胶东蚀变岩型金矿石工艺矿物学性质研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
利用化学分析法、透反射偏光显微镜、X射线衍射、分析型扫描电镜、电子探针能谱仪等测试手段对胶东蚀变岩型金矿石的工艺矿物学性质进行系统研究。结果表明,矿石类型属于低硫含金黄铁矿矿石;矿石中金元素主要以自然金的形式存在,自然金占66.67%,其次为银金矿,占33.33%。矿石中金矿物平均成色为720.44,自然金平均成色为829.72,银金矿平均成色为784.77;金矿物粒度以细粒、微细粒为主。矿石中自然金和银金矿粒度大部分为5~37μm,该粒度范围内的金颗粒累计体积分数为99.83%。矿石中金矿物易于解离,粗磨粒度-75μm粒级达56%~65%时,自然金和银金矿解离率可以达到94%左右,可以获得良好的浮选指标。  相似文献

Mineralogical and geochemical data from shallow overburden surveys are examined to ascertain parameters which govern the distribution of gold in overburden in a 2400-km2 area of southwestern Gaspésie, Quebec, Canada.The area is a deeply dissected plateau underlain by faulted and gently folded Siluro-Devonian strata. Complex geomorphic and glacial histories are reflected in the non-glacial character of the landscape, the preservation of very old erosional landforms and extensive variation in the composition and distribution of overburden.Total sample analysis and heavy-mineral studies show that the composition of overburden changes across the area in approximate correspondence with changes in underlying bedrock. Three broad zones related to bedrock and overburden types are delimited. Gold analyses of <250 μm overburden are insensitive to regional variations, with only 15 samples out of 300 registering above the detection limit of 2 ppb. Better contrasts of gold concentrations are obtained from chemical analyses of nonmagnetic heavy-mineral concentrates (NM HMC). Although sample density is low, NM HMC data show anomalies which can be related to particular bedrock and structural settings. Particulate gold was not observed in any of the NM HMC. Gold is associated with secondary iron-oxide phases replacing primary sulphide minerals. High concentrations of gold in NM HMC of overburden collected north of the mouth of the Assemetquagan River support the hypothesis of a local source to the north or northwest for the alluvial gold in the lower 2 km segment of the river.Dilution by far-travelled, shield-derived heavy minerals is by far the most important cause of regional mineral variation. Conversion of gold concentrations in NM HMC to concentrations in total size fraction eliminates some of the erratic behavior of NM HMC data caused by variations in heavy-mineral abundance and corrects for the dilution effect where the proportion of heavy minerals in the far-travelled component of overburden is much greater than in the local component. These calculations suggest a contribution of gold to the background in the fine sand fraction of overburden of 0.07 ppb. Where the diluting component is local, conversion of NM HMC data to total size fraction may or may not correct for differences in heavy-mineral contributions of underlying bedrock, depending on local conditions. Where dilution by far-travelled components is excessive, NM HMC analyses are inadequate to reflect conditions in underlying bedrock.  相似文献

应用带能谱的电子扫描电镜(SEM-EDX)对拉萨市夏季正常天气下收集的大气自然沉降气溶胶样品进行分析,研究了拉萨市大气降尘矿物组成和各种物相形貌特征信息。拉萨市大气颗粒物含有硅酸盐颗粒、富钙颗粒、富铁颗粒、富碳颗粒(燃煤飞灰颗粒和燃油飞灰颗粒)和植物残体颗粒。根据颗粒物数量统计发现拉萨市大气颗粒物以硅酸盐颗粒为主,富钙颗粒和富铁颗粒次之,需要指出的是以燃油飞灰为主的富碳颗粒已占到一定比重,说明以燃油为主的机动车尾气对拉萨大气污染在加强。研究结果表明,大气降尘矿物成分及其形貌特征可以用作判定污染物来源的重要标志,拉萨大气中颗粒来源的多样性决定了治理措施也应综合进行。  相似文献

