蓝晶石属高铝硅酸盐类矿物,具有抗磨、抗化学腐蚀、耐高温和受高温体积增大且不可逆等特性,广泛应用于生产不定型耐火材料、莫来石、高级耐火砖、陶瓷匣钵、窑具等方面。所生产的耐火材料具有省工、节能、成本低、产品寿命长、质量高等优点。上述产品在现代工业上有着重要的应用价值。韩山蓝晶石矿床,是省第六地质大队发现的,先后经过地质普查、详查、勘探三个阶段。勘查周期近五年,于一九八五年五月提交了矿床勘探报告。为我省建设年产蓝晶石精矿6000吨的矿山和同步建设年产3000吨轻质硅砖车间提供了可靠的设计依据。  相似文献

研究了使用天然原料一次合成钙长石轻质耐火砖的可行性。实验表明,将煅烧煤矸石、蓝晶石、硅灰石、苏州土、纯铝酸钙水泥等原因一起混磨至粒径小于320目,用发泡沫河以合成出体积密度小于480kg/m^3的钙长石轻质耐火砖。此种钙长石轻质耐火砖的最佳煅烧温度为1300℃,最高使用温度为1260℃,常温耐压强度为1.15MPa,抗折强度为0.92MPa,800℃的导热系数 0.17W/mk,1230℃×24h  相似文献

蓝晶石是一种高铝矿物原料,在高温下分解产生莫来石和SiO2,同时伴随明显的体积膨胀,而高温膨胀是其他高铝原料所没有的特性,故常常将蓝晶石作为原料添加到制品中,利用其膨胀效应抵消某些基体材料的收缩或者制品的烧成收缩,使制品具有高温体积相对稳定,抗热震性好和抗蠕变性能好等特点,进而提高制品的高温使用性能,延长制品的使用寿命。蓝晶石还具有耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、抗冲击力强、电绝缘性能好等特点。蓝晶石被广泛应用于冶金、陶瓷、耐火材料、玻璃、机械、电力和化工等领域。本文根据近年来蓝晶石在定形耐火材料、不定形耐火材料材料、陶瓷、原料合成、特种材料制备等领域应用的相关报道文献加以汇总,系统地介绍了蓝晶石材料的综合利用进展情况。  相似文献

准格尔电厂高铝粉煤灰直接制备M50莫来石的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用粉煤灰制备莫来石是粉煤灰高附加值资源化利用研究的一个重要方面,但由于普通粉煤灰中A12O3含量较低,使得制备过程中必须添加大量工业氧化铝,从而增加了合成成本.采用正交实验的方法,利用准格尔电厂高铝粉煤灰直接制备M50莫来石,并用阿基米德法测定莫来石样品的物理性能.经过XRD和SEM对制备的莫来石样品进行物相组成和显微结构研究,结果表明:利用高铝粉煤灰直接制备M50莫来石的物理性能可以满足<烧结莫来石>标准的质量要求.烧结样品其物相组成主要是莫来石和少量的玻璃相.影响烧结合成莫来石的主要因素是烧结温度,其次是恒温时间和试样的成型压力,高温下缩短恒温时间比低温下延长恒温时间有利于莫来石的形成,利用高铝粉煤灰直接制备MS0莫来石适宜的烧结温度为1400℃~1500℃,恒温时间以2h~3h为宜.  相似文献

莫来石因具耐火度高,抗腐蚀能力强、热震稳定性好、高温蠕变及热膨胀系数小等特性,被广泛用于化工、冶金、轻工和国防工业。本文对地球化学研究所莫来石课题组烧结的莫来石(自烧结莫来石)进行了红外光谱及固体高分辨核磁共振谱研究,依此阐明了所测莫来石结晶度、有序度及烧成温度的关系以及莫来石中Al的结构态等。本文尚讨论了随烧结温度升高α有增大趋势的微观结构机制。借鉴Sadanaga测定莫来石(2Al_2O_3·SiO_2)的平均结构参数,提出了自烧结莫来石(1.84Al_2O_3·SiO_2)的平均结构模型,并概略地论述了莫来石结构与性能的关系。  相似文献

通过电子探针成分分析和矿物共生组合分析,利用地质温度计估算十字石、蓝晶石和红柱石的形成温压条件,以揭示十字石、蓝晶石和红柱石的形成与本区西川河断裂区域变质作用的关系。研究结果表明:本区西川河断裂以北地区出露的十字石和蓝晶石形成条件受压力控制(P=5.5-7Kpa),变质温度为520-550℃;而西川河断裂以南地区出露的红柱石的形成条件主要受温度控制(T=570-600℃),压力小于3Kpa。西川河断裂控制了南北地区的变质条件,进而控制了特征变质矿物十字石、蓝晶石和红柱石的空间分布。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
