运用沉积学和层序地层学研究方法,结合生物地层学,在古地理格局演化和海平面变化分析的基础上,对华北地区下古生界进行沉积相划分和层序地层研究,将下古生界划分为两个超层序和12个三级层序.各层序主要或基本由海侵体系域及高水位体系域组成.两个超层序最底部的层序为Ⅰ型层序,其顶底界面为Ⅰ类层序界面(SB1),其余的层序均为Ⅱ型层序,其顶底界面为Ⅱ类层序界面(SB2)边界  相似文献

本文以松辽裂谷盆地为例,讨论了层序地层学在陆相湖泊盆地中的应用实例,提出了适用于内陆湖泊盆地的层序地层学的术语和模式。根据大陆裂谷盆地的演化阶段特征,划分为同裂谷沉降超层序和后裂谷沉降超层序,指出两个超层序在形成机制和组份上的差异,并相应建立了两类层序地展模式;根据古湖泊发展过程中出现枯水湖—丰水期—枯水期的周期性演化特点,划分为湖进体系域、湖泛体系域和湖退体系域。  相似文献

Discussion points raised by Rose ( 2016 ) concentrate on late Albian stratigraphic relationships between formations of the East Texas Basin and the San Marcos Arch of the Comanche Platform in the northern Gulf of Mexico. Criticisms of Phelps et al. (2014) regarding stratigraphic nomenclature, palaeogeography and regional lithostratigraphic correlations generally focus on interpretive aspects of the study or do not account for the full scope of published information. Revisions to the top Aptian–Albian Supersequence boundary by Rose are incompatible with the relative location of a subaerial unconformity, as well as deepening lithofacies trends and retrogradational stratigraphic patterns below the interpreted boundary. Rose's placement of the top Aptian–Albian Supersequence boundary precisely at the Albian–Cenomanian stage boundary also implies ca 1·4 Ma of diachroneity in second order sea‐level patterns between the northern Gulf of Mexico and other documented global sedimentary basins.  相似文献

运用地震地层学方法 ,在笔架南盆地识别出 5个特征明显的反射界面 ,划分了 3个超层序、5个地震层序 ,并探讨各地震层序的地质时代。通过地震相沉积相推测分析 ,认为地震层序E主要发育火山碎屑岩相 ;地震层序D主要发育半深海偏泥相 ;地震层序C主要发育半深海泥岩相 ;地震层序B主要发育半深海—深海泥岩相和浊积偏砂相 ;地震层序A主要发育深海泥岩相、深海三角洲泥岩相和浊积偏砂相  相似文献

The Middle to Upper Ordovician foreland succession of the Ottawa Embayment in central Canada is divided into nine transgressive‐regressive sequences that defines net deepening of a platform succession over ~15 m.y. from peritidal to outer ramp settings, then a return to peritidal conditions over ~3 m.y. related to basin filling by orogen‐derived siliciclastics. With a backdrop of net eustatic rise through the Middle to Late Ordovician, there are several different expressions of structural influence on sequence development in the embayment. During the Middle Ordovician (Darriwilian), foreland‐basin initiation was marked by regional onlap with abundant synsedimentary deformation across a faulted trailing‐margin platform interior; subsequent craton‐interior uplift resulted in voluminous influx of siliciclastics contemporary with local structurally influenced local channelization; then, a formation of a platform‐interior shale basin defines continued intrabasin tectonism. During the Late Ordovician (Sandbian, early Katian), structural influence was superimposed on sea‐level rise as indicated by renewed local development of a platform‐interior shale basin; differential subsidence and thickness variation of platform carbonate successions; abrupt deepening across shallow‐water shoal facies; and, micrograben development coincident with foreland‐platform drowning. These stratigraphic patterns are far‐field expressions of distal orogen development amplified in the platform interior through basement reactivation along an inherited buried Precambrian fault system. Comparison of Upper Ordovician (Sandbian‐lower Katian) sequence stratigraphy in the Ottawa Embayment with eustatic frameworks defined for the Appalachian Basin reveals greater regional variation associated with Sandbian sequences compared to regional commonality in base level through the early Katian.  相似文献

