采用面心立方设计(CCF)研究了温度(16~32℃)和盐度(15~55)对亚心形四爿藻生长的联合效应。结果表明,温度与盐度的一次、二次效应及互作效应对亚心形四爿藻比生长速率影响都极显著(P<0.01),温度对亚心形四爿藻比生长速率的影响大于盐度。响应曲面法分析结果表明,当温度和盐度同时升高时,亚心形四爿藻比生长速率呈先上升后下降的趋势。构建亚心形四爿藻比生长速率与温度、盐度间的模型方程,模型的决定系数为0.987 3,拟合度极高;预测决定系数为0.882 4,表明可用于预测亚心形四爿藻比生长速率的变化。通过模型优化及验证实验,在温度、盐度组合为26℃/33时,亚心形四爿藻比生长速率达到最大值。  相似文献

采用中心复合设计及响应曲面法研究吉富罗非鱼仔鱼开口率与温度和盐度的量化关系,预实验确定温度范围为20~34℃,盐度为2~10,通过模型优化确定初孵仔鱼从出膜到开口这一阶段最适温度和盐度组合。结果表明,温度对仔鱼的开口率(First feeding rate,FFR)的一次效应有统计学意义(P0.01),盐度对仔鱼开口率的一次效应有统计学意义(P0.05),温度和盐度的交互作用对开口率的影响不具统计学意义(P0.05);温度对仔鱼开口率的二次效应有统计学意义(P0.01);盐度对仔鱼开口率的二次效应有统计学意义(P0.05);温度对开口率的影响较盐度更重要。建立开口率对温度和盐度的二次多项式回归方程,其决定系数为0.986 1,矫正决定系数为0.972 1,预测决定系数为0.911 2,表明所建模型拟合度极高,且可通过温度和盐度预测罗非鱼仔鱼的开口率。对模型方程优化的结果表明,当温度为29℃、盐度为5时,罗非鱼仔鱼的开口率达到最大值87.97%,可靠性达到0.972。  相似文献

以小球藻(Chlorella sp. CHX-1)为实验材料,采用外切中心复合设计试验法(CCC)研究了温度(16~34 ℃)和盐度(15~45)对小球藻生长的联合效应.结果表明:温度与盐度的-次、二次效应对小球藻比生长速率都有极显著影响(P 〈 0.01),温度、盐度之间的互作效应对小球藻比生长速率影响显著(P 〈 0.05),温度的效应大于盐度的效应.响应曲面法分析发现,随着温度和盐度的升高,小球藻的比生长速率呈先上升后下降的趋势.建立小球藻生长与温度、盐度的回归模型方程,该模型的决定系数0.991 7,矫正决定系数0.985 8,表明模型的拟合度极高;模型的预测决定系数0.949 8,可用于预测小球藻比生长速率的变化.通过模型优化和验证实验,得到在温度、盐度组合为25.9 ℃/28.4 时,小球藻比生长速率达到最大值0.652,满意度为0.981.  相似文献

研究34℃高温环境下吉富品系罗非鱼(GIFT Oreochromis niloticus)幼鱼生长及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力的变化规律,以及SOD、LDH活力与幼鱼生长间的关系。结果表明:持续高温对幼鱼特定生长率及SOD、LDH活力的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着时间的延长,LDH活力显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),特定生长率及SOD活力随时间变化不具统计学意义(P>0.05);LDH活力增强是高温条件下幼鱼特定生长率降低的原因之一。  相似文献

A central composite experimental design and response surface method were used to investigate the combined effects of water temperature(18–34℃) and copper ion concentration(0.1–1.5 mg/L) on the catalase(CAT) activity in the digestive gland of C rassostrea ariakensis. The results showed that the linear effects of temperature were significant(P 0.01), the quadratic effects of temperature were significant( P 0.05), the linear effects of copper ion concentration were not significant(P 0.05), and the quadratic effects of copper ion concentration were significant(P 0.05). Additionally, the synergistic effects of temperature and copper ion concentration were not significant(P 0.05), and the effect of temperature was greater than that of copper ion concentration. A model equation of CAT enzyme activity in the digestive gland of C. ariakensis toward the two factors of interest was established, with R 2, Adj. R 2 and Pred. R 2 values as high as 0.943 7, 0.887 3 and 0.838 5, respectively. These findings suggested that the goodness of fit to experimental data and predictive capability of the model were satisfactory, and could be practically applied for prediction under the conditions of the study. Overall, the results suggest that the simultaneous variation of temperature and copper ion concentration alters the activity of the antioxidant enzyme CAT by modulating active oxygen species metabolism, which may be utilized as a biomarker to detect the effects of copper pollution.  相似文献

Superoxide dismutase(SOD) is a crucial antioxidant enzyme playing the first defense line in antioxidant pathways against reactive oxygen species in various organisms including marine invertebrates. There exist mainly two specific forms, Cu/Zn-SOD(SOD1) and Mn-SOD(SOD2), in eukaryotes. SODs are known to be concurrently modulated by a variety of environmental stressors. By using central composite experimental design and response surface method, the joint effects of water temperature(18–34°C) and copper ion concentration(0.1–1.5 mg/L) on the total SOD activity in the digestive gland of Crassostrea ariakensis were studied. The results showed that the linear effect of temperature was highly significant(P0.01), the quadratic effect of temperature was significant(P0.05); the linear effect of copper ion concentration was not significant(P0.05), while the quadratic effect of copper ion concentration was highly significant(P0.01); the interactive effect of temperature and copper ion concentration was not significant(P0.05); the effect of temperature was greater than that of copper ion concentration. The model equation of digestive gland SOD enzyme activity towards the two factors of interest was established, with R2 and predictive R2 as high as 0.961 6 and 0.820 7, respectively, suggesting that the goodness-offit to experimental data be very satisfactory, and could be applied to prediction of digestive gland SOD activity in C. ariakensis under the conditions of the experiment. Our results would be conducive to addressing the health of aquatic animals and/or to detecting environmental problems by taking SOD as a potential bioindicator.  相似文献

通过人工控温,对吉富罗非鱼(GIFT Oreorhromis niloticus)幼鱼实施34℃持续高温处理,研究持续高温对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼消化酶和溶菌酶活力的影响。结果表明:持续高温对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼消化酶活力的影响有统计学意义(P〈0.05),对溶菌酶活力影响不具统计学意义(P〉0.05);随着时间的推进,脂肪酶、淀粉酶活力增加,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),溶菌酶活力增加,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。表明持续高温能一定程度地提高罗非鱼的消化能力和免疫功能。  相似文献
