利用气相色谱质谱仪(GC/MS)测定曹妃甸、山海关及沧州渤海新区表层海水样品中16种优先控制PAHs.结果表明,三个地区近岸海域表层海水中∑PAHs含量分别为14.1-226ng/L、29.9-229ng/L和97.4-254ng/L;平均含量分别为108ng/L、102ng/L和204ng/L.沧州渤海新区近岸∑PAHs含量高于曹妃甸和山海关近岸的含量,且检出的PAHs种类多.与其它国家和地区表层水体样品中PAHs含量相比较,本研究区域表层海水中PAHs含量处于中等水平.高低分子量比值和异构体比值分析表明,渤海西北部海域表层海水中PAHs主要来源于石油污染,此外,生物质及煤的燃烧也有一定贡献.应用商值法对研究区域表层海水中PAHs的生态风险进行评价,结果发现生态风险非常小.  相似文献

辽东湾浮游动物多样性及其与海洋环境因子的关系   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
以2005年7~9月辽东湾浮游动物的调查数据为主,并结合以往的调查数据对浮游动物的种群结构、分布特征、多样性指数的变化及其与海洋环境因子的关系进行了分析。结果表明,辽东湾浮游动物个体数量主要集中在北部海区,而其生物多样性与均匀度指数却明显低于西部和东南部海区,说明该海区水体、生态环境、生物群落不如西部和东南部海区稳定、成熟。浮游动物多样性主要受透明度(rH′=0.599r0.01;rE=0.322r0.05,n=40)、水温(rH′=0.469r0.01,rE=0.432r0.01,n=40)、COD(rH′=-0.389r0.05;rE=-0.217r0.05,n=40)、W(rH′=-0.461r0.01;rE=-0.417r0.01,n=40)、物种数(rH′=0.835r0.01;rE=0.653r0.01,n=40)影响较大。  相似文献

青岛近海许氏平鲉年龄与生长特性的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
2004年3月—2005年1月逐月在青岛近海采集许氏平鲉(Sebastes schlegelii)样本共计147尾,以矢耳石为年龄鉴定材料对其年龄和生长特性进行了研究。耳石边缘增长率分析表明,许氏平鲉耳石年轮形成的周期为1年,6~7月是年轮形成高峰期。协方差分析和残差平方和分析表明,许氏平鲉的体长与体重、年龄与生长关系在雌雄性别间无显著性差异(P0.05),其体长(L)与体重(W)的关系式为W=1.750×10-5×L3.084(r2=0.990,P0.05);使用年龄和体长的实测值拟合其生长,Von-Bertalanffy体长生长方程为Lt=367.211×(1-e-0.576×(t-0.399))(r2=0.943,P0.05)。分析表明,在耳石形态与重量各测量参数中,耳石重量(Wotolith)与年龄(t)的线性相关性最密切(r2=0.942),其关系式为Wotolith=-0.023+0.035 t。平均百分比误差指数(IAPE)结果显示,耳石重量可以作为青岛近海许氏平鲉年龄鉴定的有力手段(IAPE=8.3%)。与1980年代相比,青岛近海许氏平鲉生长加快,显示出资源进一步衰退的迹象。  相似文献

厦门西海域表层水中PAHs污染与PAHs降解菌分布的关系   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
在厦门西海域设置6个站位,于2001年7月和10月两个航次对各站位表层水中多环芳烃(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,PAHs)的含量及几种常见PAHs的降解菌的数量进行调查,结果表明:表层水中PAHs的含量很不稳定,存在明显的时间变化。在7月的调查中,表层水中能检测到的PAHs以2—3环的为主,而在10月以46环的为主。低分子量的PAHs——芴和菲的含量与其降解菌的数量之间具有明显的正相关,而高分子量的PAHs—荧蒽和芘的含量与其降解菌的数量之间没有表现出相关性。  相似文献

