我国热带生物海岸的现状及生态系统的修复与重建   总被引:16,自引:0,他引:16

评述了以红树林和珊瑚礁为代表的我国热带生物海岸的分布及其面积、生物群落的破坏、海岸保护与管理、科学研究等各个方面的现状,以及生态系统修复与重建技术研究进展,指出热带生物海岸及其上的红树林、珊瑚礁热带海岸生态系统具有特殊的资源价值和生态效益,对热带海岸社会经济可持续发展的十分重要;另一方面对日益频繁的人类开发活动和自然环境变异十分敏感和脆弱,而且其直接经济价值相对较低而通常易于被忽视,随着我国自然环境变异十分敏感和脆弱,而且其直接经济价值相对较低而通常易于被忽视,随着我国社会经济近20年来的快速发展,导致热带海岸地区人口、资源、环境压力加剧,热带生物海岸红树林和珊瑚礁资源已经受到生态破坏性开发活动的极大破坏而急需保护。尽管政府采取了保护管理的各种措施,包括相关法律、自然保护区、科学研究、生态系统修复与重建的实验、研究和推广,但是总体上衰退的趋势尚未扭转,热带生物海岸在我国河口海岸生态环境变异和资源可持续利用研究中具有特别重要要的意义,应该加强我国热带生物海岸的调查、监测、评估、研究,以适应热带生物海岸和相关生态系统的保护、管理、恢复、重建和可持续发展的紧迫要求。  相似文献

在 3种培养基中用 MPN法按季对桑沟湾表层水和底质的总好气异养菌、几丁质降解菌、弧菌及其占总菌量比率等进行时空分布及变化的分析 ,并作了这些参数间的相关分析。估算了细菌生物量。评价了该湾的增养殖、生态和环境条件。指出了进一步对该湾做包括细菌在内的微生物学研究于健康水产增养殖业和保护生态环境的必要性  相似文献

海洋重大科技基础设施是为在海洋科学技术前沿取得重大突破, 解决经济社会发展和国家安全中的战略性、基础性和前瞻性科技问题而建设的大型复杂科学研究系统。本文介绍了中国科学考察船、海底观测网、潜水器等海洋领域重大科技基础设施的建设情况, 对海洋重大科技基础设施建设成效和当前存在的问题进行了分析。当前海洋重大科技基础设施支撑能力明显提升, 综合效益日益显现, 但仍存在统筹谋划不足、国产化水平有待提升、开放共享机制不够健全和人才队伍建设有待加强等问题。基于上述问题, 提出要统筹谋划海洋重大科技基础设施建设, 建立健全开放共享机制, 同时还要加强专业人才队伍建设, 确保设施稳定高效运行。  相似文献

海岛生态系统拥有明显且独特的脆弱性,对海岛的生态环境和社会经济构成威胁。准确把握和有效控制海岛生态脆弱性是维护海岛生态系统、合理开发利用海岛的根本前提,一套科学、统一且针对性强的概念体系是海岛生态脆弱性研究的基础。参考相关研究,以海岛生态系统的特殊性为基点,以我国海岛为侧重点,通过梳理和分析大量海岛典型案例,提出并探析海岛生态脆弱性的内涵、特征和成因。海岛生态脆弱性是在独特的自身条件和复杂的系统干扰下海岛生态系统表现出的易受损性和难恢复性,具备长期性、分异性和可调控性的特征;特殊的地理位置、有限的规模大小和明显的空间隔离使得海岛生态系统具有明显的海陆二相性、资源短缺性和独立完整性,与不同类型、不同程度的自然扰动和人为干扰相互作用,形成并加剧海岛生态脆弱性。概念体系的建立能够为海岛生态脆弱性的深入分析与合理调控提供切实依据。  相似文献

海洋生物技术的开发与应用,具有极为重要的现实意义和广阔的前景。它对促进整个海洋与水产业的可持续发展具有举足轻重的作用。本文从近年青岛市的海洋与水产业现状着手,较为详尽地阐述了应大力发展海洋生物技术的领域与产品,包括开发应用生物技术在水产养殖中的良种培育、病虫害的诊断与防治、水产品的精深加工和综合作用、海洋药物和医用生物材料等等诸方面应重点开展的工作。藉以对政府部门制定科技与产业发展规划,对科研、生产单位开展工作提供参考。  相似文献

为科学合理评价区域海洋科技发展水平,进一步促进区域海洋经济增长,文章以东部海洋经济圈为例,采用主成分分析方法构建海洋科技发展水平综合指标,采用多元线性回归模型分析海洋科技发展等因素与海洋经济增长之间的关系,并提出建议。研究结果表明:海洋科技发展水平综合指标包括海洋科技支撑、海洋科技成果转化和海洋科技投入3个主要素及其11个指标,2006—2015年东部海洋经济圈各地海洋科技发展水平整体处于上升趋势,且差距较小;除政府支持力度外,海洋科技发展水平、海洋第三产业发展水平和工业污染程度等变量均与海洋生产总值存在显著相关关系,其中海洋科技发展水平为正相关;未来应促进海洋科技成果转化、减少区域壁垒制约以及加强海洋生态环境保护和治理。  相似文献

