论文对研究区ALI数据进行了纯净像元提取,在此基础上,对纯净像元进行N-D散点图分析,选择出不同端元并进行归类分析,作为后期分类识别的样本.这里采用决策树方法对研究区岩矿进行识别,研究发现:样本区在MNF变换后图像上的波谱(前几个波段)可分性远远大于其在变换前图像上的波谱可分性,基于此的决策树分类方法能够识别出岩矿.  相似文献

以四川省旺苍县水磨—大河地区为研究区, 利用美国ASD FieldSpec 3便携式地物光谱仪野外实测岩矿波谱数据和ASTER遥感影像数据, 基于GIS平台, 根据野外实测的岩石光谱曲线和USGS光谱库的典型岩石光谱曲线提取端元波谱, 对区域影像像元的光谱曲线进行匹配, 采用ENVI4.4软件自动信息提取与人机交互解译相结合的方式, 进行岩性分类, 可以有效地划分区内岩性界线, 满足填图需求, 对辅助该区区域基础地质调查、矿产普查等具有重要的应用价值。   相似文献

利用ALI遥感图像进行矿化蚀变信息提取方法探讨   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
矿化蚀变信息提取是遥感找矿的重要手段之一。Advanced Land Imager(ALI)遥感图像信噪比高达100~200,且有较高的波谱分辩率,能够区分具有标示性波谱特征的岩矿。以美国Cuprite地区ALI遥感图像为例,通过数字处理、最小噪声分离变换(MNF),分离和均衡数据中的噪声。然后提取纯净像元(PPI),输入到N维可视化器中开发端元组分光谱,并与波谱库中的波谱进行比对分析。将提取的端元作为样本,进行数据集合评估,最后进行蚀变信息的提取。结果表明,ALI遥感数据由于其波段多,波谱空间分辨率高,经过MNF-PPI后的三维散点图端元提取,能够识别更微弱的岩矿信息。  相似文献

端元提取是高光谱遥感信息提取与分析的基础,也是解决高光谱图像混合像元分解的关键.本文针对研究区高光谱遥感数据特点,进行了辐射校正、最小噪声分离变换(MNF)及纯净像元指数(PPI)处理,在此基础上,应用二维散点图和三维散点图分别提取了端元波谱,并开展了端元属性的判别研究.岩矿端元的提取与分析为后续岩矿种类识别奠定了基础,直接影响最终成果的准确度.  相似文献

本文简要地介绍了遥感图象的典型变换方法的数学原理,提出了建立典型变换矩阵的两种方法:(1)从野外地物反射波谱数据的典型分析求出;(2)直接从遥感数字图象的亮度值数据求出。文中还讨论了地面反射波谱的典型分析结果与多光谱遥感图象亮度值典型分析结果之间的关系,论述了将地面波谱典型分析结果用于数字遥感图象处理的可行性。简述了在101图象处理系统上实现典型变换的步骤。最后给出两个用于岩性识别的实例。  相似文献

各种物质在遥感数据中都有其特征的波谱吸收峰。因此通过波谱识别就可以大大减少以往遥感分类方法中的漏分及混分现象。为了解决若尔盖高原地物遥感分类问题,首次对本区ETM多光谱融合数据采用了地物波谱角分类法进行地物识别。分类步骤:遥感数据定标→选择训练区样本→MNF变换减维去噪处理→利用纯净像元指数(PPI)进行样本提纯→利用n-D散度法进行样本重组→波谱角分类(SAM).其分类结果表明,类别精度评价总精度为0.806,kappa系数为0.785.其精度均符合1:5万比例尺的土地详查工作的技术要求。   相似文献

遥感技术为岩性识别提供了新的视角和重要途径。川藏铁路康玉隧道地处藏东南横断山怒江峡谷拥巴地区,全长20.235 km,最大埋深1314m。针对该区地形起伏大,环境恶劣,人员难以到达,基础地质资料薄弱的现状,综合运用高分辨率、多光谱和高光谱遥感数据进行地层岩性的综合解译。在高分辨率遥感影像目视解译的基础上,运用波谱角度匹配(SAM)、最小噪声分离变换(MNF)、典型波段组合等有效提取岩性信息的多光谱、高光谱遥感数据综合处理方案,并结合GF-5号高光谱数据丰富的波段信息,进行遥感信息的有效增强、提取及自动分类。在详细野外验证的基础上,新识别并划分出一套北西向展布的中侏罗统桑卡拉佣组(J2s)碳酸盐岩地层,细化了古近系宗白群(E2z)等多个地层单位边界,修订原地层界线10余处,并形成了适合高原地貌起伏区快速识别及有效获取岩性、地层界线的遥感解译技术方案。该研究可为铁路规划、选线和设计提供重要的基础资料,同时亦有助于遥感岩性解译工作的推广应用。  相似文献

