浮式生产储油轮(FPSO)是当今海洋石油天然气开发的主流工程设施。就目前国际上最为关注的FPSO水动力问题,包括深水FPSO与系泊、立管系统的耦合水动力预报、甲板上浪、FPSO与穿梭油轮组成的多浮体系统水动力、横摇运动与减摇措施、单点系泊FPSO的运动稳定性等进行了阐述,介绍了我国在浅水FPSO水动力问题上的研究进展,提出加强相关研究的建议。  相似文献

随着全球对能源需求量的不断增加,海上石油开发逐渐向深海甚至超深海范围发展,传统的海洋平台已经不能满足海洋油气开发的需要。顺应式塔式平台(CT或CPT)、张力腿式平台(TLP)、迷你张力腿式平台(Mini-TLP)、Spar平台、水下生产系统(Subsea System)、浮式生产系统(FPS)和浮式生产储油装置(FPSO)等各种结构形式被用于深海的开发。随着水深的发展,系泊系统(含锚固基础)成为平台的关键部分。深入了解这些结构各自的特点、使用情况以及锚固方法,将有助于我国深海石油事业的发展。  相似文献

基于多体动力分析方法进行FPSO和水下软钢臂系泊系统的运动特性研究。相较于非线性弹簧模拟软钢臂系泊系统或者其他近似模拟方法,多体分析方法可以充分考虑系泊系统具体结构形式及其动力项对FPSO运动性能的影响,更好的预报系统运动响应和系泊力。本文将FPSO和水下钢臂结构模拟成2个具有6自由度的独立结构,两者用系泊链组进行连接。基于三维势流理论应用汇源分布法,首先在频域内进行FPSO的水动力参数分析,进而在时域内对系统进行耦合动力分析。本文重点讨论系泊系统黏性力和二阶波浪力对系统响应的影响,计算结果发现系泊系统黏性力对系泊力有一定影响,而在浅水条件下二阶波浪力的计算对准确预报系统运动及系泊力非常重要。  相似文献

建立了可覆盖全频域的浮式生产储油船(FPSO,floating production storage and offloading)工作环境下振动噪声混合数值预报技术流程。将声学计算基本理论方法(有限元/边界元方法与统计能量法)应用于宽频带多噪声源的海洋工程船舶设计中,为设计能保证人员正常进行生产、生活噪声环境下的FPSO提供指导,满足国内船舶设计部门对该技术的迫切需要。文中采用声学边界元求解了FPSO上层建筑低中频域振动噪声,采用统计能量分析方法求解了高频域振动噪声,通过两种方法接力运用和不同模型间的顺利转换,实现了FPSO声学问题全频域分析。并讨论了各类方法的适用范围。  相似文献

海上油田浮式生产储油脚油装置是集油气水处理、储存、外输于一体的大型海上设施,其海上连接作业受到气象、海况等不确定因素影响,施工前要做详细的施工方案设计,因此准确评价作业效能具有非常重要的意义.由于海洋油气开发工程具有单一性,其效能值无法根据以往施工经验来估计,而且也不能够通过实验方法获得.论文基于模糊理论和组合赋权方法,尝试用模糊评价的方法估算作业效能,构造FPSO海上连接作业效能评价体系,并以一实例验证了该方法的可行性、合理性.  相似文献

在考虑海洋工程装备在极端海况和运行海况下的载荷与受力,风载荷也是一个不可忽视的因素.目前物理模型试验仍是研究海洋工程结构物载荷与运动性能的重要手段,而深海结构物在水平漂移运动较大,如何在较大范围内得到满足试验要求的风场,是提高试验能力的重要问题.应用数值计算方法对大范围的风场模拟进行了分析,并进行了相应的物理实验,在此基础上对海洋工程试验的风场模拟提出了若干建议.  相似文献

TLP使得干式井口在深水的应用成为可能,与常规的深水开发模式水下井口相比,TLP降低了钻完井作业的难度和费用,尤其在后期修井和调整并作业时,能够大大降低项目的投资,经济效益明显.TLP目前在墨西哥湾、北海及印度尼西亚深水油气田均有采用.目前针对TLP的钻完井设计和作业程序国内开展研究较少,制约了深水油气田开发前期方案设计工作的开展.因此,重点介绍了TLP对钻完井程序的影响;对于不同的平台钻机配置,总结了TLP的钻完井程序;提出了钻完井设计和作业过程中,TLP对回接套管、升沉补偿等问题的要求,分析了与常规深水湿式井口的温度剖面差异,为开展TLP钻完井技术研究和前期方案设计提供参考.  相似文献