The coastal and marine environments and resources of the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden are globally significant and generally in a healthy state. Current regional issues include localized destruction of coral reefs, seagrass and mangroves; declines in some fisheries; exploitation of some endangered species; pollution from the development and transport of petroleum; and disposal of industrial and municipal wastes. The underlying causes of these issues are the natural vulnerability of the Red Sea due to its semi-enclosed nature; economic reliance on the petroleum industry; significant navigation risks; a rapidly increasing coastal population and associated developments; lack of fisheries information, surveillance and management; poor coastal zone planning; and limited technical expertise. Strategic actions addressing these issues will need to be implemented regionally and focus on coastal zone management that integrates environmental planning, environmental assessment and review; training and institutional development; public awareness and participation; information gathering especially fisheries statistics; reducing navigation risks; and the development of resource management and conservation strategies.  相似文献

Seasonal changes of tide signal(s), temperature, salinity and current were studied during the years 2004-2005 in the northernmost Gulf of Aqaba, which is under developmental activities, to obtain scientific bases for best management and sustainability. Spectrum analysis revealed permanent signals of tide measurements during all seasons, which represented semidiurnal and diurnal barotropic tides. The other signal periods of 8.13, 6.10-6.32, 4.16 and 1.02-1.05 h were not detected in all seasons, which were related to shallow water compound and overtides of principle solar and lunar constituent and to seiches generated in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba. Spatial and temporal distribution of temperature, salinity and density showed significant differences between months in the coastal and offshore region and no significant differences among the coastal sites, between the surface and bottom waters and between coastal and offshore waters. Therefore, the temporal and spatial variation of water properties in the northernmost Gulf of Aqaba behave similarly compared to other parts. The coastal current below 12 m depth was weak (3-6 cms-1) and fluctuated from east-northeastward to west-southwestward (parallel to the shoreline), which may be related to the effect of bottom topography and/or current density due to differential cooling between eastern and western parts in the study area, and windinduced upwelling and downwelling in the eastern and western side, respectively. The prevailing northerly winds and stratification conditions during summer were the main causes of the southward current at 6 and 12 m depths with average speed of 28 and 12 cms-1, respectively.  相似文献

The Gulf of California is unique because of its geographical location and conformation. It hosts diverse ecosystems and important fisheries that support industry and provide livelihood to coastal settlements. It is also the site of interests and problems, and an intense interaction among managers, producers, and conservationists. In this report, we scrutinize the abiotic (hydrography, climate, ocean circulation, and chemistry) and biotic (phyto- and zooplankton, fish, invertebrates, marine mammals, birds, and turtles) components of the marine ecosystem, and some particular aspects of climate variability, endemisms, harmful algal blooms, oxygen minimum layer, and pollution. We also review the current conditions and conflicts around the main fisheries (shrimp, small and large pelagic fishes, squid, artisanal and sportfishing), the most important human activity in the Gulf of California. We cover some aspects of management and conservation of fisheries, especially the claimed overexploitation of fish resources and the ecosystems, and review proposals for creating networks of marine protected areas. We conclude by identifying main needs for information and research, particularly the integration of data bases, the implementation of models and paleoreconstructions, establishment of monitoring programs, and the evaluation of fishing impacts and management actions.  相似文献

为了获取海洋连续稳定的气象和水文数据,作者设计了基于Linux的气象水文浮标采集系统,多线程同时测量海面的气象参数(温度、湿度、气压和风速、风向)和海下的水文参数(不同深度的水温和盐度),监控浮标的电压、漏水和开舱状态,测量和监控原始数据自动备份到系统的数据库,通过CDMA/GPRS或卫星与岸站接收系统通信,实现采集数据实时回传、自动备份和数据补发功能。目前已经在近海和远海各布放2套,气象数据和水文数据采集与接收正常。实验结果表明,该方案解决了近海和远海的海洋气象数据和水文数据的同时采集与传输,具有高度的可扩展性,获取的海洋气象和水文数据连续稳定可靠。  相似文献

This article is a brief and selective introduction to the literature and concepts concerning the fate and recycling of carbon compounds in the marine environment. It provides a framework for the other papers in the session and emphasises the areas of ignorance and the implications to be drawn from them.The fate of carbon compounds in oceanic water columns and sediments is reviewed in terms of regions and processes. Particular attention is given to certain regions — surface film and associated zone, the water column and the upper layer of the bottom sediments — and processes — microbial activity, association of organic materials and minerals and the formation and diagenesis of particulate organic matter.Most of the organic matter in the ocean is rapidly recycled but the processes, rates and fluxes are poorly understood. Major areas of ignorance include the half-lives of individual compounds and of classes of compounds and the role of microorganisms, both in the water column and in the bottom sediments. Measurements and experiments need to be conducted in the oceans and in the laboratory. Chemical and biochemical changes in the short and long term require recognition if the residual organic matter of sediments is to be interpreted in terms of past oceanic conditions.  相似文献