为了进一步探讨Worldview-2数据在岩性识别工作中的应用效果,笔者选择新疆喀什地区阿尔塔什沉积岩区进行遥感岩性增强方法研究。通过对研究区内实测岩石波谱曲线和Worldview-2数据进行分析,对比不同岩性之间的光谱差异,在综合考虑异物同(近)谱、表层浅覆盖等的基础上,结合WorldView-2数据的波段特点和数据统计特征,确立了波段组合-波谱增强-去相关增强-纹理信息融合的处理方法。有效提高了不同岩性之间的对比度,改善了外界因素对光谱信息的干扰,为精确识别不同岩性提供了可靠基础。  相似文献

基于ASTER数据、Landsat 8数据及WorldView-2数据,采用波段组合法、最小噪声分离法、主成分分析法以及波段比值法,结合岩石光谱曲线,综合提取了新疆北山地区侵入岩的岩性特征。对WorldView-2进行主成分分析和最小噪声分离,并将R(PCA2)G(PCA1)B(PCA4)、R(MNF2)G(MNF1)B(PCA1)、OLI数据R(B7)G(B6)B(B5)进行假彩色合成,利用OLI数据中的B5/B2、B2/B1突出花岗岩。这些方法解决了复杂岩性的影像色调差异较小、细节不清晰等问题,降低了岩性划分及解译的难度,使各种岩性界线更加明晰。结合前人的区域地质调查成果,对研究区侵入岩岩性进行了系统解译及分析。多源遥感数据的综合利用,有助于更有效地识别复杂岩性并进行更详细的岩性分类,提高遥感岩性识别的正确率。  相似文献

应用Hyperion高光谱数据,通过比值法和最小噪声去除法(MNF)提取了甘肃岌岭701地区的赤铁矿化碱交代蚀变岩的分布。选择最小噪声去除后的主成分MNF b8、b3和b4组合可以增强赤铁矿化碱交代蚀变岩的信息,并填绘出该地区赤铁矿化碱交代蚀变岩的分布。  相似文献

Mediterranean forests are characterized by spatiotemporal heterogeneity that is associated with Mediterranean climate, floristic biodiversity and topographic variability. Satellite remote sensing can be an effective tool for characterizing and monitoring forest vegetation distribution within these fragmented Mediterranean landscapes. The heterogeneity of Mediterranean vegetation, however, often exceeds the resolution typical of most satellite sensors. Hyper-spectral remote sensing technology demonstrates the capacity for accurate vegetation identification. The objective of this research is to determine to what extent forest types can be discriminated using different image analysis techniques and spectral band combinations of Hyperion satellite imagery. This research mapped forest types using a pixel-based Spectral Angle Mapper (SAM), nearest neighbour and membership function classifiers of the object-oriented classification. Hyperion classification was done after reducing Hyperion data using nine selected band combinations. Results indicate that the selection of band combination while reducing the Hyperion dataset improves classification results for both the overall and the individual forest type accuracy, in particular for the selected optimum Hyperion band combination. One shortcoming is that the performance of the best selected band combination was superior in terms of both overall and individual forest type accuracy when applying the membership classifier of the object-oriented method compared to SAM and nearest neighbour classifiers. However, all techniques seemed to suffer from a number of problems, such as spectral similarity among forest types, overall low energy response of the Hyperion sensor, Hyperion medium spatial resolution and spatiotemporal and spectral heterogeneity of the Mediterranean ecosystem at multiple scales.  相似文献

