利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)肌肉中的ADH,LDH,G6PDH,SOD,GDH,EST,AKP,ACP等8种同工酶进行分析,以期为其种质资源保护和开发以及遗传育种等方面的研究提供基础资料.结果表明,8种同工酶由17个基因位点所编码,其中G6pdh-1,Gdh-1和Est-3等3个基因位点具有多态现象.多态位点比例为17.6%.  相似文献

First the scour and deposition patterns of the sandy seabed in front of a vertical breakwater under the action of irregular broken clapotis are investigated experimentally and classified into five types: scour type Ⅰ , scour type Ⅱ, scour type Ⅲ, deposition type Ⅰ, and deposition type Ⅱ . Secondly, the processes of formation of scour and deposition patterns are probed in comparison with those induced by regular broken clapotis and standing waves. 2001年2号台风“飞燕”登陆早、强度大、移速快、突发性强给福建中部沿海地区带来巨大损失。本文利用常规资料及云图等资料对其登陆福建及后期路径北折的特点及成因进行分析，结果表明：200hPa散度、850hPa涡度及低层能量场对台风路径北折有比较好的预示作用，台风未来移向有沿着200hPa其中心附近辐散中心长轴方向、850hPa正涡度长轴方向及低层暖平流区和850hPa θse高能中心轴移动的趋势。  相似文献

本文以长牡蛎为酶源提取材料,用正丁醇抽提,硫酸铵分级分离,DEAE-52和Sephadex G-100柱层析,得到一定纯度的碱性磷酸酶,提纯倍数为61.96,比活力达1.326U/mg.该酶的最适pH值9.6,最适温度38℃,初速度6.8μmol/(dm~3·min),米氏常数Km值为1.30mmol/dm~3.实验结果表明,Mg~(2+)对该酶有明显的激活作用;Zn~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、Hg~(2+)对该酶有明显的抑制作用.  相似文献

海洋水色卫星遥感的关键是水色图像资料的利用率。受到太阳反射光的影响使图像饱和是水色卫星图像的主要噪声之一。笔者首先论述了卫星海洋水色遥感中到达水色扫描仪的太阳反射光（即太阳耀光）的辐射量计算模式；然后介绍了产生太阳耀光模拟图像的全过程，并对我国FY－1B、美国的SeaSTAR和台湾省的ROCSAT－1号卫星作了全轨道下的太阳耀光模拟图像；最后，讨论了影响太阳耀光的主要因素，同时提出了减小太阳耀光提高海洋水色卫星遥感图像利用率的建议。  相似文献
