利用随机振动理论,本文研究了非均匀土层对地震的动力反应问题,假定土层的剪切模量随深度呈指数函数形式分布,关于基岩输入地震动加速度的功率谱密度函数,考虑了两种形式:白噪声谱和有色谱,为了比较起见,文中考虑了均匀土层的情形,数值计算表明;(1)在基岩输入地震动加速度的功率谱密度为白谱的情况下,土层的最大期望反应(相对位移,绝对加速度,剪应变)大于基岩输入地震动的功率谱为有色谱的情形;(2)在土层的上部  相似文献

We present a unified formulation of an analytical method for evaluating the response of a random soil medium to surface or earthquake excitations. Specifically, we are interested in this study to the case of a horizontally stratified layered soil profile. Soil properties, mass density and shear modulus of each layer are modeled as spatial random fields. The soil profile is laying on a homogeneous half-space. Integro-differential equations are formulated and solved using the Laplace transform method. Numerical results are, firstly, obtained in terms of effects of soil properties on distributions of mean dimensionless displacement and stress with depth. Then, the amplification function of the surface layer of a soil profile is formulated and a parametric study is conducted to examine the effects of stochastic variations of mass density and shear modulus on the amplification function. We, lastly, computed the seismic response of a site located in the basin of Metidja in Algeria to base rock accelerations which were recorded at Keddara's station during the May 21, 2003 Boumerdes earthquake, in terms of free surface Fourier spectrum amplitudes and accelerations. Comparison between computed accelerations and recorded ones at Dar Elbeida site has proved the effectiveness of the approach.  相似文献

Laboratory study of seismic free-field response of sand   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
This paper describes a new soil-structure interaction test box for use on a moderately large shaking table. The test box is designed to replicate, as nearly as possible, the free-field seismic response of a soil layer overlying a rigid base. Results from shaking table testing are presented which demonstrate the ability of the test box to serve as a large-scale shear device. The test box is unique in its ability to determine dynamic shear modulus for both high- and low-amplitude shear strain, and also to study the dynamic response of sand under low levels of confining stress. Dynamic shear modulus for standard Ottawa sand was measured over a wide range of shear strain amplitude and compared with data from the existing literature. Finally, based on results from the test box, a constitutive model is proposed which describes the free field response of a sand layer overlying bedrock and subjected to vertically propagating SH waves. The model is simple in form with a single parameter uniquely related to the friction angle of the sand.  相似文献

将基岩上均匀、各向同性土层的地震反应,简化为置于弹性支座上的一维剪切梁模型进行分析。将地震激励假定为白噪声谱,在随机边界激励下,主要探讨了土层与基岩2种介质间的波阻抗比、波速比、土层厚度和阻尼特性对土层地震反应的影响。计算结果表明,对于一定的土层厚度,在一定阻尼比条件下,土层和基岩的阻抗比小到一定程度时,可以将基岩假定为刚性约束,而误差可以控制在一定的范围内。  相似文献

本文选取3种单一均质土层剖面,在3条强度不同的地震动输入下,运用一维土层地震反应分析技术,研究土的动剪切模量比、阻尼比及其对设计反应谱的影响。为了使结果能够直观地反映抗震设防所需要的地震动参数的变化,本文分析了这两个参数在一定范围内变化时,对设计反应谱的特征周期Tg和平台高度αm ax的影响,得到了一些有价值的结论。  相似文献

Centrifuge modeling is a valuable tool used to study the response of geotechnical structures to infrequent or extreme events such as earthquakes. A series of centrifuge model tests was conducted at 80g using an electro-hydraulic earthquake simulator mounted on the C-CORE geotechnical centrifuge to study the dynamic response of soft soils and seismic soil–structure interaction (SSI). The acceleration records at different locations within the soil bed and at its surface along with the settlement records at the surface were used to analyze the soft soil seismic response. In addition, the records of acceleration at the surface of a foundation model partially embedded in the soil were used to investigate the seismic SSI. Centrifuge data was used to evaluate the variation of shear modulus and damping ratio with shear strain amplitude and confining pressure, and to assess their effects on site response. Site response analysis using the measured shear wave velocity, estimated modulus reduction and damping ratio as input parameters produced good agreement with the measured site response. A spectral analysis of the results showed that the stiffness of the soil deposits had a significant effect on the characteristics of the input motions and the overall behavior of the structure. The peak surface acceleration measured in the centrifuge was significantly amplified, especially for low amplitude base acceleration. The amplification of the earthquake shaking as well as the frequency of the response spectra decreased with increasing earthquake intensity. The results clearly demonstrate that the layering system has to be considered, and not just the average shear wave velocity, when evaluating the local site effects.  相似文献