东海边际油气田类型主要有低渗透气田、复杂断块气田、微构造气田和高凝原油油气田等.在分析东海边际油气田开发特点和难点的基础上,按照区域整合、统筹兼顾的原则,提出了坚持勘探开发一体化,建立低渗开发先导试验区,打造区域设施中心、组建区域管网、电网,简化平台功能实现标准化设计,依托已建/拟建平台滚动扩边,论证FPSO方案作为原油外输第二出路的边际油气田开发策略,力求突破边际油气田开发壁垒,实现边际油气田低成本高效开发.其开发经验和策略对其它海域类似边际油气田高效开发具有一定的借鉴意义.  相似文献

Theoretical Model and Dynamic Analysis of Soft Yoke Mooring System   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
As a popular solution for mooring an FPSO (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading) permanently in shallow water, the soft yoke mooring system has been widely used in ocean oil production activities in the Bohai Bay of China. In order to simulate the interaction mechanism and conduct dynamic analysis of the soft yoke mooring system, a theoretical model with basic dynamic equations is established. A numerical iteration algorithm based on error estimation is developed to solve the equations and calculate the dynanfic response of the mooring system due to FPSO motions. Validation is conducted by wave basin experimentation. It is shown that the numerical simulation takes only a few iteration times and the final errors are small. Furthermore, the calculated results of both the static and dynamic responses agree well with those ones obtained by the model test. It indicates that the efficiency, the precision, the reliability and the validity of the developed numerical algorithm and program are rather good. It is proposed to develop a real-time monitoring system to further monitor the dynamic performance of the FPSO with a soft yoke mooring system under various real sea environments.  相似文献

Floating platform system has been extensively used in ocean exploitation, particularly for a tension-leg platform (TLP) system in deep water. Most of the TLPs are multi-mooring systems, where multi-joints are connected to the tension-legs so that the platform is not allowed to twist freely and may subject to enormous force induced by large incident waves in the weak-direction of the structure. This study aims to exploit a single moored offshore platform system that may attract less force and can be operated with less effort. In our analysis, in addition to mechanical properties of the tether, two important properties are also taken into consideration for the single mooring tether with expanded cross sectional dimension and utilization of stronger material, namely, the sag-extensibility and the flexural rigidity. Finally, the dynamic structural behavior produced by the mechanical effects on the new system is investigated and compared with that of traditional design while the wave-structure interactions of large body are also accounted for. Our study finds that the neglect of sag-extensibility or the flexural rigidity of large, strong mooring cable may result in a conservative but not necessarily safe design.  相似文献

随着深海油气田的不断开发,各种适应深海环境的浮式平台陆续涌现。多数深海平台通过立柱支撑上层甲板,波浪沿柱体表面的爬升效应极为明显,大大增加了强非线性砰击和越浪的危险,甚至将导致平台局部结构以及相关设备的破坏。因此,波浪爬升效应在平台设计及结构安全性方面具有重要的意义,并成为平台水动力研究的热点问题之一,是平台气隙预报的一个重要方面。介绍波浪爬升效应在平台设计阶段的重要性,分析波浪爬升的成因和影响因素,就目前国际上相关研究情况及进展进行了详细的阐述,并提出了这一课题未来研究方向的有关建议。  相似文献

A computer program is developed for hull/mooring/riser coupled dynamic analysis of a tanker-based turret-moored FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) in waves, winds, and currents. In this computer program, the floating body is modeled as a rigid body with six degrees of freedom. The first- and second-order wave forces, added mass, and radiation damping at various yaw angles are calculated from the second-order diffraction/radiation panel program WAMIT. The wind and current forces for various yaw angles of FPSO are modeled following the empirical method suggested by OCIMF (Oil Company International Marine Forum).

The mooring/riser dynamics are modeled using a rod theory and finite element method (FEM), with the governing equations described in a generalized coordinate system. The dynamics of hull, mooring lines, and risers are solved simultaneously at each time step in a combined matrix for the specified connection condition. For illustration, semi-taut chain-steel wire-chain mooring lines and steel catenary risers are employed and their effects on global FPSO hull motions are investigated. To better understand the physics related to the motion characteristics of a turret-moored FPSO, the role of various hydrodynamic contributions is analyzed and assessed including the effects of hull and mooring/riser viscous damping, second-order difference-frequency wave-force quadratic transfer functions, and yaw-angle dependent wave forces and hydrodynamic coefficients. To see the effects of hull and mooring/riser coupling and mooring/riser damping more clearly, the case with no drag forces on those slender members is also investigated. The numerical results are compared with MARIN's wave basin experiments.  相似文献

针对凝析油气田开发了一型适应我国南海环境条件的深水多功能干树半潜平台,平台运动性能优良,可实现干树开采、回接水下井口、油气生产处理、凝析油存储、钻修井等功能。平台由上部组块、主船体、细长柔性连接结构、垂荡板、顶张紧式立管(TTR立管)系统、系泊系统构成,结构特点为采用细长柔性连接结构连接主船体与箱型垂荡板。垂荡板采用箱型结构,承受作业吃水压力,可实现平台与箱型垂荡板的整体拖航,平台安装简易,细长柔性连接结构可在位维修或更换。平台立柱内设置储油舱存储天然气凝析油,解决凝析油存储外输问题。平台采用成熟系统系统集成,运动性能优良,海上施工风险可控,未来有望成为一种新的深水油气田开发平台型式。  相似文献

