壳聚糖硫酸酯金属配合物的抗氧化活性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以吩嗪硫酸甲酯-NADH为超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~(·-))产生、检测体系和EDTANa_2-Fe(Ⅱ)-H_2O_2为羟自由基(~·OH)产生、检测体系,对壳聚糖硫酸酯铜、锌配合物和不同分子质量壳聚糖进行了抗O_2~(·-)和~·OH自由基的活性研究.结果表明,壳聚糖硫酸酯金属配合物对于O_2~(·-)自由基的清除能力明显高于壳聚糖,在质量浓度为0.025 g/L时,壳聚糖硫酸酯铜配合物对O_2~(·-)自由基的清除能力达到94.18%,壳聚糖硫酸酯锌配合物达到93.19%;壳聚糖硫酸酯铜、锌配合物对~·OH自由基的清除能力(67.39%、60.46%)低于相同分子质量的壳聚糖(88.06%),而高于高分子质量壳聚糖761 ku(18.71%);壳聚糖分子质量大小对O_2~(·-)和~·OH自由基的清除能力有较大影响,质量浓度为1.6 g/L壳聚糖分子质量为20 ku时,对O_2~(·-)清除率达54.69%,而分子质量在761 ku时,对O_2~(·-)清除率仅为35.50%;各样品对O_2~(·-)和~·OH自由基的清除能力均随着质量浓度的增加而上升,壳聚糖硫酸酯铜、锌配合物在相当低的浓度下(0.025 g/L)就可以达到明显清除O_2~(·-)自由基的效果(≥90%).  相似文献

Paleontological assemblages from Cenozoic sediments of the continental slope in the Peter the Great Bay (Sea of Japan) are characterized. Paleontological remains are represented by diverse and abundant siliceous microfossils (diatoms, silicoflagellates, radiolarians) and palynological complexes. The use of high-resolution biostratigraphic zonations made it possible to specify the age of sediments and reconstruct environmental changes during the last 17 Ma. The history of paleontological studies in this area of the Sea of Japan, which is of key importance for development of methods for marine geological works, is reviewed.  相似文献

采用合成分析方法 ,将我国南方中尺度对流复合体的生命史划分为 7个子阶段 ,详细探讨MCC演变过程中的涡度、水汽和热量收支平衡演变特征 ,着重分析了中小尺度系统在MCC过程中的作用。结果表明 :( 1)在MCC过程中 ,中γ尺度和中 β尺度系统活动是引起涡度不平衡的重要原因。( 2 )在MCC初始阶段有中小尺度对流系统消耗MCC的水汽、热量而积极活动 ,造成MCC的视热汇、视水汽汇。成熟阶段的源区域表明有中小尺度系统的活动造成MCC的视热源、视水汽源 ,这是MCC具有长生命史的原因。MCC后期 ,中小尺度对流系统活动造成的视水汽汇和视热汇 ,与有利的大尺度天气条件的逐渐消亡 ,使MCC渐渐消失。 ( 3 )MCC的形成和启动受大尺度环境场的控制 ;一旦MCC开始活动 ,对流层低层、中层的中尺度对流系统活动对MCC的发展与持续过程有十分重要的作用 ;在MCC前期 ,中小尺度对流活动消耗MCC的总能量而启动 ;在成熟阶段中小尺度对流活动释放总能量造成了MCC的长生命史 ;MCC后期 ,大形势发生改变 (如位势不稳定度的变化等 ) ,积云对流活动和(或 )中尺度对流活动的作用与大尺度形势趋势一致 ,致使MCC消亡。 ( 4 )在MCC前期 ,潜热释放是主要加热因子 ;而后对流垂直输送水汽和热量的作用比对流凝结加热的作用大。  相似文献

阜平、赞皇隆起是太行山区中新生代伸展体制控制的变质核杂质,变质核杂岩的强烈隆升和东、西两邻断陷的大幅度沉降,在变质杂岩核的外围形成长期活动的正向拆离滑脱带。金很容易在拆离滑脱带中迁移,聚集成矿,为此,本文依据已有研究成果及找矿实践提出,在太行山中北段应注意寻找拆离滑脱带型金矿。  相似文献

