The use of conventional CDP-stacking in the processing of reflection data imposes restrictions on the horizontal and vertical resolution. Ideally, the final seismic section should consist only of short offset or, in practice, near-trace primary energy. Through the use of the iterative stacking algorithm, the signal-to-noise ratio on a single trace in the CDP-gather may be improved to an extent comparable to what occurs on a conventional stacked trace. By using this approach and treating the near-trace section after iterative stacking as the final section, the seismic resolution can be improved.  相似文献

Geometrical acoustic and wave theory lead to a second-order partial differential equation that links seismic sections with different offsets. In this equation a time-shift term appears that corresponds to normal moveout; a second term, dependent on offset and time only, corrects the moveout of dipping events. The zero-offset stacked section can thus be obtained by continuing the section with maximum offset towards zero, and stacking along the way the other common-offset sections. Without the correction for dip moveout, the spatial resolution of the section is noticeably impaired, thus limiting the advantages that could be obtained with expensive migration procedures. Trade-offs exist between multiplicity of coverage, spatial resolution, and signal-to-noise; in some cases the spatial resolution on the surface can be doubled and the aliasing noise averaged out. Velocity analyses carried out on data continued to zero offset show a better resolution and improved discrimination against multiples. For instance, sea-floor multiples always appear at water velocity, so that their removal is simplified. This offset continuation can be carried out either in the time-space domain or in the time-wave number domain. The methods are applied both to synthetic and real data.  相似文献

针对松辽盆地薄砂层油藏的地震勘探问题,提出了一种共检波器接收点(CGP)叠加柱面波偏移成像方法。该方法对小炮点距、小检波器点距、中间放炮观测系统采集地震资料,经CGP道集叠加组合成柱面波剖面;采用下行波射线法向下延拓和上行波波动方程向下延拓的方法,使柱面波剖面偏移成像。通过模型分析和对松辽盆地TK8157测线资料进行处理证明该方法的地震分辨率和保真度较高,在发现小砂体、小断层、地层尖灭等方面有较好的效果。  相似文献

Bayesian statistics are applied to the problem of signal-to-noise ratio enhancement from a common-midpoint gather. By maximizing the a posteriori probability distribution of the gather with respect to the minimum-offset trace and suppressing multiples via a semblance criterion, a statistically biased stack is formed with signal-to-noise ratio comparable to that of the usual stack while preserving the resolution and registration of the original noisy trace. Application of the algorithm to real data reveals geologically significant features which are indistinct in the standard stacked section.  相似文献

Wave equation migration techniques have shown the limits of traditional stacking methods with data from tectonically complicated areas. An improved stack can be obtained utilizing the dip-moveout correction technique based on offset continuation. The properties and the limits of the algorithms used are summarized briefly. Several synthetic and real data examples are shown and compared with the results obtained using conventional processing in order to show the focusing effects and the strong improvement in signal-to-noise ratios, both at the stacked and migrated section level. The possibility of exploiting this technique to transform multiple coverage into increased spatial resolution is illustrated with examples.  相似文献

常规的可控震源Chirp扫描信号的地震响应存在着相关信号旁瓣大、分辨率低的缺点;用二元伪随机编码信号作为可控震源的驱动信号,地震响应剖面中存在严重的相关噪声,降低了地震记录的信噪比.本文提出的可控震源匹配扫描方法,利用匹配伪随机序列偶调制正弦载波信号作为可控震源驱动信号进行扫描激发,得到两个匹配的原始地震记录,对两个匹配的原始地震记录分别解码后再进行叠加形成最终的综合解码地震剖面.地震数值模拟的结果表明,该方法基本不存在常规Chirp扫描情形的旁瓣效应,可有效避免m-序列编码扫描情形的相关噪声,其最后形成的综合解码地震剖面可以与脉冲震源的炮集记录相媲美.  相似文献

We present an extension of the Common Reflection Surface (CRS) stack that provides support for an arbitrary top surface topography. CRS stacking can be applied to the original prestack data without the need for any elevation statics. The CRS-stacked zero- offset section can be corrected (redatumed) to a given planar level by kinematic wave field attributes. The seismic processing results indicate that the CRS stacked section for rugged surface topography is better than the conventional stacked section for S/N ratio and better continuity of reflection events. Considering the multiple paths of zero-offset rays, the method deals with reflection information coming from different dips and performs the stack using the method of dip decomposition, which improves the kinematic and dynamic character of CRS stacked sections.  相似文献

