新型桁架式Spar生产平台具有15 000 t的凝析油储存能力,采用基于油水置换技术和三级油水分离工艺的新型储油系统设计,这在现役和在建的Spar平台中尚属首次。介绍了平台的总体方案,包括主要技术参数、舱室划分、空船重量重心和系泊系统等。阐述了油水置换储油系统的布置方案以及三级油水分离工艺流程。并分析了平台的主要性能,包括气隙、运动耦合、稳性。最后通过风浪流联合运动响应的水池试验,验证了平台在百年一遇的海况下具有良好的运动性能。  相似文献

本文围绕海上无人值守平台周界安防技术需求,以800 m范围内的快艇、渔船、客轮和商船为航行目标构建运动目标跟踪监控系统,并集成开发了基于水下被动声学检测和水上云台控制的光学视频系统为一体的声光一体化监控系统,设计了一套基于深度学习的目标检测算法,实现了对水面航行目标的跟踪检测与分类识别。本文在目前基于单一方法进行水面目标跟踪的基础上进行了突破,系统综合了水听器远距离目标监控跟踪和近距离的水面视频监控目标识别,当两者同时确认目标,由声警器发出警报驱离可疑目标,系统将水下声学监控和水面视频监控有效结合,极大地降低了平台的误报概率,同时实验测试结果表明该系统可有效实现对4类水面航行目标的跟踪检测和特征提取,且改进后的算法可有效提升目标检测效果与识别精度,具有较好的鲁棒性和有效性。  相似文献

提出了将具有比声学高达几倍的数据通信速率,良好的安全性和隐蔽性的光学无线通信技术应用于海军、海洋科学研究和水下工程等领域,实现高速率的水下无线通信技术实现海量数据的信息交换.基于生物光学特性的水下光学信道模型,建立了水下光学通信系统性能分析方法.并对基于发光二极管(LED)的水下光学无线通信系统进行了仿真,其结果表明所建立的方法可以进行各种海域水质环境的模拟,便于时水下光学无线通信系统性能进行预测评估,为水下光学无线通信系统的设计方案的评估提供了依据.  相似文献

在海底输油管道修复过程中,为将原油对海洋的污染程度降到最低,保证修复作业的安全和顺利进行,开发应用胍胶隔离技术进行管道油水置换隔离。通过现场调研、实验室配方筛选、理论计算与分析,确定了胍胶隔离技术方案,并在现场顺利实施。结果表明该技术在修复海底管道时可有效地将原油泄露对环境的污染降到最小程度,胍胶段塞在海底管道中的隔离作用是稳定的。  相似文献

传统的珊瑚礁生态系统监测方法不能连续监测,无法监测到突发事件对珊瑚礁生态的影响,也很难定点对珊瑚礁群落进行监测,数据分析存在较大的局限性。原位监测技术集成了水质监测和水下成像技术,并实现了在线传输,在很多方面优于传统的监测方法。文章以西沙群岛赵述岛海域为实验海区,进行了珊瑚礁生态系统原位监测技术实验,实验内容包括pH值、溶解氧、浊度、叶绿素、盐度、水下录像以及实时在线传输。系统运行一年后,获得了水质、珊瑚覆盖率、种群数量和鱼类密度等数据的变化,进而判断实验海区的珊瑚礁生态系统正在恢复。通过在实验海区的实验,说明该原位监测技术是可行的,可以将监控站点推广至整个西沙群岛的岛礁,而不局限于永兴岛附近海域,监控数据可以服务于珊瑚礁生态恢复、保育和资源利用。  相似文献

海洋可控源电磁(MCSEM)是应用地球物理方法探测海底油气资源的新方法,由于海上工作环境的特殊性,监测甲板温度、湿度以及船上装备的相关参数对安全、有效生产意义重大。基于对MCSEM生产工作和甲板工作模式的研究,设计了一套适用于MCSEM工作的甲板监控系统开发方法。主要是基于.NET Framework类库,应用C#和C++语言进行了监控软件的研发,设计了软件的网络结构、数据存储和用户界面,综合运用了Socket网络编程技术、多线程技术、ADO.NET数据库技术以及GDI+和OSG结合的显示技术,较好地实现了海洋可控源电磁勘探生产过程的监控。  相似文献

对深海3 000m液压源储油器,采用兼具压力补偿和体积补偿的胶囊作为其压力补偿器.针对动态运行时可能存在的补偿量不足的问题,提出了储油器系统不失稳时的压力动态补偿设计准则,然后择选一组优化参数设计出储油器系统样机,分别完成在模拟执行元件和环境压力变化时的高压舱下的实验测试,结果表明在两种变工况下储油器内压力均能很好地跟随环境压力的变化,验证了该结构及其设计准则是合理的,为水下液压源储油器系统的压力自平衡设计及可靠运行提供了相应的理论依据和技术支撑.  相似文献

