This study on dynamic changes of culture color,astaxanthin and chlorophylls,inorganic N including N-NO3^-,N-NO2^- and N-NH4^ in batch culture of Haematococcus pluvialis exposed to different additive nitrate concentration showed(1)ast/chl ratio was over 0.8 for brown and red algae,but was usually less than 0.5 for green and yellow algae;(2)N-NO3^-,in general,was unstable and decreased,except for a small unexpected increase in nitrate enriched treatment groups;(3)measurable amounts of N-NO2^- and N-NH4^ were observed respectively with three change modes although no extemal nitrite and ammonia were added into the culture;(4)a non-linear correlation between ast/chl ratio(or color)changes and the levels of N-NO3^-,N-NO2^-,N-NH4^ in H.pluvialis culture;(5)up and down variation of the ast/chl ratio occurred simultaneously with a perceptible color change from yellow to brown(or red)when N-NO3^-,N-NO2^- and N-NH4^ fluctuated around 30,5,5μmol/L respectively;(6)existence of three dynamic modes of N-NO3^-,N-NO2^- and N-NH4^ changes,obviously associated with initial extemal nitrate;(7)the key level of total inorganic N concentration regulating the above physiological changes during indoor cultivation was about 50 μmol/L;and(8)0.5-10mmol/L of nitrate was theoretically conducive to cell growth in batch culture.  相似文献

In the present study, genetic polymorphism and diversity in unicellular clones of Chlorella vulgaris Beijerinck and Chlorella pyrenoidosa Chick were studied with Inter Simple Sequence Repeats PCR (ISSR PCR). Samples including four clones of C. vulgaris and three clones of C. pyrenoidosa were purified by single-clone-choice method. For four C. vulgaris unicellular clones, the total number of the bands scored for 18 primers was 298; and the number of the polymorphic bands was 118, of which 39.6% were polymorphic. The size of PCR products ranged from 200 to 2 500 bp. The total number of bands scored for 18 primers, the number of polymorphic bands and the percentage of three C. pyrenoidosa unicellular clones was 194.83 and 30.8%, respectively. POPGENE analysis show that the average Nei genetic diversity (h^*) and Shannon index of diversity (I^*) in the four C. vulgaris unicellular clones was 0.2181 and 0.3208, respectively, which is slightly higher than those of the three C. pyrenoidosa unicellular clones (0.190 3 and 0.274 8), which agreed with the percentage of polymorphic bands in the mixed samples of the two species. The results suggest that ISSR is a useful method to Chlorella for intra-species genetic analysis.  相似文献

Amomg the 30 known species of the algal family Prasiolaceae (Prasiolales, Chlorophyta), nine marine species have been found in marine environments but none in China seas. The growth of Chlorella marine, Nannochloris oculate, Pyramimonaos sp., Platymonas subcordiformis and Phaeodactylum tricornutum exposed to chlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,3,4-tetrachlorobenzene and pentachlorobenzene was tested. The Boltzman equation was used to describe organism growth. The time course for uptake of hydrophobic organic chemicals (HOCs) by aquatic organisms was expressed by incorporating growth and, if desired, the effect of metabolism into the HOC bioconcentration process. The probability of any given concentration of HOCs in the organisms causing a specified toxic endpoint was expressed with a modified Weibull distribution function. The combined bioconcentration and probability equations were tested with data for time course of incubation of algae exposed to chlorinated benzenes (CBs). A set of parameters, including the uptake rate constant k1, the elimination rate constant k2 and thereafter the bioconcentration factor on a dry weight basis, BCFD, the critical HOC concentration in the organism resulting in a specified toxic endpoint, CA^*, and the spread factor, S, could be obtained by fitting only experimental data for percent growth inhibition(%)-time-CB exposure concentration. The average coefficients of variation within CBs were 15.2% for BCFD, 21.0% for k1, 18.3% for k2, 8.1% for CA^* and 9.7% for S. The variability in toxicity (such as EC10, EC50, ECg0) derived from the model equations agreed well with those experimentally observed.  相似文献