东海表层水体中的多环芳烃及其沉积通量估算   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以东海陆架水体中溶解态多环芳烃(PAHs)含量为基础,引入颗粒相-水相间的物质吸附系数(Koc)计算悬浮颗粒物中PAHs有机碳归一化含量,结合陆架沉积物有机碳的年埋藏通量,估算东海陆架沉积物中PAHs沉积通量。结果显示:水体中溶解态的15种PAHs总含量为(701±392)ng/L,变化范围为412~1 032ng/L,PAHs组成以3环为主。计算得到的悬浮颗粒物中15种PAHs有机碳归一化含量为20~28μg/g,对应的PAHs沉积通量为150~210t/a。估算结果与实测沉积物中PAHs含量和沉积通量结果基本吻合,表明实验室模拟实验获取的化合物Koc值适用于东海颗粒相-水相间的分配模型,证实悬浮颗粒物有机碳含量在控制PAHs两相分布过程中起着重要作用。同时,该方法为海洋沉积物中PAHs沉积通量的估算提供一种新途径。  相似文献

为了评估唐山、秦皇岛近岸海域贝类体中多环芳烃(PAHs)的污染水平及其健康风险,于2010年10月采集了唐山、秦皇岛近岸海域贝类样品。利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法检测贝类体中PAHs含量,运用美国环保局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价方法评价其健康风险程度。结果表明,贝类生物体中PAHs含量范围为17.27~331.96 ng·g-1,平均值为117.19 ng·g-1,4-5环PAHs含量比例较高。苯并[a]芘(BaP)毒性当量浓度为0.25~169.99 ng·g-1。秦皇岛近岸海域贝类产品中PAHs的致癌风险指数为1.09×10-4~2.83×10-4,高于USEPA建议的可接受致癌风险指数(10-4),存在一定致癌风险;唐山近岸海域贝类体内PAHs致癌风险指数均在可接受致癌风险之内。  相似文献

利用气相色谱/质谱方法对三沙湾表层沉积物中多氯联苯(PCBs)、多环芳烃(PAHs)和有机氯农药(OCPs)进行测定,结果表明,PCBs、PAHs和OCPs的含量均值分别为1.28、61.76和1.18ng/g。与早期研究结果相比,PCBs含量浓度明显降低,表明其污染已得到有效控制;PAHs中高分子量组分普遍存在,通过分析菲/蒽和荧蒽/芘比值,判断其主要来源为燃料的高温燃烧;HCHs和DDTs是主要的有机氯农药污染物,二者的残留特征表明其主要来源为早期历史残留,且表层沉积物受到厌氧微生物降解。总体而言,三沙湾表层沉积物中PCBs、PAHs和OCPs的污染程度及生态风险均处于较低水平。  相似文献

2007年11-12月采集福建和粤东近岸海域的沉积物样品,对沉积物中的PAHs含量、组成进行研究,分析了研究海域沉积环境中PAHs的分布特征、来源,并利用Long等人建立的评价模式对PAHs的生态风险进行了评价.研究结果为深入研究海域沉积环境中PAHs的地球化学行为提供了科学依据.结果表明:研究海域PAHs的含量范围为52.93-398.50 ng/g,平均值为170.30 ng/g,研究发现闽江径流是影响海区沉积物中PAHs含量分布的重要因素之一.通过不同环数PAHs的相对丰度和异构体比值分析,对研究海区沉积物中PAHs进行了溯源分析,发现厦门以北海域沉积物中的PAHs主要来自化石燃料燃烧,而厦门以南海域则主要来源于石油污染.生态风险评价结果显示,研究海域PAHs对生物体极少产生负面生态效应,潜在生态风险很小.  相似文献

Nine species of Prionospio complex are recorded from China’s waters, including one new species and six newly recorded species. Prionospio (Prionospio) pacifica sp. nov., is characterized by having first and forth pairs of branchiae pinnate, second and third pairs of apinnate, ventral crest on Setiger 9 and dorsal crests on Setigers 10—25. Apoprionospio kirrae (Wilson, 1990), Prionospio (Aquilaspio) convexa Imajima, 1990, Prionospio (Minuspio) multibranchiata Berkeley, 1927, Prionospio (Prionospio) bocki Sderstrm, 1920, Prionospio (Prionospio) dubia Maciolek, 1985 and Prionospio (Prionospio) paradisea Imajima, 1990 are recorded for the first time from China’s waters.  相似文献