The marine ecological environment and fishery resources can be severely polluted or destroyed by waste oil from fishing vessels if they are emitted directly into the ocean without any proper pre-treatment process. International conventions such as MARPOL 73/78 regulate waste-oil emissions and require the installation of a waste oil–water separator only for ocean-going ships of over 400 gross tons. Hence, these international conventions are not applicable to most fishing ships due to their low gross tonnages. In addition, space on most fishing vessels is too limited to allow waste-oil storage tanks or a waste oil-water separator to comply with international maritime regulations. Because a significant amount of waste oil is produced by fishing vessels around the world every day, effective strategies or measures are needed to prevent this waste oil from polluting the marine environment. This study thus investigates strategies and measures for improving the effectiveness of waste-oil collection from fishing vessels. This study found that existing procedures for the collection and treatment of waste lubricating oil on land could be applied to the management of waste oil and bilge water from fishing vessels. Sufficient oil–water separators and storage facilities for the collection of waste oil should be placed at each fishing port and shipyard. Fishermen should then be required to deliver their waste oil to these storage facilities, from where it can be transported to legal recycling companies for further treatment. In addition, fishing harbor authorities should bear definitive responsibility for monitoring the illegal dumping of waste oil and for checking the waste-oil record books of fishing vessels. Each maritime country should enforce relevant laws and regulations to reduce the emission of waste oil from fishing vessels into the ocean.  相似文献

张力腿作为张力腿平台(tension leg platform,简称TLP)的重要组成部分,服役水深大,动力学行为复杂多样。为了保障张力腿的结构安全,开展张力腿的水下全方位监测十分必要。文中以某TLP为依托,构建一套能耗最优的张力腿监测系统。首先,利用附加质量法对张力腿进行湿模态分析,结合有效独立法与模态置信度准则确定张力腿监测节点的具体布设方案;其次,以能耗最低为优化目标,基于遗传算法建立了水下无线组网监测方案,同时讨论了监测节点存在失效时监测数据传输路径改变方案;最终,得到一套能耗最优的TLP张力腿水下无线组网监测方法,以降低水下监测系统维护成本。  相似文献

研究自主水下航行器系统的软变结构控制策略问题。首先分析软变结构控制系统的结构特征,利用双曲正切函数,给出控制受限情形的软变结构控制策略。其次利用Lyapunov稳定性理论,讨论自主水下航行器软变结构控制系统的稳定性,然后构造了基于双曲正切函数的软变结构控制器,给出自主水下航行器软变结构控制的具体算法。基于双曲正切函数的自主水下航行器软变结构控制系统调节精度高,响应速度快,有效地削弱了系统抖振。最后通过一个仿真实验,比较了自主水下航行器垂直深度通道的4种控制策略对系统性能的影响,从而验证了研究方法的有效性。  相似文献

基于多体动力分析方法进行FPSO和水下软钢臂系泊系统的运动特性研究。相较于非线性弹簧模拟软钢臂系泊系统或者其他近似模拟方法,多体分析方法可以充分考虑系泊系统具体结构形式及其动力项对FPSO运动性能的影响,更好的预报系统运动响应和系泊力。本文将FPSO和水下钢臂结构模拟成2个具有6自由度的独立结构,两者用系泊链组进行连接。基于三维势流理论应用汇源分布法,首先在频域内进行FPSO的水动力参数分析,进而在时域内对系统进行耦合动力分析。本文重点讨论系泊系统黏性力和二阶波浪力对系统响应的影响,计算结果发现系泊系统黏性力对系泊力有一定影响,而在浅水条件下二阶波浪力的计算对准确预报系统运动及系泊力非常重要。  相似文献

To achieve accurate positioning of autonomous underwater vehicles, an appropriate underwater terrain database storage format for underwater terrain-matching positioning is established using multi-beam data as underwater terrain-matching data. An underwater terrain interpolation error compensation method based on fractional Brownian motion is proposed for defects of normal terrain interpolation, and an underwater terrain-matching positioning method based on least squares estimation (LSE) is proposed for correlation analysis of topographic features. The Fisher method is introduced as a secondary criterion for pseudo localization appearing in a topographic features flat area, effectively reducing the impact of pseudo positioning points on matching accuracy and improving the positioning accuracy of terrain flat areas. Simulation experiments based on electronic chart and multi-beam sea trial data show that drift errors of an inertial navigation system can be corrected effectively using the proposed method. The positioning accuracy and practicality are high, satisfying the requirement of underwater accurate positioning.  相似文献

A nondestructive method of measuring in situ the oil-water interface in a sunken oil barge is described. The method makes use of the different acoustic absorption properties of water and BunkerCoil to detect the oil-water interface and can be implemented using a standard 200-kHz echo sounder. An electrically driven bottom-crawling remotely controlled vehicle used to carry out field tests on a sunken oil barge is described, and samples of the sounder records obtained are presented. Results indicate the method is feasible for tanks of simple geometry that have distinct layers of liquids with sufficiently different acoustic absorption properties.  相似文献

Mooring system is the key equipment of FPSO safe operation. The soft yoke mooring system is regarded as one of the best shallow water mooring strategies and widely applied to the oil exploitation in the Bohai Bay in China and the Gulf of Mexico. Based on the analysis of numerous monitoring data obtained by the prototype monitoring system of one FPSO in the Bohai Bay, the on-site lateral vibration behaviors found on the site of the soft yoke subject to wave load were analyzed. ADAMS simulation and model experiment were utilized to analyze the soft yoke lateral vibration and it was determined that lateral vibration was resonance behaviors caused by wave excitation. On the basis of the soft yoke longitudinal restoring force being guaranteed, a TLD-based vibration damper system was constructed and the vibration reduction experiments with multi-tank space and multi-load conditions were developed. The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed TLD vibration reduction system can effectively reduce lateral vibration of soft yoke structures.  相似文献