The soil permeability and shear modulus of many marine sediments vary with depth because of consolidation under overburden pressure. However, conventional theories for wave-induced soil response have assumed a homogeneous porous seabed, with constant soil permeability and shear modulus. This paper presents a finite element model for the wave-induced soil response in a porous seabed, with variable permeability and shear modulus as a function of burial depth. The soil matrix considered here is unsaturated and hydraulically anisotropic, and subjected to a three-dimensional short-crested wave system. The present finite element formulation is established by using a combination of semi-analytical techniques and the Galerkin method. The nodal effective stresses directly derived from the governing equations can be calculated accurately in the present model. Verification is available through the reduction to the simple case of homogeneous seabed. Three typical marine materials, course, fine sand and gravel, are considered in this study. The numerical results indicate that the soil permeability affects the wave-induced seabed response significantly especially for gravelled seabed, as does the soil shear modulus for sandy seabed.  相似文献

In this paper, an analytical, numerical and experimental approach for identifying soil profile characteristics by using system identification and free field records, is presented. First, a theoretical soil amplification function for two sites is defined and expressed in terms of the different parameters of the layers constituting the soil profiles (thickness, damping ratio, shear wave velocity and unit weight). Then, this function is smoothed with an analogous function obtained from experimental data by using the least squares minimization technique. The identification of the parameters is performed by solving, numerically, a non-linear optimisation problem. To demonstrate the numerical efficiency and the validity of this approach, two examples are treated. The first one consists in the identification of characteristics of a given uniform soil layer. The second example consists in the experimental validation of this approach with the data recorded within the Garner Valley Down Hole Array (GVDA). Finally, this approach is applied to identify, simultaneously, soil profile characteristics of sites from only a single soil acceleration record at free surface of each site. This procedure is utilised to identify soil profile characteristics of sites by using strong ground motions data recorded during the recent Boumerdes earthquake of May 21, 2003.  相似文献

土的最大动剪切模量、剪应变幅和阻尼比是对土层进行动力反应分析的重要力学参数。利用英国GDS公司生产的RCA共振柱仪,研究围压对都江堰地区粉质粘土的上述动力学参数的影响。研究表明:相同围压条件下,最大动剪切模量、剪应变幅和阻尼比随重复次数基本不变,表明该试验过程具有可重复性;最大动剪切模量、剪应变幅和阻尼比均受围压影响较大,随着围压的增大,最大动剪切模量和阻尼比均逐渐增大,而剪应变幅随着围压的增大逐渐减小。据此,建立了都江堰地区粉质粘土动力学参数随围压变化的经验公式。本研究可为土层地震动力反应分析提供参考并积累基础资料。  相似文献

首先研究了冻土区桥梁的抗震计算方法,对波动法和惯性力法的计算结果进行厂对比分析。对比结果表明惯性力法的计算结果偏大,但当基岩的剪切波速很大时,两种方法的结果接近。然后,采用波动法对季节性冻土区和多年冻土区桥梁结构进行了地震反应分析,研究了冻土层的变化对桥梁结构地震反应的影响,得到了不同冻土厚度、不同墩高时桥墩地震内力分布的规律。计算结果表明,冻土层的存在对桥梁的地震反应具有显著影响,桥墩的地震反应在冬夏两季具有显著区别。  相似文献

The dynamic response of an elastic continuously nonhomogeneous soil layer over bedrock retained by a pair of rigid cantilever walls to a horizontal seismic motion and the associated seismic pressure acting on these walls are determined analytically–numerically. The soil non-homogeneity is described by a shear modulus increasing nonlinearly with depth. The problem is solved in the frequency domain under conditions of plane strain and its exact solution is obtained analytically. This is accomplished with the aid of Fourier series along the horizontal direction and solution of the resulting system of two ordinary differential equations with variable coefficients by the method of Frobenius in power series. Due to the complexity of the various analytical expressions, the final results are determined numerically. These results include seismic pressures, resultant horizontal forces and bending moments acting on the walls. The solution of the problem involving a single retaining wall can be obtained as a special case by assuming the distance between the two walls to be very large. Results are presented in terms of numerical values and graphs using suitable dimensionless quantities. The effect of soil non-homogeneity on the system response is assessed through comparisons for typical sets of the parameters involved.  相似文献