从南海17962钻孔沉积物中检出了C30-C32长链烷基二醇类化合物。C30长链烷基二醇的碳同位素值在-30.17‰--38.98‰之间,反映出其先质母体为水生生物,认为是海洋微藻-黄绿藻Eustigmatophytes。这类化合含量能够反映以黄绿藻为代表的海洋古生产力的变化:冰期时C30二醇的高沉积通量显示出南海南部末次冰期黄绿藻Eustigmatophytes初级生产力增高。计算C30和C32二醇的相对比值获得二醇参数(diols indices),发现本柱状样二醇参数的变化指示了南海3万余年来的古海洋及古气候变化:南海经历了从半封闭到开放的演化,其气候经历了三次Heinrich冷事件,在Heinrich事件之间出现了一系列百年到千年尺度的气候事件,即D/O循环;全新世的Younger Dryas事件也有明显反映,说明南海与高纬度地区3万余年来的气候变化存在遥相关。  相似文献

南海3种可食绿藻化学成分及其营养评价   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
对南海3种可食绿藻条浒苔(Enterom orpha clathrata)、石莼(Ulva lactucaL.)和总状蕨藻(Caulerpa racem o-sa)的主要化学成分进行了分析,结果显示:多糖、蛋白质和粗纤维是构成藻体的主要化学成分,占藻体的92%以上,其中膳食纤维占64.22%~70.80%;蛋白质占14.15%~18.91%,平均为16.16%,且蛋白质中必需氨基酸含量高,占总氨基酸的42.37%~48.37%,氨基酸评分在73分以上,第一限制氨基酸随藻种而变化;脂肪含量在0.51%~0.81%之间,均低于1%,多不饱和脂肪酸和必需脂肪酸含量高,其含量分别为其总量的56.10%~63.20%和37.71%~39.39%;矿物质和维生素含量丰富,尤其是Fe、Zn、I等矿质元素和维生素C含量高。3种可食绿藻是高膳食纤维,高蛋白,低脂肪,低热能,且富含矿物质和维生素的天然理想保健食品原料。  相似文献

采用温和的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)法,从管藻目录藻刺松藻中分离到不同解离程度的光系统I(PSI)复合物,以及核心复合物CCI、捕光复合物LHCI和LHCI的亚组分,并就其多肽组成及相互关系做了研究。纯化的CCI复合物只含有66和56kDa多肽,荧光发射主峰在714-715nm;LHCI的77K荧光峰在683-684nm,没有高等植物730nm特征荧光,含有PSI复合物中的全部4种24.7-27.5kDa多肽。将中心复合物CPI再电泳,得到了只含24.5和27.2kDa多肽的LHCI亚组分。从而证实刺松藻LHCI也可分裂为含有光合色素的两个部分,它们与CCI结合的紧密程度不同。  相似文献

1995年6月至1996年5月对厦门市潘涂对虾养殖垦区的浮游植物进行了调查,鉴定虾池浮游植物82属300种。其中,硅藻229种(底栖种类为主),甲藻30种,绿藻30种,蓝藻5种,隐藻和裸藻各3种。发现虾池浮游植物数量上以硅藻、绿藻和甲藻为主,并且多属于微型和超微型种类、调查虾池浮游植物的生态特征与邻近海区有较大的差别。文中还对浮游植物生态特征及其与保持虾池水质环境稳定性关系方面作了初步探讨。  相似文献

以平方欧氏距离为相似性测度,类间距用离差平方和法,对11属30株海洋绿藻所含脂肪酸进行聚类分析,结果分为5类。类I含EPA和DHA最高;类Ⅳ含总(n-3)PUFAs最高。混合培养小球藻C95,C97与杜氏藻C33,C42,可能得到EPA,DHA和其它(n-3)PUFAs含量最丰的绿藻种群。系统聚类分析为海洋绿藻分类与量化评价提供了一种好方法。  相似文献
