选用人工合成标准样品校正溴的标准曲线,借助溴含量已知的土壤样品为载体吸附固化卤水,采用粉末压片制样-波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定卤水中的溴含量。在国家一级土壤标准物质中添加不同含量的溴,建立标准化曲线,通过优化筛选仪器工作参数条件,改善了光谱干扰及基体干扰。方法的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)小于1.20%,测定结果与化学法测定值吻合,方法操作便捷,能够满足卤水样品中溴的快速定量分析要求。  相似文献

氯化物型湖卤水中一般呈现高钠低钾的分布状态,实验配制了合理的钾钠分布比例的标准系列,原水样不需特殊处理,通过逐级稀释,采用最高标准调节能量,火焰发射光谱法直接测定湖卤水中的钾和钠,在标准曲线上查得被测离子的质量,然后换算成钾和钠的含量.方法用于氯化物型湖卤水中钾和钠的测定,回收率为91%~116%,精密度(RSD,n=7)小于1%.  相似文献

碰撞反应电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接测定卤水中的溴碘   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0

目前使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定环境水样中的溴和碘,方法较为成熟,但应用于高盐卤水中溴碘的检测研究很少见报道.本文针对柴达木盆地盐湖卤水矿化度高、钾含量高的特点,建立了ICP-MS直接测定卤水中溴和碘的方法.采用碰撞反应接口(CRI)模式,以H2为碰撞气体,降低了检测过程中的多原子离子质谱干扰(例如39K40 Ar+对79Br+的干扰);选用Rh作内标元素,校正高盐样品引起的基体效应、仪器漂移等非质谱干扰;通过延长快泵冲洗时间消除测定过程中的记忆效应.在优化的实验条件下,盐湖卤水样品稀释200倍后用ICP-MS测定,方法检出限溴为0.036μg/mL,碘为0.027 μg/mL;方法精密度(RSD,n=12)溴为2.77%,碘为2.19%;加标回收率溴为91.6% ~ 106.1%,碘为94.4% ~ 107.7%.本方法也可应用于钾含量高的岩盐样品中溴和碘的测定.  相似文献

地质样品中氟的测定主要采用氟离子选择电极法,但操作复杂、分析时间长,无法满足大量进口铜矿石检测的需求。熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法可用于测定铜矿石中的主次量成分,但不能测定氟。本文采用粉末压片制样,波长色散X射线荧光光谱测定进口铜矿石中氟的含量。以15个粒度为0.074 mm的实际进口铜矿石样品建立标准曲线,经验系数法校正基体效应,有效地降低了颗粒度效应、矿物效应和基体效应。方法的精密度为0.30%(RSD,n=11),检出限为2.4μg/g,测定范围为0.030%~0.20%。用标准物质验证,测定结果与标准物质的认定值相符;用实际样品验证,测定结果与氟离子选择电极法的测定值相符,能满足进口铜矿石中氟(限量不大于0.10%)日常分析检验的要求。  相似文献

用模拟卤水建立了能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定卤水中溴、铷、砷痕量元素含量的方法.实验表明,方法可以直接取样测定,适用于大批量样品的测试分析.方法的精密度RSD(n=15)小于1%,加标回收率为86.8%~101.6%.卤水中溴、铷、砷的测定结果与比色法、原子吸收和原子荧光法结果相符.  相似文献

介绍了一个适合于电感耦合等离子体质谱直接测定土壤、沉积物和生物样品中碘、溴的快速简单的样品前处理方法。样品在φ(NH3·H2O)=10%的水溶液中,于190℃下密封分解18h,溶液适当稀释后放置澄清,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接测定溶液中的碘、溴。选用126Te作为内标,补偿基体效应和仪器漂移对分析结果的影响。碘、溴的方法检出限(10σ,DF=100)分别为0.01μg/g、0.04μg/g。用土壤、水系沉积物以及头发等标准物质验证了方法的准确度及精密度,绝大多数样品分析结果在标准值的允许误差范围内。对国家一级标准物质10次测定的RSD为2.0%~8.6%。但方法分析岩石样品结果偏低,不适用于岩石样品的分析。  相似文献

采用X射线荧光光谱法测定高氟地质样品中氟、钙等元素,对样品进行熔融制样前处理,理论α系数和经验系数法校正基体效应。应用此方法分析国家一级标准物质和代表性样品,所测元素的精密度(RSD)均小于5%(除含量较低元素);分析不参加回归的标准物质和人工配制的标准样品,测量结果与标准值基本一致。通过实验数据可知,该方法可以满足高氟硅酸盐样品、萤石、萤石型铀矿、磷矿石等样品的测定要求。  相似文献

样品采用HCl-HF-HNO3-HClO4四酸溶矿、H2SO4-HF-HNO3三酸溶矿、KOH碱熔3种分解方法进行处理,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钒钛磁铁矿中的铁、钛、钒。结果表明,3种样品处理方法应用于ICP-AES测定是可行的。KOH碱熔适用于方法比对,三酸溶矿适用于样品内检分析,四酸溶矿适用于大批量样品测定。对铁、钛、钒三元素选择适合的分析谱线,以冶金行业钒钛磁铁矿标准样品制备的溶液绘制标准曲线,可消除试液基体和介质不一致对测定结果的影响。样品试液中主要共存离子对选择的分析线干扰小。采用四酸溶矿ICP-AES测定铁、钛、钒的方法检出限分别为0.0032%、0.0024%、0.0003%,方法精密度(RSD,n=12)为0.43%~5.06%。经实验室间比对和批量样品方法比对实验,测定值无明显系统偏差。建立的方法具有样品分解完全、测定含量范围宽、分析简便快速、结果准确等优点,适用于钒钛磁铁矿样品中铁、钛、钒的测定。  相似文献

用盐酸-氢氟酸-硝酸微波消解对样品进行前处理,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定岩石和矿物中的钼,选择202.03 nm为样品分析谱线,优化了微波消解的实验条件,可消解多个样品,减少了碱熔分解样品方法引入的基体干扰,避免了极谱法中汞对人体的伤害。用不同类型国家一级标准物质分析验证,测定结果与标准值吻合。方法精密度(RSD,n=8)小于2.0%,加标回收率为96.4%~101.3%,方法检出限为0.000 5%。该方法适用于岩石和矿物中钼的测定,制样速度快,操作简便安全,样品重现性好,能满足简单、快速、批量分析的要求。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The geological site at Tercis is accepted by the Commission on Stratigraphy as the international reference for the stratigraphy of the studied interval. To cite this article: G.S. Odin, C. R. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