In this paper, a numerical sensitivity analysis of the site effect on dynamic response of pipelines embedded in some idealised soil deposits resting on a halfspace covering a wide range of soil profiles encountered in practice and subjected to vertically propagating shear waves, is presented. The power spectrum of the lateral differential displacement between two distant points due to the site effect is formulated analytically by using an analytical amplification function of a viscoelastic inhomogenous soil profile overlying either a compliant halfspace or a bedrock, represented by a more realistic continuous model. Also, Kanai-Tajimi spectrum parameters are estimated and expressed analytically from the soil profile model. Finally, results in the form of stochastic response spectrum of pipelines, for different key soil and pipeline parameters, are given and discussed.  相似文献

Surface wave method consists of measurement and processing of the dispersive Rayleigh waves recorded from two or more vertical transducers. The dispersive phase data are inverted and the shear wave velocity versus depth is obtained. However, in case of residual soil, the reliable phase spectrum curve is difficult to be produced. Noises from nature and other human-made sources disturb the generated surface wave data. In this paper, a continuous wavelet transform based on mother wavelet of Gaussian Derivative was used to analyze seismic waves in different frequency and time. Time-frequency wavelet spectrum was employed to localize the interested seismic response spectrum of generated surface waves. It can also distinguish the fundamental mode of the surface wave from the higher modes of reflected body waves. The results presented in this paper showed that the wavelet analysis is able to determine reliable surface wave spectrum of sandy clayey residual soil.  相似文献

This paper presents a numerical model for the prediction of free field vibrations due to vibratory and impact pile driving. As the focus is on the response in the far field where deformations are relatively small, a linear elastic constitutive behaviour is assumed for the soil. The free field vibrations are calculated by means of a coupled FE–BE model based on a subdomain formulation. First, the case of vibratory pile driving is considered, where the contributions of different types of waves are investigated for several penetration depths. In the near field, the soil response is dominated by a vertically polarized shear wave, whereas in the far field, body waves are importantly attenuated and Rayleigh waves dominate the ground vibration. Second, the case of impact pile driving is considered. A linear wave equation model is used to estimate the impact force during the driving process. Apart from the response of a homogeneous halfspace, it is also investigated how the soil stratification influences the ground vibration for the case of a soft layer on a stiffer halfspace. When the penetration depth is smaller than the layer thickness, the layered medium has no significant influence on ground vibrations. However, when the penetration depth is larger than the layer thickness, the influence of the layered medium becomes more significant. The computed ground vibrations are finally compared with field measurements reported in the literature.  相似文献

在地震荷载作用下,自由场地会产生土体侧向变形和地表响应放大现象。由于土体的高度非线性,计算自由场地地震响应时,不同的阻尼比及剪切模量取值是造成其计算结果与试验结果相差较大的原因之一。目前动力计算常采用瑞利阻尼方法,其系数取值会在一定程度上影响计算结果。选用两模态简化瑞利阻尼系数计算方法,分析土体阻尼比及控制频率的取值对计算结果的影响,对比离心机模型试验,利用开源有限元平台OpenSees,采用适合于土体动力分析的多屈服面本构模型(PDMY),建立剪切梁模型模拟三维自由场地,并分析瑞利阻尼参数对自由场地地震响应和侧向变形计算结果的影响。结果表明,针对相对密度为60%的Nevada干砂,阻尼比为4%、控制频率比为5时,场地响应计算结果与试验结果较为符合。综合分析显示场地非线性响应时域计算时,应特别注意选用的瑞利阻尼参数值。  相似文献

对233个饱和砂土土样室内试验确定的最大动剪切模量和同一位置现场原位试验确定的最大动剪切模量进行了对比研究。结果表明:两者相差很大,室内试验结果基本上小于现场试验结果,埋藏深的土样相差更大;室内试验的最大动剪切模量与深度符合幂函数规律,且与砂土的密实度有关,与砂土的颗粒成分关系不大。通过工程实例,比较了2种试验最大动剪切模量对地震反应分析的影响,得到了室内试验最大动剪切模量与现场剪切波速的统计经验关系式。该经验关系式对工程场地地震反应分析具有一定的参考应用价值。  相似文献

本文对由反应谱求功率谱的近似公式的误差进行了讨论,从而说明了精确求解地震动功率谱的必要性,并从构造函数的特征出发,提出了一类符合要求的构造函数族,同时对其参数的取值加以讨论。最后给出了一个算例,展示了从反应谱求功率谱的精确方法与近似方法在数值上的差别,以及对人造地震动的影响。  相似文献