FPSO系统在深海海洋油气资源开发中扮演着重要的角色,而深水FPSO系统水下立管管路较长,立管整体重量较大,立管在水流作用下产生的涡激振动也较强,这些将给FPSO主船体带来严重的稳性、强度及疲劳问题。鉴于此,深海FPSO系统在油气资源开发过程中,须在水下一定深度设置若干水下软管支撑浮体,用以支撑来自深海海底的管线,减轻深水立管对FPSO的负载作用。随着深海资源开发的深入发展,传统水下软管支撑浮体作为FPSO系统的关键装备已经无法满足深海开采的需求,寻求大型化、深海化、生命周期长久化的新型水下立管支撑平台迫在眉睫,设计简便快捷、低风险的安装方法成为其开发过程中的重点和难点。详细描述了水下软管支撑浮体的产生及其发展历程,针对深海开发的需求提出了新型立管支撑平台的新概念,着重对新概念下下水安装更便捷的耐压立管支撑平台设计原理及其下水安装方式展开了分析,最后对水下软管支撑浮体和新型立管支撑平台的关键技术进行了总结,并提出了需进一步解决的问题。  相似文献

Freak wave is the common wave which has significant wave height and irregular wave shape, and it is easy to damage offshore structure extremely. The FPSOs (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) suffer from the environment loads, including the freak wave. The freak waves were generated based on the improved phase modulation model, and the coupling model of FPSO-SPM (Single Point Mooring) was established by considering internal-turret FPSO and its mooring system. The dynamic response characteristics of both FPSO and SPM affected by the freak wave were analyzed in the time domain. According to the results, the freak waves generated by original phase modulation model mainly affect the 2nd-order wave loads. However, the freak waves which are generated by random frequencies phase modulation model affect both 1st-order and 2nd-order wave loads on FPSO. What is more, compared with the irregular waves, the dynamic responses of mooring system are larger in the freak waves, but its amplitude lags behind the peak of the freak wave.  相似文献

The design of mooring systems for floating production units usually considers extreme environmental conditions as a primary design parameter. However, in the case of FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading) units, the worst response for the mooring system may be associated with other sea state conditions due to the fact that its extreme response may be associated with a resonant period instead of an extreme wave height. The best way to deal with this problem is by performing long-term analysis in order to obtain extreme response estimates. This procedure is computationally very demanding, since many short-term environmental conditions, and their associated stochastic nonlinear time domain numerical simulations of the mooring lines, are required to obtain such estimates. A simplified approach for the long-term analysis is the environmental contour-line design approach. In this paper a Monte Carlo-based integration procedure combined with an interpolation scheme to obtain the parameters of the short-term response distribution is employed to hasten the long-term analysis. Numerical simulations are carried out for an FPSO at three different locations considering a North Sea joint probability distribution for the environmental parameters. The long-term analysis results are compared against those obtained using extreme environmental conditions and environmental contour-line methodology. These results represent the characteristic load effect for the design of mooring systems of floating units using the reliability analysis for mooring line. The results show that the long-term results are usually more critical than those obtained with the other approaches and even different mooring lines can be identified as the critical ones.  相似文献

作为浮式结构最常采用的两种系泊方式,悬链式系泊和张紧式系泊皆存在不足。本文提出了一种新型系泊系统,并以一深水FPSO为例,采用完全时域耦合分析方法,对不同工作水深情况下的浮体及新型系泊系统的运动性能进行了数值模拟,并将该新型系泊系统的仿真结果与传统的张紧式系泊系统进行了比较,分析了新型系泊系统在浮体运动性能、缆索张力等方面的改善,同时探讨了该新型系泊系统的最佳工作水深。  相似文献

A method based on empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and time-varying autoregressive (TVAR) model is proposed here to identify the modal parameters of time-varying systems, such as the Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) single point mooring system. For the EMD–TVAR method, the original signal is decomposed into a finite number of ‘intrinsic mode functions’ (IMFs) by the EMD. Each IMF can be represented as a TVAR model. Then, the time-varying modal parameters i.e., instantaneous frequency (IF) and modal dumping, can be obtained by the basis functions expansion method. The proposed EMD–TVAR method has good results in two experiments compared with the Huang–Hilbert transformation and Short Time Fourier Transform method, and it has been used to analysis the modal parameters of FPSO single point mooring system successfully. The system's time-varying characteristic and its frequency distribution can be known from the modal analysis results.  相似文献