大亚湾海域水体和沉积物中多环芳烃分布及其生态危害评价   总被引:26,自引:2,他引:26  
1999年8月首次采集大亚湾海域14个站位的次表层水和表层沉积物样品,分析其中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)单体的含量,探讨其可能的来源,并进行典型有机污染物生态危害评价。结果表明,海水中PAHs平均含量为10984±8461ng·L-1,变化范围为4228—29325ng·L-1;表层沉积物中PAHs平均含量为481±316ng·g-1,变化范围为115—1134ng·g-1;大亚湾海域PAHs含量比其它近岸海区相对较高。PAHs的组成在水体中以3环为主,在沉积物中以4环为主。菲/蒽和荧蒽/芘比值显示沉积物中PAHs来自化石燃料的燃烧和成岩作用的输入。PAHs在沉积物/水中的富集系数平均值为72,变化范围为9—756。大亚湾海域水体PAHs污染严重而表层沉积物污染较轻,显示尚有较大量的PAHs输入。为保持大亚湾海洋生态系统的可持续发展,必须加强PAHs的监测,特别是生物体中PAHs含量的分析。  相似文献

In order to test the hypothesis that the ambient iron concentrations could regulate sulfate reducing activity (SRA) in mangrove areas, 10 cm cores were examined from test and reference sites. The test site at Diwar mangrove ecosystem is highly influenced by iron released by the movement of barges carrying iron ore during the non-monsoon seasons and the reference site at Tuvem is relatively pristine. The average iron concentrations were 17.9% (±8.06) at Diwar and 6.3% (±1.5) at Tuvem. Sulfate reducing rates (SRR) ranged from 50.21 to 698.66 nM cm−3 d−1 at Tuvem, and from 23.32 to 294.49 nM cm−3d−1 in Diwar. Pearson’s correlation coefficients between SRR and environmental parameters showed that at Tuvem, the SRR was controlled by SO4−2 (r = 0.498, p < 0.001, n = 60) more than organic carbon (r = 0.316 p < 0.05, n = 60). At Diwar, the SRR was governed by the iron concentrations at an r-value of −0.761 (p < 0.001, n = 60), suggesting that ca.58% of the variation in SRR was influenced negatively by variations in ambient iron concentrations. This influence was more than the positive influence of TOC (r = 0.615, p < 0.001, n = 60). Laboratory experiments to check the influence of iron on SRR also supported our field observations. At an experimental manipulation of 50 ppm Fe3+ there was an increase in SRR but at 100 ppm an inhibitory effect was observed. At 1000 ppm Fe3+ there was a decrease in the SRR up to 93% of the control. Thus, our study showed that ambient iron concentrations influence SRR negatively at Diwar and counters the positive influence of organic carbon. Consequently, the influence could cascade to other biogeochemical processes in these mangrove swamps, especially the mineralization of organic matter to carbon dioxide by sulfate respiration.  相似文献

We measured dissolved isoprene (2-methyl-1,3-butadiene; C5H8) concentrations in a broad area of the southern Indian Ocean and in the Indian sector of the Southern Ocean from 35°S to 64°S and from 37°E to 111°E during austral summer 2010–2011. Isoprene concentrations were continuously measured by use of a proton-transfer-reaction mass spectrometer combined with a bubbling-type equilibrator. Concentrations of isoprene and its emission flux throughout the study period ranged from 0.2 to 395 pmol L?1 and from 181 to 313 nmol m?2 day?1, respectively, the averages being generally higher than those of previous studies. Although we found a significant linear positive relationship between isoprene and chlorophyll-a concentrations (r 2 = 0.37, n = 36, P < 0.001), the correlation coefficient was lower than previously reported. In contrast, in the high-latitude area (>53°S) we identified a significant negative correlation (r 2 = 0.59, n = 1263, P < 0.001) between isoprene and the temperature-normalized partial pressure of carbon dioxide (n-pCO2), used as an indicator of net community production in this study. This suggests that residence times and factors controlling variations in isoprene and n-pCO2 are similar within a physically stable water column.  相似文献

