文章于2018年春、夏、秋季对盐城近岸海域海水营养盐和化学需氧量等环境因子进行调查采样,并分析其时空分布特征;应用有机污染指数法和富营养化指数法2种评价方法,对该海域的海水富营养化水平进行评价。结果显示,研究海域环境因子季节变化显著,有机污染指数和富营养化指数的时空分布特征基本一致,指数由高到低的季节依次为春季、秋季、夏季,空间上呈各河入海口向远岸海域逐渐降低的趋势;聚类分析将江苏近岸海域分为废黄河三角洲区域和辐射沙洲区域2个大类;盐城入海河流输入对污染物的分布有强烈影响,同时水动力情况影响环境因子分布;陆源污染和淡水输入是引起海水环境因子变化的关键因素。  相似文献

文章根据2008—2012年夏季北戴河赤潮监控区海水调查结果,应用单因子法、有机污染指数法和富营养化指数法,对该海域海水的质量状况进行了评价与分析,采用秩相关系数法对该海域5年的水质状况进行趋势分析。结果表明,北戴河近岸海域主要污染物含量均存在不同程度的超标,其中无机氮污染程度明显加重;该海域水质由良好和较好转变为开始受到有机污染,有机污染程度整体呈加重趋势;该海域富营养化水平由贫营养升至高富营养,富营养化水平呈逐年显著上升趋势,上升幅度逐渐加大。  相似文献

钦州湾海域COD 时空分布及对富营养化贡献分析   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
根据2010年4月(春季)和9月(秋季)钦州湾海域现场调查资料,对表层海水中化学需氧量(COD)的时空分布特征进行研究,评价其污染水平,分析COD对该海域富营养化的贡献,并探讨了COD的主要来源及与环境因子之间的关系。研究结果表明,钦州湾海域表层COD的平均浓度为(1.21±0.55)mg/L,浓度范围为0.57~2.38 mg/L,水平分布呈现由湾内向湾外逐渐递减的趋势;秋季研究海域COD污染水平高于春季;COD对富营养化的贡献范围为42.1%~64.7%,平均贡献为(50.3±6.7)%,贡献随着富营养化指数的增加而减小;COD与盐度、pH存在显著负相关,而与DIN、SiO-23Si存在显著正相关。COD时空分布主要受陆地径流、陆源输入和水动力过程的影响,COD是影响钦州湾海域富营养化的重要因素,但并非决定性因子,富营养化程度加重时来自营养盐的贡献表现更为突出。  相似文献

于2013年7月对天津近岸海域海水营养盐和叶绿素a等水质因子进行采样调查,运用营养状态质量指数法和富营养化指数法对该海域海水富营养化水平进行评价,采用主成分分析法得出海水富营养化的驱动因子。结果表明,调查海域80.95%站位的无机氮以及61.90%站位的活性磷酸盐为劣四类海水水质;营养状态质量指数法评价与富营养化指数法评价结果基本一致:在北塘入海口周围近岸海域指数最高,其次为子牙新河入海口周围近岸海域,远岸海域的指数较低;影响调查海域海水富营养化的驱动因子为总氮和总磷。  相似文献

基于2006年2月、5月、8月、11月胶州湾东北部养殖海区现场调查结果,采用单因子指数、富营养化指数、有机污染指数对环境状况进行了分析评价。结果表明:该海域主要受到无机N、P污染;COD在夏、秋季符合一类,但在冬、春季只达到国家二类海水水质标准;DO全部符合国家一类海水水质标准。通过站位间的比较发现,东北部沧口水域环境质量最差,全年处于富营养化状态,有机污染介于轻度到严重污染之间。红岛附近水质较好,不存在有机污染,只有春、秋季达到富营养化水平。研究结果显示该海域主要受陆源污染,且与现有污水处理不能有效去除无机N、P营养盐有关。  相似文献

