微波消解结合电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)是土壤样品中金属元素测定的常用方法,其前处理可以采用不同的消解体系,但是消解体系对分析结果的准确性影响较大。此外,应用ICP-MS测定某些元素时干扰的存在会影响结果的准确性。基于上述问题,本文优选三个酸体系微波消解溶样,采用高分辨电感耦合等离子体质谱(HR-ICP-MS)测定土壤样品中8种金属元素(Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd和U)的含量,对比研究了由不同用量硝酸、盐酸、氢氟酸混合组成的三个酸消解体系对国家土壤标准物质的消解效果,确定了最优前处理方法。结果表明:经国家土壤标准物质验证,采用HR-ICP-MS检测,在不需要干扰校正的情况下,酸体系Ⅰ(6mL硝酸+3mL盐酸+3mL氢氟酸)和酸体系Ⅱ(2mL硝酸+6mL盐酸+1mL氢氟酸)的测定值与标准值相吻合,方法检出限为0.001~0.715μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=6)小于7.0%。从消解情况、准确度和精密度比较,酸体系Ⅰ稍优于酸体系Ⅱ;从酸用量比较,酸体系Ⅱ酸用量最少。两种酸体系的样品处理方法均具有较高的适用性和可靠性,都可用于土壤样品中8种金属元素含量的直接测定。  相似文献

现有的国家标准及行业标准方法测定水中溴及碘均较繁琐、效率低,且结果是某一形态溴或碘含量,不同方法得到的结果存在差异,建立一个简单快速测定地下水中溴量及碘量的方法非常重要。在优化仪器参数下,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱同时测定地下水样品中溴含量及碘含量的方法,研究了测定中钾对溴的干扰因素,并对比讨论了不同实验条件下的结果,以及pH对样品测定的影响。最终确定水介质的Re元素作内标,定量限均为1.01μg/L,精度为2.80%,用国家标准物质验证了该方法的准确度,测定实际地下水样品加标回收率均为85%~110%,可用于无有机污染的地下水等环境水质检测。  相似文献

土壤重金属普查样品的基质复杂、数量大、待测元素性质各异,现有土壤中重金属的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)存在样品分解方式不适宜、上机测定参数需优化等问题。本文采用电热板-酸分解样品,研究了ICP-MS测定土壤中Cr、Cu、Cd、Pb四种主要重金属在分解和上机测定中的关键环节。结果表明采用"硝酸+盐酸+氢氟酸+50%硫酸"体系,样品分解完全且待测元素无损失,并使用工作曲线校准仪器可降低基体效应;优选质谱测定同位素和采用碰撞反应池或数学校正可减少质谱干扰;质谱积分驻留时间和重复次数对痕量元素Cd的精密度有较大影响,宜设为0.4 s和3次。本方法对Cr、Cu、Cd、Pb的检出限分别为1.74、0.89、0.015、0.08μg/g,为普查工作提供了一种可借鉴的分析手段。  相似文献

应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)分析化探样品中的痕量银,通常在标准模式下用干扰校正法或动能歧视模式进行测定。银的两个稳定同位素均受锆和铌的氧化物或氢氧化物的质谱干扰,对于干扰元素锆、铌含量较高而银含量低的样品,测定误差较大,需要将干扰元素与银分离。本方法采用硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸消解样品,浓盐酸复溶提取,加入磷酸使大部分溶出的干扰元素锆、铌转化为难溶的磷酸盐化合物,通过沉淀与待测元素银分离。ICP-MS测定时以~(103)Rh为内标,用~(90)Zr~(16)O~+同质量数的同位素~(106)Pd间接校正~(91)Zr~(16)O~+、~(90)Zr~(16)O~1H~+对~(107)Ag的质谱干扰。经国家一级标准物质验证,分析结果在标准值的允许误差范围内,相对标准偏(n=12)为4.3%~12.1%,方法检出限(3SD)为0.0072μg/g。本方法适合土壤、水系沉积物及岩石等化探样品中痕量银的分析。样品处理中引入的磷酸不影响其他常规元素,可用同一份消解液进行测定。  相似文献

