本文介绍了高精度无线电定位系统在测量船舶机动性能如航速、旋回半径、新航向的舵角提前量、保持航向稳定性的能力和船舶的惯性等方面的应用。同时用于对船用计程仪误差的测量和罗经偏差的标准方法等也作了相应的介绍。根据作者的初步实践,分析了这些测量的基本原理与具体测试方法。文中还给出了部分项目利用微机处理的试验程序。这种方法的推广使用,不但能进一步提高造船工业和航运事业的经济效益,扩大高精度定位系统综合应用的领域,而且航海人员精确掌握了船舶机动性能和辅航设备的精确校准后,为航行安全提供了可靠的保证。  相似文献

利用惯性测量单元(IMU)旋转技术可以有效调制惯性元件的零位偏置,提高惯性导航系统的长时间导航精度.针对船用惯性导航系统的应用需求,设计了IMU单轴旋转的船用激光陀螺捷联式惯性导航系统.分析了IMU单轴旋转的工作机理,并通过仿真进行了验证.对导航系统的总体方案、原理方案和旋转方案的原理和实现进行了论述,初步的性能试验验证了设计方案的有效性.  相似文献

日本的静止卫星“葵花”与美国、欧洲宇宙机关(ESA)、印度已发射运用的静止卫星共同监视全球气象状况。除印度的静止卫星外,其它国家的均能自动收集海洋气象浮标式自动气象站、船舶、飞机等所观测的气象资料。向静止卫星通报气象资料的船舶等被称为“通报局”(DCP)。从通报局对卫星分配402MHZ等频率,并使用无定向天线,即可发送气象资料。 日本气象厅已在1988年度在所有的海洋气象观测船上配备上了运用DCP把观测船所观测到的气象及海洋资料向气象厅通报的“船用气象电报自动发送装置”。此装置由无定向天线、发送部和资料处理部三部分构成。资料处理部是由以个人用计算机为基座的CPU、表示已输入的气象资料和电文的CRP、用于输入气象资料的键盘三部分构成。船用气象电报自动发送装置的特长是,写成气象电报的气象资料极为简单,任何人都会输入。资料输入后,从气象电报的写成到发报均可自动工作。因此,通讯人员不需要值班,连夜间也可自动通报气象电报。 船舶气象通报对提高气象预报精度以及延长预报期间极为重要。但近几年来由于海运情况的变化,船舶气象通报逐渐减少,日本气象厅迫切希望船舶今后也能协力合作。除气象厅自己的气象观测船外,所属日本邮船以及大阪商船三井船舶的某些船舶也按装着船用气象  相似文献

Estimation of ship rotational motions induced by ocean waves plays a central role in many navigation and fire control applications. Inertial-type instruments are available which give good measurements of the attitude, but some form of signal processing is necessary to obtain angular rates or predict attitudes. Using optimal moving-average (or transversal) filters, we can obtain very good estimates of attitude rates as well as predictions of these values. Filter parameters can be changed adaptively to maintain good performance as the ship changes heading or velocity. The problem of designing these optimal filters is examined in detail and numerical results are given for a particular set of conditions. Two implementations of the adaptive filter are discussed. One is based on a recursive estimation of the process autocorrelations with the filter coefficients being recomputed at periodic intervals or whenever nonstationary conditions are detected. The second implementation is based on Widrow's LMS algorithm. Both alternatives for the adaptive filter implementation are quite reasonable in terms of their computational requirements. The steady-state performance analysis can be considered to be a lower bound on the errors incurred by an adaptive filter.  相似文献

Available safety egress time under ship fire(SFAT) is critical to ship fire safety assessment,design and emergency rescue.Although it is available to determine SFAT by using fire models such as the two-zone fire model CFAST and the field model FDS,none of these models can address the uncertainties involved in the input parameters.To solve this problem,current study presents a framework of uncertainty analysis for SFAT.Firstly,a deterministic model estimating SFAT is built.The uncertainties of the input parameters are regarded as random variables with the given probability distribution functions.Subsequently,the deterministic SFAT model is employed to couple with a Monte Carlo sampling method to investigate the uncertainties of the SFAT.The Spearman’s rank-order correlation coefficient(SRCC) is used to examine the sensitivity of each input uncertainty parameter on SFAT.To illustrate the proposed approach in detail,a case study is performed.Based on the proposed approach,probability density function and cumulative density function of SFAT are obtained.Furthermore,sensitivity analysis with regard to SFAT is also conducted.The results give a high-negative correlation of SFAT and the fire growth coefficient whereas the effect of other parameters is so weak that they can be neglected.  相似文献

舰船目标检测是进行海上目标监管,保障海上权益的重要手段。本文在SSD(single shot multibox detector)算法的基础上,利用残差网络(ResNet,residual network)作为骨干网络构建SSD模型,将改进后的SSD算法应用于卫星视频舰船目标检测,该算法采用残差连接替换原本的级联方式,加强前后特征之间的联系,减少模型参数,在保证检测精度的同时提高检测速度。在本文构建的数据集上进行实验,结果表明,改进后的SSD算法在测试集上的均值平均精度(mAP,mean average precision)为93%,比原始SSD算法提高了5.31%,充分证明了该方法对于提升SSD模型性能的有效性。使用“吉林一号”视频03星图像进行验证,结果表明,该算法能够较准确地检测到舰船目标,可为海上复杂环境条件下的舰船实时检测提供参考。  相似文献

