Nannochloropsis oculata CS179, a unicellular marine microalga, is rich in long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFAs). Elongase and desaturase play a key role in the biosynthesis of PUFAs. A new elongase gene, which encodes 322 amino acids, was identified via RT-PCR and 5′ and 3′ RACE. The sequence of the elongase gene was blast-searched in the NCBI GenBank and showed a similarity to those of the cryptosporidium. But the NJ-tree revealed that the N. oculata CS179 elongase clustered with those of the microalgae Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Ostreococcus tauri and Thalassiosira pseudonana.  相似文献

研究南海海域盛产的四种褐藻(海带、裙带菜、昆布和亨氏马尾藻)、三种红藻(紫菜、沙菜和江蓠)及来自南海三个不同海区(南沙、惠来和南澳)亨氏马尾藻的总脂质及脂肪酸含量干重,并重点比较其多不饱和脂肪酸的含量.结果表明,供试褐藻类海藻总脂质含量ω在1.81%~6.11%之间,红藻类海藻的总脂质含量ω在1.44%~3.96%之间;紫菜中含有7.548mg/g(干重,下同)的亚油酸(C182);海带含丰富C181,达5.592mg/g;花生四烯酸(C204)在裙带菜中含量为1.606mg/g;在供试藻种中,昆布的EPA(C20.5)和DHA(C226)含量最高,测定值为608μg/g和689μg/g.  相似文献

微藻培养过程中氮缺失有利于油脂和生物量的积累,然而不同氮源条件下微藻生长与生物量的研究有限,限制了生物油脂的相关研究。本文研究通过研究南极冰藻Chlamydomonas sp.ICE-L在不同氮源条件下的细胞生长与油脂积累,进一步探究其作为富集油脂微藻的潜力。研究发现:在含有NH4CL的培养基中,Chlamydomonas sp.ICE-L生长速率最大;在含有NH4NO3的条件下,获得了最大干重量0.28 g/L。最高油脂含量0.21 g/g是在缺氮条件下获得,同时得到干重0.24 g/L。在多不饱和脂肪酸的产出方面,NH4NO3和NH4Cl为氮源培养基时要好于缺氮和KNO3培养基,在NH4NO3和NH4Cl为氮源的培养条件下ICE-L胞内C18:3和C20:5的含量高。比较而言,缺氮和KNO3培养基时C16:0、C18:1和C18:2的含量要高。  相似文献

Comparison of five deep-water coral (DWC)/mound ecosystems along the European Continental Margin shows that suspended particulate organic matter (sPOM), a potential food source, is lipid rich and of high quality. However, there are differences between the sites. The Darwin and Pelagia Mounds (N. Rockall Trough and N. Porcupine Bank, respectively) have higher proportions of labile particulate lipids (including high proportions of polyunsaturated fatty acids) in the benthic boundary layer than Logachev, Hovland and Belgica Mounds (Rockall Bank, S. Porcupine Bank and Porcupine Seabight, respectively). The high quality sPOM could be transported downslope from the euphotic zone. There is some evidence for inter-annual variability at some sites (e.g. Hovland and Logachev Mounds) as large differences in suspended lipid and particulate organic carbon concentrations were observed over the sampling period. Elevated total organic carbon contents of sediments at mound sites, relative to control sites in some cases (particularly Darwin Mounds), probably reflect local hydrodynamic control and the trapping of sPOM by the DWC. Fresh POM can be relatively rapidly transferred to significant depth (up to 8 cm) through bioturbation that is evident at all sites. There is no clear evidence of present day hydrocarbon seepage at any of the sites.  相似文献

Fatty acid composition of fourSargassum species from Qingdao and Shidao, Shandong Province was investigated. 16:0 (palmitic acid) was the major saturated fatty acid. C18 and C20 were the main polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). Arachidonic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid predominated among polyenoic acids in all the algal species examined, except forSargassum sp. which had low concentration of eicosapentaenoic acid. 以Pinguiococcuspyrenoidosus CCMP 2004为实验藻种,研究分析了藻粉的基本生化组成和培养周期中PUFAs组成与含量的动态变化.结果表明,该藻的蛋白质量分数为37.54%,粗脂肪为27.45%,其中PUFAs包括18:2,18:3,18:4,20:4(AA,Arachidonic acid),20:5(EPA,Eicosapentaenoic acid),22:4(DTA,Docosatetraenoic acid)和22:6(DHA,Docosahexaenoic acid).该藻PUFAs的组成特征是EPA含量高,质量分数为20.93%,其他不饱和脂肪酸(16 : 3,16:4,18:3和18 : 4)的含量极微.分析结果显示粉核油球藻的营养价值较高,是一种新的具有商业化开发潜力的海洋微藻.  相似文献
