采用时间域P波脉冲宽度法对2003年和2004年青岛震群进行Q值计算,对初动半周期的两种不同获取方法进行了比较,总结了P波脉冲宽度法的适用条件及计算效果,得到青岛地区和胶东地区的Q值。  相似文献

The Association of American Geographers Catalyzing Research on the Geographies of Broadening Participation Creative Scholarly Retreat explored ways in which geographers can advance approaches to broadening participation of underrepresented groups in higher education and the scientific workforce. Conversations during the retreat revealed the need for theoretical models to guide research and policy development. In this article, I ask how the geographic concept of scale can inform the problem of broadening participation of underrepresented groups in higher education. First, I explain how the concept of scale can drive future research using the literature within geography. Next, I propose the situational matrix as an analytical schema using the concept of scale. I then analyze various scales first as ordering devices and then as politically produced entities in conversations about underrepresentation in higher education. I conclude by arguing that identifying the scales that are in operation and then figuring out ways in which they function simultaneously and even in mutually contradictory ways will push the project of broadening participation forward.  相似文献

过去在用Stark效应研究天体活动过程的光谱时,一般仅考虑Holtsmark场的作用,所得出的电子密度只是一个上限。近来的研究表明,等离子体湍动电场在其中也起着重要的作用,而且当计及这种场的作用时,电子密度减小很多。本文给出Balmer线从H_3—H_(30)的Stark致宽函数S(α,α),它们是考虑到Holtsmark场和湍动场的联合作用以及对两者的不同比值而计算的,所给出的结果与Underhill等和Galdetskii等分别对纯Holtsmark场和纯湍动场而得到的类似数值不同。由于除了极少数外,大部分太阳耀斑和爆发日珥以及其他天体活动过程可能都处于弱或中等等离子体湍动状态,因而所算出的S(α,α)值可用于这些过程的氢线轮廓或半宽的分析。  相似文献