舰船目标检测是进行海洋环境监管,保障海上权益的重要手段。基于深度学习的目标检测算法能在复杂环境下保持良好性能,为测试不同深度学习目标检测算法在舰船检测中的效果,本文构建了一个包含3893张图像的数据集,涵盖了复杂背景下不同类型的舰船,基于此数据集分别采用Faster RCNN、SSD、RetinaNet、YOLOv3、YOLOv4算法进行实验,结果表明,YOLOv4 、YOLOv3、RetinaNet、Faster RCNN平均精度均在83%以上,其中YOLOv4最高达到91.77%,Faster RCNN误检较多,而SSD平均精度最低,只有79.23%,总的舰船检测数目偏少。将5种模型训练结果在高分二号影像上进行测试,得到较好的检测效果,对舰船检测未来理论研究的开展具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

Ship berthing and mooring monitoring system by using pneumatic-type fenders has been proposed. This system consists of present berth monitoring system including a mooring line load monitoring system, and a fender load monitoring system. The fender loads such as fender deflection and reaction force are calculated by measuring inner air pressure of the pneumatic fenders, which have unique characteristics in performance. Furthermore both loads for the mooring lines and the fenders can be used to estimate moored ship motions simultaneously. Total ship monitoring system at jetty can be achieved and contributes safe ship berthing and mooring.  相似文献

A computational method for the ocean ship routing based on optimization theory is presented in this paper. In the computational programme "breaking circle method" is used, by which a principal contradictory line can be obtained in the operations research. The automatic selection of calculating network and the initial values have been realized. The quantitative estimation for the change of navigating speed under the different conditions of ocean wave and current has been done. The objectivly quantitative computational method is provided for ocean ship routing and forecast service following ship tracks. During ice-breaking navigation, a massive amount of crushed ice blocks with different sizes is accumulated under the hull of an ice-going ship. This ice slides into the flow field in the forward side of the podded propulsor, affecting the surrounding flow field and aggravating the non-uniformity of the propeller wake. A pulsating load is formed on the propeller, which affects the hydrodynamic performance of the podded propulsor. To study the changes in the propeller hydrodynamic performance during the ice podded propulsor interaction, the overlapping grid technique is used to simulate the unsteady hydrodynamic performance of the podded propulsor at different propeller rotation angles and different ice block sizes. Hence, the hydrodynamic blade behavior during propeller rotation under the interaction between the ice and podded propulsor is discussed. The unsteady propeller loads and surrounding flow fields obtained for ice blocks with different sizes interacting with the podded propulsor are analyzed in detail. The variation in the hydrodynamic performance during the circular motion of a propeller and the influence of ice size variation on the propeller thrust and torque are determined. The calculation results have certain reference significance for experiment-based research, theoretical calculations and numerical simulation concerning ice podded propulsor interaction.  相似文献

海洋环境中的微生物腐蚀已被公认为是海洋工程金属构筑物的腐蚀破坏的重要形式。航行在海洋中的船舶不仅受到海水腐蚀的影响,各个部件还会受到微生物腐蚀的影响。严重的微生物腐蚀会导致管路阻塞、部件失效和腐蚀穿孔,不仅影响船舶设备正常运行,也严重威胁船舶安全。本文系统分析了船舶微生物腐蚀发生的位点和危害、不同位点的腐蚀微生物群落结构特征、船舶材料的微生物腐蚀以及不同防护技术的适用范围,并在此基础上提出对船舶微生物腐蚀研究工作的建议。  相似文献

针对已建成科考船加装中水多波束的实际技术需求,结合中水多波束加装科考船的船舶线型及其系统安装要求,通过设计两种不同类型的导流罩线型,并与船体线型一体化进行计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,以下简称CFD)仿真分析,了解实船舶航行过程中船体型线和导流罩型线之间的相互影响,分别对圆弧型导流罩和折角型导流罩的防气泡性能和阻力性能进行了CFD预报和分析。最后经海试验证折角型导流罩能够完全满足中水多波束的安装线型流线及湍流动能的性能指标,为科考船多波束导流罩的设计安装或加装提供一定的借鉴和参考作用。  相似文献

The best way of reducing roll motion is by increasing roll damping. Bilge keels are the most common devices for increasing roll damping. If more control is required, anti-roll tanks and fins are used. Tanks have the advantage of being able to function when the ship is not underway. Our objective is to develop design procedures for passive tanks for roll reduction in rough seas. This paper focuses on the design of passive U-tube tanks. The tank-liquid equation of motion is integrated simultaneously with the six-degree-of-freedom (6DOF) equations of the ship motion. The coupled set of equations is solved by using the Large Amplitude Motion Program ‘LAMP’, which is a three-dimensional time-domain simulation of the motion of ships in waves. The unstabilized and stabilized roll motions of a S60-70 ship with forward speed and beam waves have been analyzed. For high-amplitude waves, the unstabilized roll angle exhibits typical nonlinear phenomena: a shift in the resonance frequency, multi-valued responses, and jumps. The performance of a S60-70 ship with a passive tank is investigated in various sea states with different encounter wave directions. It is found that passive anti-roll tanks tuned in the linear or nonlinear ranges are very effective in reducing the roll motion in the nonlinear range. The effect of the tank damping, frequency, and mass on the tank performance is studied. Also, it is found that passive anti-roll tanks are very effective in reducing the roll motion for ships having a pitch frequency that is nearly twice the roll frequency in sea states 5 and 6.  相似文献