We performed system studies of age parageneses and lateral conjugation of peat and gold accumulation areas as well as the regularities of formation of noble- and rare-metal mineralization in Cenozoic coaliferous deposits in the south of the Russian Far East. The migration properties of noble metals (NMs) and their behavior in different media are considered. Based on literature data and results of experimental studies, we performed analysis and selection of the most optimal methods for the quantitative determination of NMs and trace and rare-earth elements. The experiments have confirmed the NB fugacity and have shown for the first time the scales of transportation of NMs as ultrafine particles during coal combustion. The obtained results significantly expand the notions of the migration properties of NMs and serve as the key to the solution of the problem of NM extraction in analytical and technological processes. Also, areas promising for noble- and rare-metal mineralization have been revealed in coal basins.  相似文献

Orientation studies were carried out by the BRGM mission in Saudi Arabia between 1982–1986 to investigate the dispersion of gold in soils and wadi sediments and to define the optimum sample medium around eight prospects in the central Arabian pediplain. A comparison of gold distribution in several sieved fractions with various pedologic horizons shows that the distribution of gold changes abruptly from the coarser sizes near the source to the finest sizes 150 m downstream.The coarse fraction recommended by previous workers is not representative and yields erratic results in the specific environment of the pediplain. Gold is enriched and more homogeneously distributed in the minus 80 μm fraction of the skeletal soils and wadi sediments.Regional geochemical survey can be effective using a sensitive analytical method for gold and the minus 80 μm fraction of the brown gravelly sediment with a minimum density of 2 samples per km2. Geochemical halos in the 30–50 ppb range indicate gold mineralization 500 to 1000 m upstream, depending on relief.In a first follow-up stage, continued use of the same size of the upper argillaceous layer with a regular reg sampling grid gives more contrasted and more extensive anomalies than using a coarse material. These anomalies may be slightly offset by the present arid erosion. A second follow-up stage is then recommended at a closer grid and sampling the brown blocky layer below the surficial reg pavement. Again, the use of the finest fraction at this exploration stage has given the best probability of finding a blind gold target.Optical determination of gold on a nonmagnetic fraction of heavy panconcentrate is not recommended, because nugget growth is practically absent in the present arid conditions and flour-sized gold particles are lost in desliming samples.  相似文献

通过化学分析、扫描电镜以及工艺矿物学自动定量分析系统(MLA)等测试方法对河南嵩县下蒿坪金矿进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究,包括原矿化学组成、矿物组成、金的赋存状态、主要载金矿物嵌布特征以及矿物解离特性等。结果表明,该金矿中主要可回收的有价金属为金,其品位为3.75×10-6。该金矿的原矿矿物主要由石英、钾长石、钠长石、黄铁矿和铁白云石组成,此外还有少量的赤铁矿、萤石、白云石以及方解石。原矿中的金主要赋存在黄铁矿中,而黄铁矿大部分以细粒、微细粒形式嵌布在石英和长石颗粒中。原矿中自然金的含量非常少,多以单独的自然金颗粒形式存在。原矿磨至P80=0.074 mm(-0.074 mm粒级含量占80%)时载金矿物黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿的单体解离度相对较高,有利于通过浮选回收。  相似文献

In surface environments, placer gold particles are (re)shaped by physical, chemical and biogeochemical processes. This study hypothesizes that in modern landscapes combinations of physical and biogeochemical factors determine placer gold transformation and the composition of biofilm communities living on particle surfaces. Morphology, composition and biofilm communities of placer particles from eight locations in Switzerland were analyzed. Sites reflect a variety of modern-day placer environments in mountainous terrains, ranging from eluvial sites in close proximity to primary sources, to alluvial sites associated with both slow- and fast-moving streams, and to distal glacio-fluvial and depositional lake sediments. Particles are progressively physically and biogeochemically transformed with increasing distance from source. Variable degrees of rounding, gouging and scratching from physical reshaping due to transport and sedimentation processes are evident especially on particles from high energy environments. Surface textures indicative of biogeochemical gold/silver dissolution are common. In low energy/depositional environments and with increasing distance from source overgrowths of gold nano- and micro-particles and aggregates are abundant. These form micro-crystalline layers of secondary gold on particle surfaces covering them to depths of tens of micrometers. Biofilm communities across all sites are dominated by Proteobacteria (669 Operational Taxonomic Units (OTUs), 49.8%), especially β‑Proteobacteria. Other important phyla include Acidobacteria, (172 OTUs, 9.7%), Bacteroidetes (222 OTUs, 11.6%), Cyanobacteria (26 OTUs, 13.7%), and Planctomycetes (125 OTUs, 7.1%). Canonical analysis of principal coordinates demonstrates significant links of community assemblages to biogeochemical transformation and landscape position of collected particles. Increasing specialization towards metallophilic phyla was recorded on particles collected with increasing distance from source, suggesting that Au toxicity resulting from progressing biogeochemical transformation affected bacterial communities. This study ultimately shows that placer gold transformation and biofilm composition within modern landscapes is highly dependent on the interplay of physical and biogeochemical factors.  相似文献