Bacterial abundance, phytoplankton community structure and environmental parameters were investigated to study the relationships between bacteria and phytoplankton during giant jellyfish Nemopilema nomurai blooms in the central Yellow Sea during 2013. N. nomurai appeared in June, increased in August, reached a peak and began to degrade in September 2013. Results showed that phosphate was possible a key nutrient for both phytoplankton and bacteria in June, but it changed to nitrate in August and September. Phytoplankton composition significantly changed that pico-phytoplankton relative biomass significantly increased, whereas other size phytoplankton significantly decreased during jellyfish bloom. In June, a significantly positive correlation was observed between chlorophyll a concentration and bacterial abundance(r=0.67, P0.001, n=34).During jellyfish outbreak in August, there was no significant correlation between phytoplankton and bacteria(r=0.11, P0.05, n=25), but the relationship(r=0.71, P0.001, n=31) was rebuilt with jellyfish degradation in September. In August, small size phytoplankton occupied the mixed layer in offshore stations, while bacteria almost distributed evenly in vertical. Chlorophyll a concentration significantly increased from(0.42±0.056) μg/L in June to(0.74±0.174) μg/L in August, while bacterial abundance just slightly increased. Additionally, the negative net community production indicated that community respiration was not entirely determined by the local primary productivity in August. These results indicated that jellyfish blooms potentially affect coupling of phytoplankton and bacteria in marine ecosystems.  相似文献

Concentrations of dimethylsulphoniopropionate (DMSP) were measured in seven pack ice cores from three sites in eastern Antarctica to determine their relation to algal pigments, nutrients (nitrate, silicate and phosphate) and bulk salinity. The algal groups haptophytes, dinoflagellates and diatoms were identified in surface, interior and bottom assemblages in the pack ice cores using the photosynthetic marker pigments 19′-hexanoyloxyfucoxanthin (HEX), peridinin (PER) and fucoxanthin (FUC), respectively. DMSP concentrations were significantly correlated (P<0.01, Pearson) with chlorophyll-a (r=0.58), HEX (r=0.75), PER (r=0.79) and FUC (r=0.63) concentrations. The pool of DMSP within the pack ice (mean 107 nM) was contributed mainly by interior and bottom algal assemblages (mean 94 and 268 nM, respectively), whilst the surface algal assemblages were minor contributors (mean 18 nM). DMSP production and/or accumulation appears to differ between surface, interior and bottom pack ice algal assemblages due to differences in biomass, class composition, and possibly the unique environmental conditions experienced by each assemblage. In pack ice, diatoms appear to be important producers of DMSP, due to their dominance of algal assemblages.  相似文献

It has been shown that salt marshes may function as efficient sinks for contaminants, namely for mercury. At the rhizo-sediment Hg may be associated with Mn and Fe oxyhydroxides, precipitated as sulphides or incorporated into organic matter. However, to our knowledge, in situ studies have not focused on the related processes at a daily or tidal cycle scales. Thus, the present work aims to study the effect of a common salt marsh halophyte in temperate latitudes (Sarcocornia perennis) on dissolved Fe, Mn and Hg concentrations in the water column. The in situ approach was carried out at a mercury-contaminated salt marsh and at the adjacent non-vegetated area (distance ≤ 4 m), covering two consecutive tidal cycles in order to include the photosynthetic active period and the night processes. During high tide no daily or spatial effects were observed on the concentrations of Mn, Fe and Hg in the water column, due to the dilution effect of the incoming seawater. During low tide the concentrations of Mn, Fe and Hg were significantly higher in the overlaying water column of the salt marsh. At S. perennis mats the concentration of dissolved total Hg was significantly related with the concentration of Mn (r = 0.459, p = 0.028, n = 23), but not with that of Fe (r = 0.367, p = 0.085, n = 23) while no significant relations were found at the adjacent non-vegetated sediments.  相似文献