在深反射地震资料处理中,当来自深部的有效弱信号和噪声干扰频带差异较小且难以区分时,传统滤波方法的应用会受到限制.谱分解方法是一种使用离散傅里叶变换,基于信号的频率-振幅谱等信息生成高分辨率地震图像的方法,通常用来识别介质物性横向分布特征,处理复杂介质内频谱变化和局部相位的不稳定性等问题,包括定位复杂断层和小尺度断裂等.S变换作为一种新的时频分析方法,具有自动调节分辨率的能力,近些年来被广泛应用到勘探地震、大地电磁等数据处理中,逐渐成为地球物理方法中噪声压制的有效方法之一.与常规石油反射地震资料相比,深反射主动源地震为了探测深部结构信息,常采用大药量激发方式、长排列观测系统等,导致深部有效信号基本湮灭在噪声干扰之中.针对深反射数据特点,本文结合谱分解和S变换技术,首先设计了简单的脉冲函数实验数据,证实S变换方法的有效性,同时说明谱分解方法的效果受所用时频分析方法影响较大,而其中决定分辨能力的变换窗函数的选取尤为重要.在此基础上,分别应用到深反射地震资料的单道和叠加剖面实际数据上,对比分析了传统变换谱分解和S变换谱分解的应用效果,单道资料对比结果表明:相比传统谱分解,S变换谱分解方法具有自动调节分辨率的能力,能够精确的标定深反射地震资料中弱信号不同时刻的频率分量;叠加剖面资料应用结果表明:由S变换谱分解得到的剖面结果与其他谱分解方法结果整体上具有较高的一致性,同时清晰地刻画出原叠加剖面上被噪声湮灭的低频细节特征,提高了剖面的分辨率及同相轴连续性;对比结果明显看出,Gabor变换谱分解方法得到的结果同相轴较为破碎,分析原因认为这是由Gabor变换的时频分解方法的定长窗函数所致,窗口大小不会随着信号频率的变化来调节长度,只能在处理的过程中根据一定的记录长度范围选取窗函数参数,而S变换谱分解方法在窗函数的选取时,通过时变信号的局部频率特征自动调节窗口长度,能够更好的刻画各个频段的细节特征,在深反射剖面成像应用中效果尤为明显.本文结果表明S变换谱分解技术在深地震叠加剖面上的应用有效地提高了来自深部弱反射信号的信噪比和分辨率,并刻画出了叠加剖面上所不具有的低频细节特征,在实际深反射地震资料处理中能有效保护低频弱信号获得更好的成像效果.本文为深地震反射资料中弱信号的保护处理找到一种有效的方法.  相似文献

提高地震剖面的信噪比和分辨率始终是地震数据处理中研究的重要内容.在动静校正后的同一道集内振幅和相位相同的假设条件下,地震叠加技术能明显提高资料的信噪比.实际资料中相位差问题是影响有效反射信号实现同相叠加的重要因素之一.相位校正技术能够消除子波的相位谱差异,使子波接近或达到零相位,从而达到提高叠加剖面质量的目的.对相位校正的国内外研究现状,影响相位变化的因素,相位校正的方法原理以及判别准则进行了系统的总结和概述.通过分析总结得出:随着勘探形势的发展,地震资料中的相位问题将越来越受到人们的关注和重视,对相位的研究也将成为今后的攻关课题和研究热点.  相似文献

The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of seismic reflection data in many areas is rather poor and conventional two-dimensional filters designed to suppress noise with different moveout from the signal tend to generate artifacts. We have extended a method of multichannel filtering, based on the hypothesis that signals on adjacent channels are similar, for enhancing the SNR on stacked sections. Using only the mid-range frequencies where the SNR is highest, the event trend is found for overlapping windows on the section and the average signal vector is calculated. Then the data from the full bandwidth section are projected onto the spatially varying unit similarity vectors and the results are merged for the overlapping windows. Application of the method to synthetic data containing steeply dipping events and to a stacked section for a marine 2D line has produced good results. The modifications we have introduced carry a small overhead in computing time but they should enable the method to be used effectively even on sections containing steep dips.  相似文献

很多地区地震资料的信噪比较低,而用于压制与信号具有不同方向的随机噪声的常规二维滤波方法常常产生假信息。基于相邻信号具有相干性这一假设,本文提出了一种叠后衰减随机噪声的多道滤波方法。该方法利用信噪比最高的中频段信息(含有主频的这一频率区间)分时窗计算信号单位矢量,并将该时窗内全频段数据向信号单位矢量方向投影,对各时窗(包括时间方向和空间方向)重叠部分按比例进行加权。我们利用这种方法对含有陡倾角的合成地震数据和海上二维实际地震资料进行了处理,处理效果很好。这种方法较为费时,但不受倾角限制,应用范围广。  相似文献