Elevated contents of noble metals (NM) have been established in the Riphean-Cambrian graphite-bearing complexes of the northern Khanka Terrane, which metamorphosed under conditions of greenschist to granulite facies. At the previously known graphite deposits of the Turgenevo-Tamga group, NM comprise (ppm): Pt (0.04–62.13), Au (0.021–26), Ag (0.56–4.41), Pd (0.003–5.67), Ru (0.007–0.2), Rh (0.001–0.74), Ir (0.002–0.55), and Os (0.011–0.09). Analyses of graphitized rocks carried out with various methods (IMS, INAA, AAS, AES, fire assay) reveal a wide scatter of the results related to the specifics of sample preparation, in particular, due to a significant loss of NM by thermal oxidation decomposition. Analysis of a low-soluble graphite residue obtained by treatment of graphitized rocks allowed us to establish genetic links between NM mineralization and carbonic alteration of various igneous, granulite- and amphibolitefacies metamorphic rocks, which occur over a vast area. The nonuniform distribution of graphite and NM in rocks, their fine dispersivity, and compositional variability of NM indicate that their origin is related largely to endogenic processes with the participation of deep reduced fluids. In greenschist-facies rocks, fluorine, bromine, and iodine are associated both with ore minerals and graphite, providing evidence for transport of NM by halogene- and carbon-bearing fluids. The inhomogeneous distribution of metals in graphite, microglobular structure, and carbon isotopic composition are the guides for its gas-condensate crystallization. At the same time, thermal analysis and Raman spectroscopy show that graphite formed by metamorphism of carbonaceous matter contained in sedimentary rocks also occurs. It is concluded that the predominant mass of NM is of fluid-magmatic origin with the participation of exogenic and metamorphic sources of metals.  相似文献

Relationships between noble-metal and oxide-sulfide mineralization during the origin of the Volkovsky gabbroic pluton are discussed on the basis of geochemical data and thermodynamic calculations. The basaltic magma initially enriched in noble metals (NM) relative to their average contents in mafic rocks, except for Pt, is considered to be a source of Pd, Pt, Au, and Ag in the gabbroic rocks of the Volkovsky pluton. The ores were formed with a progressive gain of NM in the minerals during the fractionation of the basaltic magma. The active segregation of NM in the form of individual minerals (palladium tellurides and native gold) hosted in titanomagnetite and copper sulfide ore occurred during the final stage of gabbro crystallization, when the residual fluid-bearing melt acquired high concentrations of Cu, Fe, Ti, and V, along with volatile P and S. Copper sulfides—bornite and chalcopyrite—are the major minerals concentrating NM; they contain as much as 22.65–25.20 ppm Pd and 0.74–1.56 ppm Pt; 4.39–8.0 ppm Au, and 127.2–142.6 ppm Ag, respectively. The copper ore and associated NM mineralization were formed at a relatively low sulfur fugacity, which was a few orders of magnitude (attaining 5 log units) lower than that of the pyrite-pyrrhotite equilibrium. The low sulfur fugacity and the close chemical affinity of Pd and Pt to Te precluded the formation of pyrrhotite, pyrite, and PGE disulfides. The major ore minerals and NM mineralization were formed within a wide temperature range (800–570°C), under nearly equilibrium conditions. Foreign elements (Ni, Co, and Fe) affected the thermodynamic stability of Pd and Pt compounds owing to the difference in their affinity to Te and to elements of the sulfur group (S, Se, and As). The replacement of Pd with Ni and Co and, to a lesser extent, with Pt and the replacement of Te with S, As, and Se diminish the stability field of palladium telluride. Comparison of Pd tellurides from copper sulfide ores at the Volkovsky and Baronsky deposits showed the enrichment of the former in Au, Sb, and Bi, while the latter are enriched in Pt, Ni, and Ag. The enrichment of Pd tellurides at the Baronsky deposit in Ni is correlated with the analogous enrichment of the host gabbroic rocks.  相似文献