An integrated sequence stratigraphic study based on outcrop, core and wireline log data documents the combined impact of Cretaceous eustacy and oceanic anoxic events on carbonate shelf morphology and facies distributions in the northern Gulf of Mexico. The diverse facies and abundant data of the Comanche platform serve as a nearly complete global reference section and provide a sensitive record of external processes affecting Cretaceous platform development. Regional cross‐sections across the shoreline to shelf‐margin profile provide a detailed record of mixed carbonate–siliciclastic strata for the Hauterivian to lower Campanian stages (ca 136 to 80 Ma). The study window on the slowly subsiding passive margin allows the stratigraphic response to external forcing mechanisms to be isolated from regional structural processes. Three second‐order supersequences comprised of eight composite sequences are recognized in the Valanginian–Barremian, the Aptian–Albian and the Cenomanian–Campanian. The Valanginian–Barremian supersequence transitioned from a siliciclastic ramp to carbonate rimmed shelf and is a product of glacial ice accumulation and melting, as well as variable rates of mid‐ocean ridge volcanism. The Aptian–Albian supersequence chronicles the drowning and recovery of the platform surrounding oceanic anoxic events 1a and 1b. The Cenomanian–Campanian supersequence similarly documents shelf drowning following oceanic anoxic event 1d, after which the platform evolved to a deep‐subtidal system consisting of anoxic/dysoxic shale and chalk in the time surrounding oceanic anoxic event 2. Each period of oceanic anoxia is associated with composite sequence maximum flooding, termination of carbonate shelf sedimentation and deposition of condensed shale units in distally steepened ramp profiles. Composite sequences unaffected by oceanic anoxic events consist of aggradational to progradational shelves with an abundance of grain‐dominated facies and shallow‐subtidal to intertidal environments. Because they are products of eustacy and global oceanographic processes, the three supersequences and most composite sequences defined in the south Texas passive margin are recognizable in other carbonate platforms and published eustatic sea‐level curves.  相似文献

松辽盆地北部白垩系由3个超层序组、8个超层序、28个沉积层序组成。断陷湖盆期发育3个超层序和6个沉积层序,以火山岩与粗碎屑岩组合为特征。断拗转化期形成1个超层序和4个沉积层序,以中粗碎屑岩为特征。典型的大型拗陷湖盆期,可识别出3个超层序和15个沉积层序,以湖泊、三角洲相中细碎屑岩沉积为主,水进体系域和高水位体系域沉积时期半深湖-深湖相暗色泥岩广为发育。湖盆萎缩期,可识别出1个超层序和3个沉积层序,以湖泊、三角洲相中粗碎屑岩沉积为主。超层序组界面包括白垩系基岩顶面、营城组顶界面和嫩江组顶界面,与燕山运动各主要幕次形成的区域不整合面相对应,区域构造运动对其起着重要的控制作用。超层序界面可以是上述超层序组界面,也可由平行不整合面和剥蚀界面构成。超层序界面处沉积间断的时间较长,河道下切、地层缺失、暴露等沉积现象发育,与岩石地层单位界面一致。沉积层序界面处沉积间断的时间相对超层序界面要短,与岩石地层单位界面往往不一致。超层序界面在地震剖面上最明显的特征是出现削截、上超和顶超等反射终止现象,岩性、测井曲线也发生剧烈变化。  相似文献

新疆塔里木盆地白垩纪—第三纪层序地层学研究   总被引:5,自引:3,他引:5  
通过对塔里木盆地西南坳陷区和东北坳陷区白垩纪-第三系典型剖面的层序地层学研究,结合地震和钻井资料的分析,划分出西南坳陷区30个三级层序,东北坳陷区24个三级层序,因其所处的构造位置和沉积环境不同,两坳陷区形成的三级层序并非一一对应,不能进行大区域的直接对比。而三级层序的有序叠置构成了二级超序及其体系域,基叠置方式包括进积组合、退积组织和加积组合。通过二级超层序的研究发现,两坳陷区白垩系-第三系(中新统)可划分为4个二组超层序(SS1-SS4),并可以等时对比,所反映的相对海平面变化周期也基本相同,并且与同受特提斯海水影响的西藏南部地区白垩-早第三纪沉积层序有海平面变化基本一致,即西藏西南地区和塔里木盆地受特提斯构造和全球海平面变化的共同影响。从中新世开始,青藏高原快速隆升,塔里木盆地相对下降,造成了两地区层序类型及海平面变化速率的不同。  相似文献

本文对米仓山南缘寒武纪地层进行了详细的剖面描述和岩石地层划分,自下而上划分为筇竹寺组、仙女洞组、阎王碥组、石龙洞组和陡坡寺组。孔明洞组采用石龙洞组一名,同时对筇竹寺组、阎王碥组及陡坡寺组进行细分,并讨论了各组段的空间变化规律。首次将该区寒武纪地层划分为四个层序、一个超层序,并分析了各层序的组成和时限。认为该区寒武纪地层具明显的东西向变化规律。  相似文献
