孙水河流域地质环境条件复杂,人类工程活动强烈,崩塌、滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害发育,水土流失问题严重,地质灾害在形成与发展演化过程中呈现出明显的链式效应。采用野外调查、遥感解译和综合分析相结合方法,查明了孙水河流域地质灾害链的主要诱发因素:强降雨、人类工程活动及其共同作用;基于灾害链激发环、灾害链演化环、灾害链损害环分别论述了孙水河流域境内强降雨、人类工程活动及两者共同作用下诱发地质灾害链的类型结构和成灾特征;从监测预警网络建设、防灾减灾体系完善、地质灾害综合治理实施以及地质环境保护和植被恢复推进等方面,提出了孙水河流域地质灾害链的断链对策。 相似文献

以长江经济带上游地区泸州市规划中心城区为例,建立了包括多因素综合评价模型和多层次评价指标体系的工程建设适宜性评价方法,采用模糊赋权法和层次分析法相结合的组合赋权法计算评价指标的权重,利用GIS空间分析技术对泸州市规划中心城区工程建设适宜性进行了评价,并对评价方法的可靠性进行了分析。结果表明:泸州市规划中心城区工程建设适宜性整体较好,以适宜、较适宜为主,其中适宜区、较适宜区分别占研究区总面积的36.16%、28.81%,此外适宜性差区、不适宜区各占20.96%、8.07%;泸州市城市规划建设、重大工程建设选址应在适宜区和较适宜区范围内,尽量避免适宜性差和不适宜地区;在适宜性差和不适宜地区进行工程建设应注意不同区段现有和可能诱发的地质灾害、地基不均匀沉降、软土、坍岸等问题的防治。建立的评价方法在丘陵城市工程建设适宜性评价上适用性较好。 相似文献

Chalcopyrite is an important sulfide mineral in many types of ore deposits, but matrix‐matched chalcopyrite reference materials for microanalysis are lacking. A new natural chalcopyrite‐bearing specimen (HTS4‐6) was analysed in this study to investigate its potential as a reference material for microbeam sulfur isotope ratio measurement. Detailed textural examination and major element determination showed that the HTS4‐6 chalcopyrite grains have no growth rim or zoning. A total of 607 sulfur isotope ratio spot measurements with secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) conducted on the cruciform sections, and over 120 randomly selected grains yielded highly consistent sulfur isotope ratio. The intermediate measurement precision for four measurement sessions of the 34S/32S measurement results was better than 0.39‰ (2s). Randomly selected chalcopyrite grains of HTS4‐6 were further analysed by LA‐MC‐ICP‐MS, which gave a mean δ34S value of +0.58 ± 0.38‰ (2s, n = 95). The maximum variance (expressed as intermediate precision from SIMS and LA‐MC‐ICP‐MS measurements) is not worse than 0.39‰ (the SIMS value), indicating that HTS4‐6 chalcopyrite is a potential reference material for in situ microbeam sulfur isotope measurements. The mean δ34S value determined by gas source isotope ratio mass spectrometry (GS‐IRMS) is +0.63 ± 0.16‰ (2s, n = 23), consistent with that derived by LA‐MC‐ICP‐MS, and can represent the recommended value for this potential reference material. 相似文献

为进一步提高泥石流起动物理模拟试验的科学性,完善试验体系,采用资料收集与分析方法,总结了近年来中国泥石流起动物理模拟试验开展的现状,从水流冲刷与泥石流起动试验以及人工降雨与泥石流起动试验两个方面论述了中国泥石流起动试验取得的主要进展和理论成果。在国内外泥石流起动物理模拟试验对照基础上,提出中国泥石流起动物理模拟试验研究的建议:提高水流浓度、降雨雨型与土体特征的相似率;加强降雨或水流作用下土体物理力学特征变化与泥石流起动响应研究;推动降雨与汇流共同作用下泥石流起动综合性物理模拟试验的开展。 相似文献

系统梳理了成渝城市群以往地质调查成果,分析了区内地质资源对绿色发展的支撑点。结果表明: 成渝城市群天然气探明地质储量占全国的60%,页岩气累计探明储量近万亿立方米,涪陵焦石坝等已规模化开发气田; 地热资源较丰富,地埋管热源开发潜力较大; 芒硝等优势非金属矿产资源储量、开发基础较好,具有进一步产业化发展的基础; 现有中型以上岩盐矿产39处,地下空间尚未开发利用,盐穴资源开发潜力较大; 现有153处饮用天然矿泉水水源地,多含锶等有益元素,建议开展优质矿泉水品牌建设; 地质遗迹特色鲜明,现有164处重要地质遗迹,建议打造恐龙化石群等具有区域特色的品牌; 耕地资源较丰富,覆盖50%以上的土地面积,总体养分丰富,局部富硒,已形成一定数量的农产品品牌,建议开展都江堰—绵阳等地标准化农田建设,培育富硒农产品。建议进一步开展成渝城市群空白区土地质量调查、区域与重点产业地质调查等工作,以期持续提高地质资源对成渝城市群绿色发展的支撑作用。 相似文献

Iodothyronine deiodinase catalyzes the initiation and termination of thyroid hormones(THs) effects, and plays a central role in the regulation of thyroid hormone level in vertebrates. In non-chordate invertebrates, only one deiodinase has been identified in the scallop C hlamys farreri. Here, two deiodinases were cloned in the Pacific oyster C rassostrea gigas( Cg Dx and C g Dy). The characteristic in-frame TGA codons and selenocysteine insertion sequence elements in the oyster deiodinase c DNAs supported the activity of them. Furthermore, seven orthologs of deiodinases were found by a tblastn search in the mollusk Lottia gigantea and the annelid C apitella teleta. A phylogenetic analysis revealed that the deiodinase gene originated from an common ancestor and a clade-specific gene duplication occurred independently during the differentiation of the mollusk, annelid, and vertebrate lineages. The distinct spatiotemporal expression patterns implied functional divergence of the two deiodinases. The expression of C g Dx and Cg Dy was influenced by L-thyroxine T4, and putative thyroid hormone responsive elements were found in their promoters, which suggested that the oyster deiodinases were feedback regulated by TH. Epinephrine stimulated the expression level of C g Dx and Cg Dy, suggesting an interaction effect between different hormones. This study provides the first evidence for the existence of a conserved TH feedback regulation mechanism in mollusks, providing insights into TH evolution. 相似文献