The mode of occurrence of gold in the Yata micro-disseminated gold deposit is ap-proached through chemical phase studies coupled with ore-dressing monitoring and micro-beam analysis.The results showed that gold occurred for the most part as ultra-microscopic particles adsorbed on the surfaces or fracture planes of pyrite and other sulphides.The proportions of gold of different occurrences were estimated solutions containing nanometer-sized gold particles were prepared following the hydrolysis-reduction procedure and the adsorption of nanometer-sized gold on ordinary sulphides and rocks was experimentally determined.It is evident that sulphides are good adsorbents of gold and this is consistent with geological observations.  相似文献

内蒙古乌兰图嘎锗矿是我国近年来发现的产在煤层中的超大型锗矿床,锗金属储量达1600 t。以乌兰图嘎超大型锗矿床的含锗煤为研究对象,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、带能谱的扫描电镜(SEM-EDX)和电子探针(EPMA)详细研究了乌兰图嘎含锗煤及其同时代的红旗煤矿无矿煤的矿物学特征。分析结果表明,乌兰图嘎含锗煤中的主要矿物包括石英、蒙脱石;次要矿物包括长石、高岭石、伊利石;另含少量三水铝石、角闪石、叶蜡石、石膏、绿泥石、锐钛矿、黄铁矿、方解石、白云石和草酸钙石;微量的锆石、闪锌矿、白钨矿、重晶石、黄铜矿、卤化物、磷酸盐以及含Pb、Bi、Cr、As和Sb矿物。未发现含锗矿物。推测含锗煤中的锗可能主要呈有机结合,而Ba、Zn、Ti、W、Pb、Bi、Cr、Fe、As、Zr、Sb、Cu和REE可能主要与矿物相结合。此外,首次在乌兰图嘎含锗煤及红旗煤矿无矿煤中发现含银颗粒或自然银,推测胜利煤田的褐煤可能有相当规模的Ag矿化。  相似文献

Gold Grade and Tonnage Models of the Gold Deposits, China   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
Abstract: The gold grade and tonnage modelling is applied to some types of the gold deposits in China, including placer, Archaean lode, slate belt, Carlin, volcanogenic, skarn and Shandong Peninsula, among others. The Shandong Peninsula type denotes the gold deposit, which was formed in an intensely reshaped Archaean greenstone belt. The modelling results show: (1) the Archaean lode gold deposits of China are similar to the Homestake type in gold grades. (2) The Chinese slate belt type gold deposits are marked by moderately lower gold grades but considerably larger ore volumes than the similar type elsewhere. (3) The Carlin style gold deposits of China are identified by higher Au grades but evidently smaller sizes in comparison with their counterparts in western North America. (4) The volcanogenic (continental) style is similar to Sado epithermal veins in gold grade‐tonnage models and general characteristics while volcanogenic gold deposits of the oceanic subgroup contrast with Kuroko‐type deposits in the gold grade model. But the Chinese volcanogenic (oceanic) subtype (Palaeozoic age) shows similar higher gold grades to those of the Palaeozoic Kuroko‐type deposits elsewhere. (5) Porphyry and skarn gold deposits tend to have a large size but low grade. (6) Less than half of the Shandong Peninsula gold deposits are of ore volumes exceeding the 50th intercept of the relevant gold tonnage model, implying possible undiscovered gold deposits with a larger size in the peninsula. (7) In general, Chinese gold deposits of larger sizes tend to have lower gold grades in relation to gold grade models. (8) Gold grade‐tonnage models can be effectively influenced by how to include or exclude non‐economic gold resources in the modelling. Ore volumes of gold deposits actually to some extent depend on gold grades. Consequently, the way of including or excluding low‐grade values may effect a gold grade‐tonnage model and cause different interpretation of the modelling results. This is particularly true to the gold deposits, which generally show an inverse correlation between gold grade and tonnage.  相似文献