文章根据2012年9月定海西蟹峙海洋倾倒区及周边海域的水质监测结果,采用水质单因子指数评价法、有机污染指数法和富营养化指数法对水质污染状况进行分析评价,并对其潜在性富营养化进行了评价。结果表明:西蟹峙海洋倾倒区及周边海域水质重金属、化学需氧量、溶解氧含量符合《海水水质标准》第二类,无机氮和活性磷酸盐含量超标严重;该海域水质有机污染指数值较大,水质污染严重;该海域处于富营养化水平,富营养化较严重;潜在性富营养化评价结果为磷中等限制潜在性营养。  相似文献

根据2004~2008年东寨港红树林国家级自然保护区的水质监测结果,采用水质单因子质量指数评价法、有机污染指数法和富营养化水平法对东寨港红树林国家级自然保护区水质污染状况进行分析评价,并采用秩相关系数法对该海域近5a水质状况进行趋势分析。结果表明:东寨港红树林国家级自然保护区海域无机氮和活性磷酸盐有超标现象;该海域2005年和2008年有机污染指数值较高,受到较严重污染或轻度污染;该海域近5a中仅2006年水体处于贫营养化水平,其余各年营养水平处于富营养化程度或高富营养化程度;趋势分析显示该海域水质呈逐年下降趋势,但不显著。因此,对富含N、P等造成该海域富营养化的污染物的治理是该海域环境管理和污染治理的重点。  相似文献

本文依据2014年山东近岸海域海水春夏秋三个航次的营养盐监测数据,采用单因子指数、富营养化指数和潜在性富营养化评价等3种方法分析和评价了山东近岸海域的海水营养盐含量特征和富营养化时空变化特征。结果表明,调查海域的DIN和PO_4-P含量劣于第四类海水水质标准的站次比例分别为7.1%和0.5%,各营养盐空间分布离散程度较大,总体趋势为山东北部海域的含量高于南部。NO_3-N是DIN的主要存在形式,春夏秋三个季节DIN、PO_4-P和SiO_3-Si的含量变化基本呈春季至夏季降低、而后秋季再升高的趋势。调查海域呈富营养化(E≥1)的站次占总监测站次的14%,83.3%的站次的N/P30,氮磷营养盐结构失衡,磷限制为山东近岸海域营养盐结构的主要特征。应加强富营养化海域监测,特别关注营养盐严重失衡区域。  相似文献

2018年12月8日和15日对大亚湾石化区第2条排污管线排污口海域进行了采样调查,分析了排污口海域海水、沉积物中的污染因子含量,并采用单因子污染指数法进行评价。研究表明,该海域海水中富营养化因子污染水平较低,重金属污染较严重,主要原因是大亚湾海域海水中重金属背景值较高。沉积物中各污染因子均属于低污染水平,主要的重金属污染因子为铬、铅和锌。第2条排污管线投入使用以来,对周边海域的影响尚在较小范围内。  相似文献

根据2014年8月和10月、2015年2月和5月使用单船底拖网进行的4个航次调查数据,对山东半岛近岸海区的莱州湾及渤海南部、山东半岛北部和山东半岛南部等3个海域蟹类种类组成、时空分布、优势种、群落结构稳定性等群落结构特征进行了研究。结果显示,4次调查共捕获蟹类20种,隶属于10科17属,其中日本蟳(Charybdis japonica)和三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)是主要经济种类,其余均为小型饵料型蟹类;海区内主要的优势种为双斑蟳(Charybdis bimaculata)、日本蟳(Charybdis japonica)和三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus),3个海域优势种季节更替均十分明显;莱州湾及渤海南部和山东半岛南部2个海域生物量季节变化明显,春季较低,在夏季达到峰值,夏季到冬季呈降低趋势,山东半岛北部海域生物量季节变化不明显。3个海域蟹类群落物种多样性指数(H')、丰富度指数(D)及均匀度指数(J')均处于较低水平,并有一定的季节变化;水深、水温和盐度是影响蟹类群落结构的重要因子,渤莱沿岸流、黄海暖流和黄海冷水团通过影响海域内水温与盐度影响蟹类群落结构。研究表明山东半岛近岸海区蟹类以小型饵料型蟹类为主,蟹类多样性水平较低,优势种更替明显,群落季节更替指数较高,季节间迁移频繁,蟹类群落不稳定。  相似文献