为促进我国海岛的生态保护和开发利用,实现新时代海岛的可持续发展,文章概述海岛生态系统的特性以及我国相关立法过程和管理措施;重点围绕我国海岛生态保护和开发利用实践,以南麂列岛、獐子岛和舟山群岛为例,分别分析保护修复、生态利用和绿色开发3种海岛生态发展模式。研究结果表明:保护修复型以保护区建设和管理、生物资源及其生境修复为主,生态利用型以坚持生态理念、提升产业科技含量、重视环境保护和生态建设以及科学规划和管理为主,绿色开发型以制定规划、构建合理产业体系、发展循环经济以及加强基础设施和人才建设为主;3种模式的共同点为海岛资源的优化配置,可交叉选择和综合应用。在此基础上,提出海岛生态发展的6点建议,即完善法律制度体系、发展绿色能源技术、加强动态监视监测和大数据整合、建立全链条标准化体系、培养和引进专业人才以及推动应对全球挑战的国际合作。  相似文献

The urgency and specific features of the application of the up-to-date aerospace methods and technologies in order to monitor different oil and gas facilities; study subsurface geology of oil and gas areas; search for oil and gas deposits (particularly in Arctic regions); control oil, gas, and product pipelines; and estimate the environmental conditions in the areas of hydrocarbon production and transportation on land and on the sea are justified and analyzed. The problems in the oil and gas industry which can be solved using aerospace data are systematized. The principles of organization of aerospace monitoring and the physical bases of remote sensing methods for solving different problems in the oil and gas industry are considered. The application of aerospace methods and technologies in order to monitor the environmental conditions in the oil and gas production areas, monitor pipelines, detect pollution of the marine environment with oil products (particularly, after the accident on the oil platform in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010), and control the ice conditions in the Arctic oil and gas areas is illustrated.  相似文献

计量检定和海上标校试验是目前船载观测设备在室内和室外开展测量精度评价的2种常用手段。为进一步推进我国计量检定和海上试验建设发展,文章系统归纳和总结室内计量检定和海上标校试验的原理、特点和工作现状,分析当前各自存在的问题,并提出具体建议。研究结果表明:军、地对于船载观测设备计量检定和海上标校试验的需求越来越迫切,我国虽已基本建成海洋设备计量技术规范体系,并强化海试全过程的质量控制,但仍存在计量标准、评价体系、维修保障和室外检定手段不足,海上试验环境和比测精度不确定以及缺少标准化海上试验设施和平台等问题;计量检定机构应综合分析计量要素的特点、社会效益和难易程度等,研究并制定行之有效的标准规范和保障措施;还应充分发挥海上试验的综合检验评价功能,研究完善比测校准方法,建设标准化的海上试验设施和平台。  相似文献

海上石油平台周边海底管缆密集,管线状废弃物多,且有相互交叉现象,常有管道与电缆分辨不清或将管线状废弃物误判成海底管缆等情况发生。这严重影响了生产运行和作业平台就位的安全,给指挥作业平台插桩、就位、船舶抛锚带来了很多困难和安全隐患。在埕岛油田平台附近海底管道电缆探测技术研究中,利用目前世界上已有的、对海底管缆探测较为有效的各种仪器设备和方法手段,进行了试点研究,从中寻求适合埕岛油田海区海底管道、电缆位置和埋设状况探测的最佳方法和手段。通过试点研究,对探测海底管道和电缆的各种仪器的探测性能、探测方法、探测过程中应注意的事项以及存在的问题进行了较全面的介绍。  相似文献

获取高质量海洋观测数据是维护国家安全和权益、保障人类生存与可持续发展、应对全球气候变化、开发利用海洋资源、防灾减灾等的重要基础。随着海底观测技术的发展,海底有缆观测已成为地球观测的第三个平台。通过借鉴国内外海底观测网的成熟技术,设计研发单节点海底有缆在线观测系统,主要包含海底观测、电力信息传输和陆上人机交互信息管理等三个子系统,具有高度可扩展性,可根据监测需求集成安装常用的各类海洋观测仪器和水下高清摄像头,从而实现海洋环境和水下生物资源的原位、长期、连续、稳定的在线观测。研发的海底有缆在线观测系统构造简单、扩展性强、经济成本低,已广泛应用于山东省海洋牧场观测网的海洋生态环境和渔业资源、辽东湾的冬季海冰、海洋牧场与海上风电的融合效应、河流入海口水质、海上溢油等不同领域的业务化监测中,为我国海洋生态环境保护与修复、海洋资源开发利用、海洋防灾减灾等提供了高质量的科学数据支撑。海底有缆在线观测系统是业务化海洋在线观测技术领域里的创新研究,具有重要科学意义和广泛应用前景。  相似文献
