利用连续光源原子吸收光谱法,通过测定磷元素在乙炔-空气火焰条件下形成的PO双原子分子的吸光度,从而确定植物样品中磷含量。实验研究了乙炔-空气比例和燃烧器高度对PO分子吸光度的影响及其他共存元素的光谱干扰和化学干扰。通过对植物标准物质中磷的测定比对证明:利用连续光源原子吸收光谱法,在乙炔-空气火焰条件下以PO分子测定植物样品中的磷是一种简单、快速、有效的方法。  相似文献

无定河流域碳氮稳定同位素研究   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
对黄河中游一条很有特点的高悬沙支流--无定河流域进行了碳氮稳定同位素调查,发现该流域植被的碳氮同位素组成分布范围很广,碳同位素组成呈现出明显的双峰特征,说明该流域生态系统属于C3和C4混合植被类型.植物的氮同位素组成与碳同位素组成之间并不存在相关关系.沿河沉积物中的碳氮同位素组成之间存在有弱负相关性.河水悬浮体中碳氮同位素组成显示出良好的负相关关系,反映出该河悬浮体中主要有2种物质来源以及具保守性的物理混合特征.根据无定河流域植被、土壤、沉积物的碳同位素调查结果,估算出该河流颗粒有机质中C3植物碳的贡献可占75%~80%.河水悬浮体中有机质的控制性来源是中下游陆地侵蚀物质,同样也反映了流域植被的同位素特征,C3植物碳的贡献占优势.初步的研究结果已经证明,在研究河流中生源要素的输送通量与降水及径流过程之间的关系和河流物质与陆地生态环境变化之间的关系时碳氮稳定同位素示踪应该是十分有效的手段.  相似文献

The concentrations of 129I in seawater samples from two sites (off Sekine and the Toyama Bay) in the Japan Sea were determined by accelerator mass spectrometry. The observed concentrations exceed amounts expected from natural origin and globally distributed fallout due to nuclear weapons testing. Because the fraction of natural origin and global fallout is 2% and 8.9–13.8%, respectively, the residual more than 80% of the concentration must come primarily from nuclear fuel reprocessing plants. This result indicates a rapid distribution of 129I through atmospheric transport on a global scale. The depth distribution of 129I at the Toyama Bay in the Japan Sea shows that the 129I maximum is in the mixed layer and that concentrations decrease with depth. The inventory of 129I in water column is four times higher than that measured in the Gulf of Mexico which has almost the same depth at the Toyama Bay. This higher inventory probably reflects: (1) the rapid water sinking in the Japan Sea, (2) the difference of distance in sampling locations with respect to major 129I releasing plants and (3) the strong increase in emissions from nuclear fuel reprocessing plants after the profile of the Gulf of Mexico was taken.  相似文献

In this paper, multi-scaled morphology is introduced into the digital processing domain for land seismic data. First, we describe the basic theory of multi-scaled morphology image decomposition of exploration seismic waves; second, we illustrate how to use multi-scaled morphology for seismic data processing using two real examples. The first example demonstrates suppressing the surface waves in pre-stack seismic records using multi-scaled morphology decomposition and reconstitution and the other example demonstrates filtering different interference waves on the seismic record. Multi-scaled morphology filtering separates signal from noise by the detailed differences of the wave shapes. The successful applications suggest that multi-scaled morphology has a promising application in seismic data processing.  相似文献

The transport and dilution dynamics of power-plant thermal effluent were measured for 10 consecutive days, between 25 June and 4 July 2006, by concurrently mapping the daily distributions of seawater temperature and concentrations of deliberately released sulfur hexafluoride (SF(6)) within the tidal Kwangyang Bay on the southern coast of Korea. Estimates of the daily extent of the thermal plume based on temperature and SF(6) data showed distinct differences. These differences were particularly pronounced on sunny days during which solar radiation significantly heated river or bay waters moving across the tidal flats; in these cases, the estimates based on seawater temperature data were consistently greater than those based on SF(6) data, indicating considerable overestimates of the extent of the thermal plume when temperature data were used. The present results indicate that the concurrent use of seawater temperature and SF(6) data is a powerful method in determining the extent of thermal plumes, particularly for shallow areas in which the effects of solar heating lead to large uncertainties in temperature-based estimates.  相似文献