A joint inversion of both first and refracted arrivals is applied on a seismic line, acquired onshore, in order to obtain a well‐resolved velocity field for the computation of static corrections. The use of different arrivals in the inversion involves exploiting the information derived from the different raypaths associated with each wave type, thus enhancing the reliability of the inversion. The data was gathered by Saudi Aramco in an area of the Arabian Peninsula characterized by strong lateral variations, both in topography and shallow velocity, and where therefore a well‐defined near‐surface velocity field is important. In addition to velocity, the depth distribution of the quality factor Q is computed from the tomographic inversion of the seismic‐signal frequency shift. Thus, the Q‐factor field is used to perform an inverse Q‐data filtering and improve the resolution of the final stacked section.  相似文献

For a two-dimensional situation, a direct solution exists to the problem of locating a point diffractor below plane layers of constant interval velocity and varying dip. The required surface measurements are obtainable from an arbitrary portion of the observed diffraction curve on the stacked section. The method resembles the computing of plane dipping layers of constant interval velocity from common depth point surface measurements.  相似文献

A combined reflection/refraction (wide-angle) seismic survey was conducted on the continental shelf north-west of Britain, using a conventional streamer with an airgun source, and static ocean-bottom seismometers (OBS) to record wide-angle energy. The shallow structure down to a basaltic layer was reasonably well imaged on the stacked reflection section. The basalts, however, proved to be opaque to the conventional reflection method and prevented the imaging of deeper horizons, where an important velocity inversion was anticipated. This paper reports on the processing, modelling and interpretation of the densely sampled wide-angle OBS data that were coincident with the reflection profile. Eleven OBS instruments were deployed along a 75 km line and recorded signal from a powerful 149 litre (9100 in.3) airgun array fired every 50 m. Data processing was performed using a standard industrial reflection seismic software package prior to first-arrival picking. Processing steps included geometry definition, trace summation and display of the data using various scaling algorithms. An initial model was constructed from 1D velocity-time profiles digitized every 4 km along the stacked section. First arrival traveltime modelling rapidly converged to a detailed model of the structure of the top 5 km of the crust. Modelling revealed the existence of a buried low-velocity Mesozoic sedimentary basin, of a prominent basement horst and of a normal fault penetrating to the basement.  相似文献

Reflection and refraction data are normally processed with tools designed to deal specifically with either near- or far-offset data. Furthermore, the refraction data normally require the picking of traveltimes prior to analysis. Here, an automatic processing algorithm has been developed to analyse wide-angle multichannel streamer data without resorting to manual picking or traveltime tomography. Time–offset gathers are transformed to the tau–p domain and the resulting wavefield is downward continued to the depth–p domain from which a velocity model and stacked section are obtained. The algorithm inputs common-depth-point (CDP) gathers and produces a depth-converted stacked section that includes velocity information. The inclusion of long-offset multichannel streamer data within the tau–p transformation enhances the signal from high-velocity refracted basalt arrivals. Downward continuation of the tau–p transformed wavefield to the depth–p domain allows the reflection and refraction components of the wavefield to be treated simultaneously. The high-slowness depth–p wavefield provides the velocity model and the low-slowness depth–p wavefield may be stacked to give structural information. The method is applied to data from the Faeroe Basin from which sub-basalt velocity images are obtained that correlate with an independently derived P-wave model from the line.  相似文献

The multifold acquisition principle was applied to a borehole radar survey, performed in a granitic site (Grimsel Test Site, Switzerland). Two multifold coverage acquisitions (40-fold and 20-fold) were carried out in a subhorizontal borehole. Instrumental drifts (transmission time and sampling frequency fluctuations) were corrected in order to remove shifts observed on CMP gathers and to optimize velocity analysis and trace stacking. Computation of velocity spectra was adapted in order to take into account the features of the medium investigated (homogeneous velocity, various reflector orientations). The NMO velocities were then interpreted as angles between reflectors and the survey line. The processing, based on the computation of several constant velocity stacked sections performed with different NMO velocities, leads to better results than the standard DMO + NMO processing. The signal-to-noise ratio of the stacked profile is improved in comparison with the single-fold section, which results from a standard acquisition. From a practical point of view, the implementation of a multifold radar survey within a borehole is difficult but a greater investigation range is obtained, more reflectors are detected and the mapping of geological discontinuities is improved.  相似文献

We analyse the stacking process within the framework of imaging techniques. Our results show how the NMO stretch, traditionally looked upon as giving a negative contribution, can be utilized to improve the vertical resolution of the stacked data from a source deficient in low frequencies. The added bandwidth is provided by the spatial coherency of the energy emitted by a point source.  相似文献