Partial pressure of CO2 (pCO2) in surface seawater has been measured in the northeastern Pacific Ocean at Station P and along Line P since 1973. These data have been divided into ‘oceanic’ and ‘coastal/transition’ zones, and the seasonal and interannual variability and the long-term trends for each zone have been examined. The oceanic zone shows little seasonality in surface seawater pCO2, with undersaturation throughout the year. A strong, biologically-driven seasonal cycle is offset by variation in temperature-dependent solubility of CO2. The coastal/transition zone shows a decline in pCO2 from winter–spring through summer and fall that is likely the result of seasonal stratification and convection rather than coastal upwelling. Interannual variability all along Line P is correlated with the multivariate ENSO index (MEI), with lower seawater pCO2 associated with El Niño conditions. Correlations with the Pacific Decadal Oscillation Index are similar but weaker, in part because there are few data prior to the 1976 regime shift. The long-term trend in seawater pCO2 in the oceanic zone is +1.36±0.16 μatm year?1, indistinguishable from the atmospheric growth rate, and varies little among the seasons. In the coastal/transition zone a slow increase in the pCO2 of surface seawater relative to that of the atmosphere has led to increasing undersaturation, particularly in spring. Aliasing of the seasonal and interannual variability due to sampling frequency may explain part of the observed trend in the coastal/transition zone, but real changes in physical or biological processes are also possible and require more detailed study.  相似文献

The effects of tidal flushing on the abundance, productivity, and community structure of phytoplankton in response to eutrophication were examined every 2–3 months for more than 2 years in Tapong Bay, a tropical lagoon with only 1 tidal inlet connecting it to the sea in southern Taiwan. Water flushing time ranged from 4–12 d (8–25% d−1) in the outer region subject to fast flushing to 8–24 d (4–12% d−1) in the inner region subject to poor flushing. Chlorophyll a, cell number, and gross production (GP) rate of phytoplankton were significantly greater in the inner region than in the outer region. However, while GP rate was normalized by chlorophyll a (PB) and was expressed as photosynthetic intensity, no significant differences were detected among the study sites. These parameters exhibited a unimodal seasonal pattern across all study sites, with greater values in summer and lower values in winter. No significant differences in species richness or Shannon–Wiener diversity were detected among the study sites. Nevertheless, diversity indices were significantly higher in winter and lower in summer. Classification of phytoplankton communities showed that the grouping patterns were primarily determined by sampling time. Ordination by non-metric multidimensional scaling (MDS) revealed a clear temporal continuum of changes in species composition across all study sites, suggesting that the communities were primarily structured by time, but that it was little affected by study site. Analyses of similarities (ANOSIM) showed that phytoplankton communities sampled in winter could be separated from those in summer, but others were barely separable at all. In summer, the most frequently observed species were the diatom Skeletonema costatum and the cyanobacterium Oscillatoria sp., and these shifted to the diatoms S. costatum and Cylindrotheca closterium in winter. Our results suggest that tidal flushing is an important factor for regulating responses of phytoplankton abundance and productivity to eutrophication in tropical lagoons, but the community structure was little affected due to horizontal mixing by the tidal circulation.  相似文献

Coloured dissolved organic matter (CDOM) plays a major role in marine photochemical and biological processes and its optical properties are known to affect the underwater light penetration. This paper highlights in situ optical estimation and satellite retrieval of CDOM in deciphering its temporal variations in coastal waters of the South Eastern Arabian Sea. The study accentuated the source of CDOM as terrigenous origin during monsoon, of in situ productions during pre-monsoon and during post-monsoon of autochthonous-allocthonous origin. The matchup analysis for in situ and MODIS Aqua retrieved Adg443 exhibited bias which decreased by incorporating the seasonal component. The study also identified degrading bloom of Noctiluca scintillans as the source for exceptionally high CDOM in the area during January and February. The study demands to incorporate seasonal components and phytoplankton abundance while assessing the performance of CDOM algorithms in optically complex coastal waters.  相似文献

