针对带乘性噪声系统状态转移矩阵未知的情况,提出1种在线性最小方差意义下的系统参数和状态联合滤波算法。以迭代方式获得模型参数和系统状态的递推估计:首先,利用之前时刻的状态估计值,根据投影定理,对系统未知参数即系统状态转移矩阵作出估计;其次,利用已得到的系统参数估计值,获取当前时刻的状态滤波。计算机仿真结果表明了算法的有效性。  相似文献

对南沙海区观测得的部分温度脉动一深度序列作了正态检验。检验时先用根据序列的自回归模型构成的滤波器滤去序列元素间之相关性产生白噪声序列 ,而后用 χ2一拟合优度检验法对此白噪声序列作正态性独立同分布检验并对偏度与峰度作了检验。检验结果表明 ,除少数样本近似正态分布外 ,大多数样本的分布为非正态的 ,这是在样本内小于内波尺度的不可逆细结构所起的作用  相似文献

研究随机线性反馈控制系统的结构辨识问题。在已知时滞的下界和模型阶的上界的假定下,通过使修改的Bayesian信息准则最小化,推导出由多输入多输出CAN模型描述的系统的未知阶与时滞的估计算法,证明了算法是强一致收敛的,且能在有限步内达到其模型结构参数的真值。讨论了当模型的参数矩阵不满秩时减弱条件H’s的强一致估计算法。  相似文献

为解决波浪补偿系统中时延现象导致的控制性能下降问题,通过建立Newton-ARMA模型提前预测船舶升沉运动来消除时延现象。首先设计卡尔曼滤波器对船舶升沉运动加速度信号进行降噪滤波处理;然后使用加速度二次积分模块将加速度信号转换为位移信号;最后建立自回归滑动平均(ARMA)模型,并使用牛顿(Newton)法对模型参数进行优化,得到船舶升沉运动的Newton-ARMA预测模型。仿真结果表明,Newton-ARMA模型对船舶升沉运动的预测时间可达10 s,预测误差随着预测时间的增加而增大; Newton-ARMA模型对二级海况、三级海况和四级海况下的船舶升沉运动平均预测精度分别达到89.43%、88.53%以及87.78%,远高于ARMA模型对船舶升沉运动预测的精度,说明采用Newton法优化ARMA模型参数可以显著提高船舶升沉运动的预测精度,也即Newton-ARMA模型对控制波浪补偿系统时延具有较好的补偿效果。  相似文献

The correlation between individual waves in a real sea state has a central role in existing theories of wave grouping. The attractive Kimura (1980) theory has two critical assumptions, that the sequence of individual wave heights follows a Markov process and that the joint distribution of consecutive wave heights follows a bivariate Rayleigh form. Analysis of measured water surface records suggests that sequences of individual waves can reasonably be described as a first order mixed autoregressive, moving-average or ARMA process, though a distinction among ARMA (1,0), ARMA (0,1) and ARMA (1,1) models was beyond the resolution of the data. These include the Markov or ARMA (1,0) model. The decisive detail, the joint distribution of consecutive wave heights in the sea state, was evaluated by a simulation methodology that is consistent with the Gaussian random wave model. The estimates are dependent on spectral shape and are consistently narrower and more sharply focussed at the peak than the corresponding bivariate Rayleigh estimate. The resulting predictions of run and group length statistics differ from the Kimura theory, though not by a sufficient margin to displace the Kimura theory as a pragmatic choice for wave grouping.  相似文献

In seismic deconvolution, blind approaches must be considered in situations where reflectivity sequence, source wavelet signal, and noise power level are unknown. In the presence of long source wavelets, strong interference among the reflectors contributions makes the wavelet estimation and deconvolution more complicated. In this paper, we solve this problem in a two-step approach. First, we estimate a moving average (MA) truncated version of the wavelet by means of a stochastic expectation-maximization (SEM) algorithm. Then, we use Prony's method to improve the wavelet estimation accuracy by fitting an autoregressive moving average (ARMA) model with the initial truncated wavelet. Moreover, a solution to the wavelet initialization problem in the SEM algorithm is also proposed. Simulation and real-data experiment results show the significant improvement brought by this approach.  相似文献

A method is described for the estimation of geoacoustic model parameters by the inversion of acoustic field data using a nonlinear optimization procedure based on simulated annealing. The cost function used by the algorithm is the Bartlett matched-field processor (MFP), which related the measured acoustic field with replica fields calculated by the SAFARI fast field program. Model parameters are perturbed randomly, and the algorithm searches the multidimensional parameter space of geoacoustic models to determine the parameter set that optimizes the output of the MFP. Convergence is driven by adaptively guiding the search to regions of the parameter space associated with above-average values of the MFP. The performance of the algorithm is demonstrated for a vertical line array in a shallow water enviornment where the bottom consists of homogeneous elastic solid layers. Simulated data are used to determine the limits on estimation performance due to error in experimental geometry and to noise contamination. The results indicate that reasonable estimates are obtained for moderate conditions of noise and uncertainty in experimental geometry  相似文献
