研学旅游服务能力评价体系构建与实证研究

研学旅游是进行体验式教育和研究性学习的教育旅游活动,在国家政策和市场需求的共同作用下蓬勃发展。本研究根据《研学旅行服务规范》构建了包括讲解及教育、交通、食宿、医疗及救助等服务要素的研学旅游服务能力综合评价体系,采用云模型评价方法对黄山、绍兴、安阳、绵阳和桂林五个首批中国研学旅游目的地城市进行实证对比与分析。结果表明：（1）讲解及教育是影响研学旅游服务能力最为关键的服务要素;（2）五地研学旅游服务能力评价结果为：黄山市和安阳市为高,绍兴市和桂林市为中,绵阳市为低,各地需根据各自发展现状及特点改善各项服务以综合提升研学旅游服务能力;（3）初步构建的评价体系可结合云模型方法对地方研学旅游服务能力进行综合评价。本研究为研学旅游的服务能力评价及产业发展提供科学参考。  相似文献   

一类具有等式约束的带乘性噪声系统的最优滤波算法

针对动态数据处理领域观测方程中存在乘性噪声的情况,提出在乘性噪声系统中状态附等式约束的一套滤波算法。该算法首先通过把观测向量进行扩维,然后基于投影定理进行滤波求解得到基于线性最小方差的最优滤波算法。通过与基于最优化理论的方法求解得到的算法进行对比分析及仿真对比验证了该算法的有效性。  相似文献   

Disparities in accessibility of public high schools,in metropolitan Baton Rouge,Louisiana 1990–2010

In this study, we use a Geographic Information System-based index to measure spatial accessibility of public high schools. The index is applied to the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Statistical Area in 1990, 2000, and 2010. Overall, urban areas had consistently worse accessibility scores compared with suburban and rural areas. High schools with more African American students tended to have poorer accessibility levels. Schools with lower accessibility tended to be associated with poorer average student performance, and the effect strengthened between 2000 and 2010. In developing a better understanding of the accessibility of public high schools, this paper reaffirms the significance of space, place, and race, and challenges the notion of declining relevance of accessibility in Louisiana public education policymaking.  相似文献   

减轻山区资源环境承载压力与扶贫的途径探讨——安康市教育扶贫模式实证研究

秦巴山区生态良好,是中国的绿心,但经济极端贫困,且生态保护难度大,对外联系不便,外在形象与内在发展水平矛盾突出.选取秦巴山区腹地安康地区,通过分类问卷调查和座谈的方法进行调研,发现安康市通过教育扶贫,已产生了教育移民效应.高等教育和中等职业教育每年产生永久性移民在1万人左右(0.96万人),间接移民在3万人左右,起到了减轻当地资源承载压力的作用;农民工培训每年产生暂时性移民达63.2万人.安康市的实践经验对解决资源脆弱地区的脱贫致富和环境保护提供了范式.  相似文献

Abstract

Disciplinary concern with career options and opportunities has fluctuated over the years. Not surprisingly, geography continues to be incorrectly stereotyped as a field of study offering limited employment prospects. While geographic education has long focused on content, it must also embrace the importance of educating instructors, students, and career counselors concerning how the field opens doors to viable careers. This article presents a program that can be implemented by college and university departments to raise awareness and disseminate information about career opportunities in geography. The program emphasizes an integrated approach that includes partnerships with alumni, campus placement offices, and employers.  相似文献

通过对福建省女性流动人口的调查,获取不同受教育水平的女性流动人口的就业信息,对受教育水平为"文盲半文盲"、"小学"、"初中"、"高中/中专"和"大专及以上"5组女性流动群体的就业特征以及差异进行研究。结果表明:受教育水平越高的流动女性的就业层次越高、通过正式的市场找到工作的比例越高、获得较高收入水平的比例也越大;受教育水平越低的流动女性的工资越容易遭到拖欠,劳动强度越大,工作越不稳定,获得职业技术培训的比例越低且受培训愿望越不强烈。因此,有必要从提高女性流动人口整体素质,拓宽就业信息网络,规范劳动用工市场等方面采取相关政策以提高女性流动人口的就业能力、保护其就业权益。  相似文献

运用层次分析法和多指标加权求和方法得出中国城市科教职能综合评价指数，并用纳尔逊统计方法分析的结果作为科教职能等级划分的依据，把中国科教职能城市分为四个大级、六个亚级，据此分析得出中国科教中心城市的空间分布特征，无论从数量上还是从职能强度上都呈现出由东向西递减的趋势，且明显地偏集于环渤海区和华东区，针对其中存在的问题，提出了今后的发展对策；加快中西部地带科技和教育的发展，地方政府对中小型科教中心城市应给予政策倾斜和投入支持，以逐步缩小东西部的差距。  相似文献   

Towards a gender conscious counter-discourse in comprehensive physical planning

This article is based on a research project “Gender perspectives in comprehensive planning” where the aim is partly to ascertain how planners incorporate a gender perspective in comprehensive physical planning, and partly to identify the conceptions of gender/sex held by planners in this area. In our investigation, the question is raised whether comprehensive planning is perceived as neutral in terms of gender, if there are discussions or reflections that question this point of view and if there have been any contributions from a gender equality point of view. The aim is to expose how these discussions take place, examine reflections on this topic and to report and analyse how efforts to achieve gender equality in comprehenisve planning are shaped. To accomplish this goal, the study draws more on feminist theorization than on planning theory.  相似文献