哈图—萨尔托海地区金矿主要见于蛇绿岩镁铁质火山杂岩的上部(并不一定是顶部)及下部(并不一定是底部)两个“层位”.成矿物质主要来源于镁铁质火山杂岩,矿化主要发育其中,是典型的蛇绿岩镁铁质火山杂岩型金矿,当属广义的层控矿床.矿化区表现为受断裂裂隙控制,但主要矿床与古火山机构有关.  相似文献

华北地台北部燕辽地区发现一批三叠纪(245—195Ma)碱性或偏碱性杂岩体。这些杂岩体均贫硅,绝大多数富含铁、镁、钾、磷和稀土等不相容微量元素。~(87)Sr/~(86)Sr初始值为0.7055—0.7057,它们可能源自被交代蚀变的上地幔。结合燕辽地区三叠系的分布及构造形变的研究,表明该地区三叠纪存在构造岩浆活动带,它是本地区印支运动的重要表现。  相似文献

琉璃庙地区变质杂岩主要由变质上壳岩、变质深成侵入杂岩及其脉岩群组成.它们多数经韧性变形改造形成各种类型糜棱岩和构造片岩.研究表明,变质上壳岩原岩主要以钙碱性火山(熔)岩为主.本区变质杂岩经历了三期变质变形作用,即高角闪岩相区域变质作用形成大型复式同斜紧闭褶皱;绿帘角闪岩相动力变质作用及强烈的韧性变形,形成了以蓝闪石为特征的不同强度的糜棱岩带;绿片岩相动力变质作用和韧脆性变形作用.  相似文献

The assessment of deformation types within the slope of a carbonate platform can be complicated by the possible interaction of rooted (tectonically-induced) and superficial (gravity-driven) structures. An ideal case study to document and distinguish tectonically- and gravity-driven structures is provided by the Cretaceous slope-to-basin carbonates exposed in the Gargano Promontory, southern Italy. These carbonates formed adjacent to the Apulian platform margin, which was oriented approximately NE–SW to NW–SE along the southern and northern edges of the promontory, respectively. Slump-related folds are characterised by axial planes typically oriented either sub-parallel or at small angles to the strike of the inferred paleoslope. In fact, the strike of folds is roughly NE–SW in the southern portion of the study area, whereas it is NW–SE in the northern part. Correspondingly, gravity-driven normal and reverse faults strike sub-parallel and at acute angles to the adjacent Apulian paleoslope. Cretaceous tectonic faults in the slope-to-basin carbonates form two principal sets striking NW–SE and WNW-ESE. The former set is made up of normal faults and the latter one includes mainly oblique-slip normal faults. Neither normal nor oblique-slip normal faults show any relationship with the geometry of the paleoslope. The results obtained from this study may help the interpretation of subsurface data in those geological contexts in which the interplay of gravitational and tectonic processes is responsible for deformation.  相似文献

The structural evolution of a part of the late Precambrian Baltoscandian passive margin just before the inception of seafloor spreading is described, recording the change from deformation by faulting to dominantly magmatic extension of the crust. The allochthon of the Scandinavian Caledonides contains the imbricated passive margin of continental Baltica overlain by various exotic terranes. The Sarektjåkkå Nappe in the Seve Nappe Complex, which contains the outer parts of Baltica's passive margin, consists of sedimentary rocks, occurring as screens between Vendian (573±74 Ma) diabase dykes. These dykes constitute 70–80% of the nappe and locally form sheeted dyke complexes. The Sarektjåkkå Nappe largely escaped penetrative Caledonian deformation and preserves igneous, metamorphic and structural elements that are linked to the evolution of a pre-Caledonian rift to a passive continental margin. Extensional deformation before dyke emplacement is recorded by normal faults, pull-apart structures and folds. Unconformities, dykes affected by brittle deformation, and fluidization of sediments during dyke emplacement indicate close relations between the deposition of sediments, extensional deformation and dyke emplacement. The Sarektjåkkå Nappe is compared with other parts of the Baltica's passive margin and its tectonic evolution is discussed.  相似文献