A comparative analysis of morphology and geochemistry was made for gold from the primary ores and weathering crust of the Suzdal' gold deposit, Eastern Kazakhstan. The deposit is localized in Carboniferous carbonaceous-terrigenous strata and is of gold-sulfide type. Study of gold from primary ores showed that it occurs mainly in two species: free and so-called invisible. Free gold is crystallomorphic segregations and irregular-shaped grains up to tens of microns in size; it occurs in intergrowths with sulfides, quartz, carbonate, and mica-chlorite aggregate. Most of gold particles have a fineness of 930–980‰, with some grains showing wide variations in composition. Invisible gold (probably chemically combined) is present in fine-acicular arsenopyrite and, less frequently, pyrite.Being transported to the weathering crust, all this gold served as a source for “neogenic” gold of diverse morphologic forms. We recognized crystalline (isometric, prismatic, acicular, and tabular) particles and drusoid gold aggregates in the form of exotic intergrowths of crystallomorphic and sinter-shelly grains. The grains tend to coarsen from bottom to top of the weathering crust. Several generations of gold of different granulometric classes are observed. We have revealed seed and layer growth and dissolution structures in crystals of early generations overgrown with fine grains. All these gold varieties are associated with hypergene minerals. Most of this gold is of high fineness (on the average, 995‰). The hypergene gold particles are chemically homogeneous high-grade, without rims.The results of studies suggest that the high-grade hypergene gold formed in the weathering crust as a result of the dissolution of invisible gold of sulfides and its local redistribution and deposition in oxidizing media. This is also evidenced from the tendency of gold to coarsen from bottom to top of the weathering crust. A distinctive feature of secondary gold is well-expressed crystals and their great diversity.  相似文献

This paper deals with the behavior of fine gold particles (0.25–0.1 mm) and gold dust (<0.1 mm) during the formation of alluvial placers in denudation areas in southern West Siberia. Native gold particles with a low settling velocity, <5–10 cm/s, such as dust (<0.1 mm) and fine flat particles, are transported with a river stream beyond denudation areas. This easily migrating gold participates in the formation of lithochemical flows, which are an important indicator of gold mineralization. It occurs in the upper beds of alluvial section. Heavier fine gold particles are partly retained at the site of river activity, and the rest are partly redeposited in cooler parts of placers, being graded according to their settling velocity, as evidenced from the direct relationship between the flatness and size of gold particles. Fine gold particles do not form large accumulations in alluvial autochthonous placers. The main typomorphic features of fine gold particles and gold dust are their abundance in ore sources, compositional similarity to larger gold fractions, and high migration ability. In contrast to morphological features of gold, these ones remain stable during the river drift.  相似文献