以ASTER遥感影像为数据源,对青海祁漫塔格成矿带虎头崖矿区,应用成像光谱法和主成分分析法对矿区矿化蚀变异常信息进行提取分析。成像光谱方法利用最小噪音分量(MNF)变换、像元纯度指数(PPI),n维可视化(n-Dimensional Visualization)端元识别,并进行混合谐调匹配滤波(MTMF),最终得到矿区的矿物信息分布图。而主成分分析法则选择ASTER1、2、3、4波段提取铁染异常信息,1、3、4、5波段提取矽卡岩化蚀变异常信息,1、3、4、(5+6)/2波段提取蒙脱石、伊利石与绢云母等矿物的蚀变异常信息,1、3、4、8波段提取方解石、黑云母、绿泥石等矿物的蚀变异常信息。利用野外实地踏勘确定的矿床、矿(化)点,在ArcGIS10.1软件中对遥感提取蚀变异常信息进行验证显示,二者吻合效果良好,表明提取结果与数据处理方法较可靠,对于扩大找矿规模和发现矿化富集地段具有重要的指导意义。   相似文献

为增强植被覆盖区羟基和碳酸盐矿物的吸收特征, 提高矿物信息提取精度.通过模拟单像元内新鲜植物、干枯植物、羟基和碳酸盐矿物的混合光谱, 发现在一定波段范围内4种端元的特征波段处吸收深度呈显著线性关系, 并建立了羟基和碳酸盐矿物的植物校正吸收深度(vegetation corrected continuum depths, VCCD)模型.将模型应用于黑龙江呼玛的Hyperion影像, 提取了高岭石和方解石矿物信息.在去除河床、道路等干扰信息后, 经野外实地验证和室内岩石鉴定, 矿物信息提取结果较好.   相似文献

This work illustrates the effectiveness of hyperspectal image spectroscopy and lab spectroscopy in identification techniques of minerals in alteration zone of ore body. The adopted procedure involves testing of Hyperion image spectra, their processing for noise, spectral matching and spectral similarity measurement with selected library spectra. Average weighted spectral similarity; visual and statistical matching techniques were used to select end-members from image spectra. Minimum noise fraction and pixel purity index technique were used to retrieve end-member spectra from hyperion image. Hyperspectral image like hyperion has the capability to deliver laboratory standard spectroscopic result. This paper illustrates the capability of hyperion image spectra in copper ore identification and mapping of chalcopyrite outcrop. A systematic approach has been made in this paper. This approach describes how image end member spectra and laboratory spectra can be co-related to fetch accurate spectral form of chalcopyrite ores. Thus, statistical and graphical comparison has been carried out between image derived end member spectra and laboratory spectra of chalcopyrite for better accuracy. The visual measurements is satisfactory, R = 0.973 for fine and 0.976 for medium grained chalcopyrite ore. Excellent statistical significance levels (90–97%) are found while comparing these spectra. There are many success stories of sub-pixel and N-dimensional feature space methods to separate the hydrothermal alteration zones from iron oxide mixed ore bodies. Thus, unmixing methods are very useful for mapping of most dominating mineral parts of a pixel from hyperspectral images which have coarse spatial resolution. Finally, mapping of mineralized zone has been achieved through sub-pixel based classifiers like spectral angle mapper (SAM), constrained energy minimization (CEM) and adaptive coherence estimator (ACE) techniques.  相似文献

The study was carried out for Indian capital city Delhi using Hyperion sensor onboard EO-1 satellite of NASA. After MODTRAN-4 based atmospheric correction, MNF, PPI and n-D visualizer were applied and endmembers of 11 LCLU classes were derived which were employed in classification of LULC. To incur better classification accuracy, a comparative study was also carried out to evaluate the potential of three classifier algorithms namely Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Spectral Angle Mapper (SAM). The results of this study reemphasize the utility of satellite borne hyperspectral data to extract endmembers and also to delineate the potential of random forest as expert classifier to assess land cover with higher classification accuracy that outperformed the SVM by 19% and SAM by 27% in overall accuracy. This research work contributes positively to the issue of land cover classification through exploration of hyperspectral endmembers. The comparison of classification algorithms’ performance is valuable for decision makers to choose better classifier for more accurate information extraction.  相似文献

EO-1 Hyperion是新型地球观测卫星,也是一颗实验性的高光谱星载卫星.Hyperion影像具有高光谱分辨率的特点,同时该传感器在波段的辐射定标参数、影像的坏线和条带、以及光谱的Smile效应等处理方面有待改进.针对黑河上游祁连山区的Hyperion影像,进行了DN值分析,DN值转换辐亮度值、影像条带去除和坏线替换、光谱Smile效应校正,以及经MODTRAN辐射传输的大气订正等处理,获得了高光谱分辨率的雪反射率的反演网像,为研究区积雪面积的提取、雪粒径和雪反照率的反演等后续工作提供了基础图像.  相似文献