2014年冬季对西太平洋雅浦Y3海山区和从西太平洋暖池区到黑潮源区之间的大洋海域的浮游动物进行了调查研究,分析了海山区和大洋海域大型浮游动物群落的物种组成、丰度和分布,并比较了两个海域大型浮游动物群落的差异,结合温度、盐度和叶绿素a浓度等环境因子数据,分析了海山对大型浮游动物群落的影响。结果表明,Y3海山区和大洋海域的大型浮游动物群落物种组成存在差异,二者的群落相似度系数为68.4%,两个海域的优势种/类群也不尽相同,海山区的优势种/类群是磷虾各期幼体、尖额磷虾和蛮𧊕,而大洋海域的优势种/类群分别是磷虾后期幼体、手磷虾、蛮𧊕、尖额磷虾和莹虾。大型浮游动物群落在海山区的平均丰度和最大丰度都要高于大洋海域,但海山区的生物多样性指数、均匀度指数和生物量占比都低于大洋海域,因而Y3海山对大型浮游动物群落的海山效应不明显。通过相关性分析和主成分分析结果可以看出,海山区的首要影响环境因子是盐度,而大洋海域则是温度;海山区和大洋海域的大型浮游动物丰度分别与200m层盐度和平均温度呈负相关关系,并且在两个调查海域均未发现大型浮游动物的丰度和生物量分布与叶绿素a浓度之间存在显著的相关关系。  相似文献

The coast of Jiangsu Province in China – where Ulva prolifera has always been firstly spotted before developing into green tides – is uniquely characterized by a huge intertidal radial mudflat. Results showed that: (1) propagules of U. prolifera have been consistently present in seawater and sediments of this mudflat and varied with locations and seasons; (2) over 50,000 tons of fermented chicken manure have been applied annually from March to May in coastal animal aquaculture ponds and thereafter the waste water has been discharged into the radial mudflat intensifying eutrophication; and (3) free-floating U. prolifera could be stranded in any floating infrastructures in coastal waters including large scale Porphyra farming rafts. For a truly integrated management of the coastal zone, reduction in nutrient inputs, and control of the effluents of the coastal pond systems, are needed to control eutrophication and prevent green tides in the future.  相似文献

The molecular distribution of dissolved proteins in seawater from coastal marine environments in Uranouchi Bay, Kochi Prefecture, is first reported in this article. Occurrence of bacteria-derived dissolved proteins and their source bacteria were examined using a probe of the antibody (anti-Omp35La) against a porin outer membrane protein (Omp35La) of the fish pathogenic bacterium Vibrio (Listonella) anguillarum. The electrophoretograms of dissolved proteins from coastal seawater showed a large number of discrete and individual proteins overlapped each other over a wide range of molecular masses indicating active processes in coastal environments in transferring proteins from organisms to the inanimate dissolved protein pool. Among the dissolved proteins, 37 kDa- and 18 kDa-proteins reacted with the Omp35La. In order to isolate the source bacteria of such dissolved proteins, bacteria from seawater and diseased fish were screened by colony Western blotting with anti-Omp35La. The reactive strains were further examined in sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE)/Western blotting to verify the presence of Omp35La homologues among the outer membrane proteins of such strains. Outer membrane proteins reacting with anti-Omp35La were detected in only 4 strains of the 129 strains that were positive in the colony Western blotting. The level of possible source bacteria of 37 kDa- and 18 kDa-dissolved proteins was suggested to be 5–6 orders of magnitude lower than the total bacterial count. The present study leads us to hypothesize that a minor portion of the bacterial assemblage is responsible for the dissolved proteins in the coastal waters.  相似文献