Detrital gold particles in paleoplacer deposits develop recrystallised rims, with associated expulsion of Ag, leading to the formation of Ag-poor rims which have been recognised in most placer gold particles around the world. Recrystallisation is facilitated by accumulation of strain energy as the gold particles are deformed, particularly on particle margins, during transportation in a fluvial system. The recrystallisation process ensues after sedimentary deposition and can occur at low temperatures (<40 °C) over long geological time scales (millions of years). In the Otago placer goldfield of southern New Zealand, paleoplacers of varying ages contain gold with varying transport distances and these display differing degrees of rim formation. Narrow (1–10 µm) recrystallised rims with 0–3 wt% Ag formed on gold particles that had been transported <10 km from their source and preserved in Eocene sediments. Relict, coarse grained (∼100 µm) gold particle cores have 3–10 wt% Ag, which is representative of the source gold in nearby basement rocks. Gold in the Miocene paleoplacers was recycled from the Eocene deposits and transported >20 km from their source. The gold particles now have wider recrystallised rims (up to 100 µm), so that some particles have essentially no relict cores preserved. Gold in Cretaceous paleoplacers have wide (∼100 µm) recrystallised low-Ag rims, even in locally-derived particles, partly as a result of diagenetic effects not seen in the younger placers. Gold particles in all the paleoplacers have delicate gold overgrowths that are readily removed during recycling, but are replaced by groundwater dissolution and reprecipitation on a time scale of <1 Ma. The recrystallisation that leads to Ag-poor rim formation is primarily related to the amount of deformation imposed on particles during sedimentary transport, and is therefore broadly linked to transport distance, but is also partly controlled by the age of the paleoplacer on time scales of tens of millions of years. Gold particles that have been derived directly from basement sources can retain their original composition for long distances (tens to hundreds of kilometres) in a river system, with only minor recrystallised rim development. Gold particles that have been recycled through paleoplacer deposits can lose this link to source composition after relatively short transport distances because of extensive recrystallisation.  相似文献

The geology of the Volkovsky deposit, the composition of its rocks, titanomagnetite and copper-titanomagnetite ores with accompanying noble-metal mineralization, and their formation conditions are considered. Special attention is paid to the recently revealed noble-metal mineralization and its attendant character in respect to titanomagnetite ore is shown. Ore minerals and their relationships are characterized. Initially immiscible sulfide segregations are described and their evolution is traced up to interrelations with oxide and silicate cumulates. The distribution of noble metals (NM) in titanomagnetite and copper-titanomagnetite ores is discussed. Throughout ore formation, NM gradually accumulated in silicates, oxides, and sulfides. The highest NM concentrations are related to the sulfide schlieren and veinlike segregations in gabbroic rocks. It is suggested that the deposit was formed as a product of fractionation of basaltic magma. The copper-iron ore was deposited from the residual melt enriched in Cu, Fe, Ti, V and volatile P and S in a wide temperature range of 800 to 570°C. Noble metals concentrated in parallel with their own minerals (largely tellurides and native gold) at the final stage of crystallization of gabbroic intrusion.  相似文献

Analyses of gold particles from the Ventersdorp Contact Reef in the Klerksdorp and Carletonville goldfields of the Late Archaean Witwatersrand Basin reveal a wide range in Au, Ag and Hg concentrations of 80.9 to 92.9, 6.0 to 17.6, and 0.6 to 5.8 wt.%, respectively. However, individual gold particles are generally homogeneous. This observation is predicted by modelling of Ag and Hg diffusion through gold at the peak metamorphic temperature of about 300 °C. The only exception is gold in hydrothermal quartz veins, the formation of which can be ascribed to the mobilisation of originally detrital gold particles during a chloritisation event that was triggered by tectonically expelled fluids, as a consequence of the 2023 Ma Vredefort meteorite impact event. Inter-particle homogenisation on a hand-sample scale was generally not achieved. The mean gold composition for the same reef in different mines (kilometre scale) can vary drastically. These results confirm the model of a metamorphosed and hydrothermally altered placer deposit. Furthermore they indicate that, in spite of a significant post-depositional modification of the composition of individual gold particles, the mean gold composition at a given reef locality may be used to distinguish different source areas of the originally detrital particles. Mineralization distributions are very heterogeneous in nature. As large or superlarge mineral deposits are quite rare whether in time or in space, it is difficult to detect all the largest mineral deposits in a region in a limited period of time owing to the restriction of technology and exploration degrees-this is called "not all discovered". However, all discovered large, especially superlarge, mineral deposits generally have a complete census in the geological literatures. On the other hand, not all discovered small mineral deposits are recorded in the geological literatures because for economic reasons people have not much interest in them-this is called "not all recorded". This practice often results in the observation truncations, that is, the data points near the two ends in an observable population, which is obtained by fitting a power law size-frequency distribution to discovered mineral deposits in a given region, show concave-down departure from the correlation line fitted.