Spatial prediction of river channel topography by kriging   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Topographic information is fundamental to geomorphic inquiry, and spatial prediction of bed elevation from irregular survey data is an important component of many reach‐scale studies. Kriging is a geostatistical technique for obtaining these predictions along with measures of their reliability, and this paper outlines a specialized framework intended for application to river channels. Our modular approach includes an algorithm for transforming the coordinates of data and prediction locations to a channel‐centered coordinate system, several different methods of representing the trend component of topographic variation and search strategies that incorporate geomorphic information to determine which survey data are used to make a prediction at a specific location. For example, a relationship between curvature and the lateral position of maximum depth can be used to include cross‐sectional asymmetry in a two‐dimensional trend surface model, and topographic breaklines can be used to restrict which data are retained in a local neighborhood around each prediction location. Using survey data from a restored gravel‐bed river, we demonstrate how transformation to the channel‐centered coordinate system facilitates interpretation of the variogram, a statistical model of reach‐scale spatial structure used in kriging, and how the choice of a trend model affects the variogram of the residuals from that trend. Similarly, we show how decomposing kriging predictions into their trend and residual components can yield useful information on channel morphology. Cross‐validation analyses involving different data configurations and kriging variants indicate that kriging is quite robust and that survey density is the primary control on the accuracy of bed elevation predictions. The root mean‐square error of these predictions is directly proportional to the spacing between surveyed cross‐sections, even in a reconfigured channel with a relatively simple morphology; sophisticated methods of spatial prediction are no substitute for field data. Gravitational volcano spreading is caused by flow of weak substrata due to volcanic loading, and is now a process known to affect many edifices. The process produces extension in the upper edifice, evidenced by gräben and normal faults, and compression at the base, seen in strike–slip faults and thrusts. Where spreading is identified, host volcanoes have a range of fault densities, variable rift and gräben shapes, and different degrees of structural asymmetry. Previous studies have suggested a link between edifice shape and structure and the proportion of brittle to ductile material in the substrata or lower edifice. We study this link using refined sand cone analogue models standing on a brittle–ductile/sand–silicone substrata. Two scenarios have been investigated, the first mainly represents oceanic volcanoes with a ductile layer within the edifice (type I), where there is an outer ductile free surface. The second represents most continental volcanoes that have ductile substrata (type II). We apply the model results to natural examples and develop quantitative relationships between slope, brittle–ductile ratio fault density, spreading rate and structural style. Displacement fields calculated from stereophotogrammetry show significant differences between different slope models. We find that more faults are produced when the cone is initially steeper, or when the brittle substratum is thinner. However, the effect of the brittle layer dominates over that of slope. The strike–slip movements are found to be an essential feature in the spreading mechanism and the gräben are in fact transtensional features. Strike–slip and graben faults make a conjugate flower pattern. The structures produced are well-organised for type II edifices, but they are poorly organised for type I models. Type I models represent good analogues for oceanic volcanoes that are commonly affected by large slumps bounded by an extensional zone and lack of well-formed sector gräben. The well-observed connection between oceanic volcano rifts and large landslide-slumps is confirmed to be a consequence of spreading.  相似文献

The present paper analyses the interrelation between erosion, sediment transportation and accumulation proposed by N. I. Makkaveyev (1908-1983) and its further development in modem studies of river channel processes in Russia. Spatio-temporal linkages between erosion and accumulation are defined considering channel processes at different scales - river longitudinal profile, channel morphological patterns, alluvial bedforms (bars, dunes) and individual sediment particles. Relations between river geomorphic activity, flow transportation capacity and sediment budgets are established (sediment input and output; channel bed erosion and sediment entrainment into flow - termination of sediment transport and its deposition). Channel planforms, floodplain segments separated by the latter and alluvial channel bedforms are shown to be geomorphic expressions of sediment transport process at different spatial and temporal scales. This paper is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of N. I. Makkaveyev, Professor of the Moscow State University, author of the book "River channel and erosion in its basin" (1955). That book is regarded in Russia as the pioneering work which initiated the complex hydrological and geographical studies of channel processes and laid a basis for the theory of unified fluvial erosion-accumulation process.  相似文献

黄荆条和红背山麻杆是广西岩溶地区常见的土著植物,在这两种土著植物较多的群落中,飞机草的入侵受到影响。本文通过分析发芽率、发芽速率和化感效应敏感指数等指标,研究了黄荆条和红背山麻杆的根、茎、叶三个部位不同浓度的水提液对飞机草种子萌发的影响,以检验这两种土著植物是否对飞机草具有化感作用。结果表明,与对照相比,红背山麻杆各部位不同浓度的水提液以及黄荆条的根、茎不同浓度的水提液对飞机草种子萌发有微弱的影响,整体表现出低促高抑的现象; 但黄荆条的叶原液对飞机草种子萌发抑制作用显著,在黄荆条叶原液处理下,飞机草发芽率仅为对照的20. 75% ,化感效应敏感指数为- 3. 8191。从生态效益和经济效益考虑,黄荆条可作为岩溶地区生物替代防治飞机草的优选植物。   相似文献

氢氧稳定同位素是广泛存在于自然界水体中的环境同位素,其在不同水体中组成特征的差异可以指示水分循环过程及植物用水机制等,从而成为广泛应用于水分循环研究中的重要手段。本文介绍了稳定同位素技术在土壤-植物-大气连续体(SPAC)水分循环中的应用原理及研究进展,并阐述了其在SPAC水分循环应用中存在的问题及发展前景,以期为氢氧稳定同位素技术在SPAC水分循环研究中的深入应用提供参考,为研究水资源、水环境问题,特别是干旱\,半干旱地区的水分利用效率、水分分配机制等关键性问题提供理论依据和技术支持。  相似文献