随着富硒产品关注度越来越高,对土壤中硒含量测定的研究也越来越受到人们的重视。应用传统电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定土壤样品中的硒时,受到的基体效应和多原子离子干扰比较显著,准确测定硒含量的难度较大。本文建立了采用50%王水-沸水浴消解体系,ICP-MS测定土壤样品中硒含量的方法,实验中采用动能歧视模式(KED)消除质谱干扰,选用~(103)Rh元素作为在线加入内标以消除仪器信号漂移。用该方法对有证土壤标准物质进行分析,其结果均在不确定度范围内,测定值与认定值的相对误差介于-2.01%~2.99%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.60%,检出限为0.012μg/g,测定下限为0.048μg/g。应用该方法与国家环境保护标准方法(HJ680—2013)对20个土壤实际样品进行比对分析,其结果基本一致。该方法适合于分析测定地质等行业大批量土壤样品中的硒。  相似文献

含气天然矿泉水含有高浓度的HCO;和CO2,其中元素Cr的浓度在电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP-AES)的检出限附近甚至更低,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定又容易形成多原子离子40 Ar12C,对52 Cr的测定形成干扰,致使ICP-MS不能直接准确测定含气天然矿泉水中的Cr元素.本文对水样进行前处理,加热煮沸2 min后放置至室温,加入硝酸调节水样酸度为5%,促进HCO3-与H+反应生成大量的CO2迅速释放出来,消除了40Ar12C对52Cr产生的质谱干扰,实现了ICP-MS能够直接准确分析Cr的含量,方法检出限为0.23 ng/mL,加标回收率为92.3%~93.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%.此方法简单实用,精确度和准确度能够满足天然矿泉水分析测试的要求,还可同时测定此批前处理水样中的锌铜砷镉铅等痕量元素.  相似文献

利用离子选择电极测定岩盐样品中的氯和碘离子的含量,测定氯离子时以KNO_3和柠檬酸三钠为离子强度调节剂,测定碘离子时以硝酸钾、柠檬酸和柠檬酸三钠为离子强度调节剂,Na_2SO_3为还原保护剂,再双盐桥饱和甘汞电极外盐桥填充均为0.1mo L/L的KNO_3溶液。结果表明碘和氯离子线性良好,氯离子检测下限为0.0116μg/g,有良好的样品回收率(98.1%~102.2%);碘离子检测下限为0.0030μg/g,有良好的样品回收率(97.6%~102.5%)。该方法操作过程简单、分析速度快,造价成本低,灵敏度高,同时改善了实验室用ICP-MS测定碘元素背景干扰严重和硝酸汞滴定法测定低含量氯元素难以准确检测的问题,在实际应用中得到有效的验证。  相似文献

阿根廷奥布莱莫埃尔多盐湖位于南美安第斯高原"锂三角"地区,钾锂资源丰富;为了研究该盐湖卤水特征,分析其钾锂资源远景,利用遥感数据提取钾、锂异常信息,并在湖区施工浅井采集卤水样品进行验证。盐湖钾锂一般赋存于含盐细砂中,靠近盐湖中部赋存于石盐为主的盐类矿物晶体间的孔隙之中;卤水分析结果表明,KCl含量0.60%~2.11%,平均品位1.03%,LiCl含量146~4977mg/L,平均含量2407mg/L;遥感解译显示湖区存在高矿化度卤水,钾锂异常主要集中分布于湖区岛屿北部、东北部及南部靠近岛屿地带。奥布莱莫埃尔多盐湖遥感信息显示钾、锂异常,浅井卤水分析富含锂钾,部分样品达到工业品位,盐湖找矿潜力巨大。  相似文献

应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定地质样品中的痕量银时,Zr、Nb、Mo的氧化物以及氢氧化物对银的两个质量数~(107)Ag和~(109)Ag造成严重的质谱重叠干扰,导致结果有明显的偏差。针对此问题,本文基于~(107)Ag的质谱干扰相对单一,只有~(90)Zr~(16)OH~+和~(91)Zr~(16)O~+对~(107)Ag产生干扰,在ICP-MS分析中选用~(107)Ag对银进行测定。样品前处理中采用氢氟酸、高氯酸、硝酸敞开消解,在浸提液中加入过量氨水,将~(107)Ag的主要干扰元素Zr通过生成沉淀实现分离,以Re作内标补偿基体效应和信号漂移,采用ICP-MS测定了水系沉积物、岩石、土壤国家标准物质中痕量银的含量,测试值与认定值一致,方法检出限为0.0031μg/g,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.38%。该方法简捷,在浸取液中加入氨水之前可以先测定常见金属元素,实现了浸取溶液的循环再利用。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The geological site at Tercis is accepted by the Commission on Stratigraphy as the international reference for the stratigraphy of the studied interval. To cite this article: G.S. Odin, C. R. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