The macrofauna communities on the Dogger Bank (North Sea) from the 1920s, the 1950s and the 1980s to the 2000s were compared and identified five communities with similar spatial distribution throughout the 20th century. The abundance of dominant species in the five communities varied with time. Most obvious in the 1950s was the loss of the extensive Spisula and Mactra patches, which covered most of the shallow parts of the Bank in the 1920s. Since the 1980s, they have been found only as juveniles. The biological regime shift in the late 1980s caused an increase in macrofauna abundance, species numbers, diversity and southern species in most of the communities. The climate regime shift in 2001 had opposite effects in which the abundance, species numbers, diversity and southern species decreased in most of the communities. The increase in interface-feeding species and the decrease in sand-licking amphipods in the 2000s especially in the shallow Bank Community give evidence for climate driven changes in water masses, currents, storms, turbidity and food availability via planktonic or benthic primary production. Both fishing impact and climate change are hypothesised as explaining the changes in the Dogger Bank macrofauna communities.  相似文献

Moored sediment traps were deployed from January 2004 through December 2007 at depths of 550 and 800 m in San Pedro Basin (SPB), CA (33°33.0′N, 118°26.5′W). Additionally, floating sediment traps were deployed at 100 and 200 m for periods of 12-24 h during spring 2005, fall 2007, and spring 2008. Average annual fluxes of mass, particulate organic carbon (POC), ??13Corg, particulate organic nitrogen (PON), ??15N-PON, biogenic silica (bSiO2), calcium carbonate (CaCO3), and detrital material (non-biogenic) were coupled with climate records and used to examine sedimentation patterns, vertical flux variability, and organic matter sources to this coastal region. Annual average flux values were determined by binning data by month and averaging the monthly averages. The average annual fluxes to 550 m were 516±42 mg/m2 d for mass (sdom of the monthly averages, n=117), 3.18±0.26 mmol C/m2 d for POC (n=111), 0.70±0.05 mmol/m2 d for CaCO3 (n=110), 1.31±0.21 mmol/m2 d for bSiO2 (n=115), and 0.35±0.03 mmol/m2 d for PON (n=111). Fluxes to 800 and to 550 m were similar, within 10%. Annual average values of ??13Corg at 550 m were −21.8±0.2‰ (n=108), and ??15N averages were 8.9±0.2‰ (n=95). The timing of both high and low flux particle collection was synchronous between the two traps. Given the frequency of trap cup rotation (4-11 days), this argues for particle settling rates ≥83 m/d for both high and low flux periods. The moored traps were deployed over one of the wettest (2004-2005, 74.6 cm rainfall) and driest (2006-2007, 6.6 cm) rain years on record. There was poor correlation (Pearson's correlation coefficient, 95% confidence interval) of detrital mass flux with: Corg/N ratio (r=0.10, p=0.16); ??15N (r=−0.19, p=0.02); and rainfall (r=0.5, p=0.43), suggesting that runoff does not immediately cause increases in particle fluxes 15 km offshore. ??13Corg values suggest that most POC falling to the basin floor is marine derived. Coherence between satellite-derived chlorophyll a records from the trap location (±9 km2 resolution) and SST data indicates that productivity and export occurs within a few days of upwelling and both of these parameters are reasonable predictors of POC export, with a time lag of a few days to 2 weeks (with no time lag—SeaWiFS chlorophyll a and POC flux, r=0.25, p=0.0014; chlorophyll a and bSiO2 flux, r=0.28, p=0.0002).  相似文献

The ability to degraden-paraffin mixture of two bacterial strains,Caulobacter sp. andFlavobacterium sp., isolated from sea water of Tokyo Bay was studied experimentally in the enriched seawater (ESW) medium. These bacteria degraded actively the mixture ofn-tridecane,n-tetradecane,n-pentadecane andn-hexadecane. The maximum rate of degradation was observed after a lag period of 2 to 8 day and these bacteria were found to degrade then-paraffin mixture at rates calculated to be in a range from 3.3×10?12 to 3.4×10?11 mg-oil cell?1 h?1 at 20°C. The maximum degradation rate,r m mg-oil l?1 h?1, was correlated with the amount of the initial totaln-paraffin,S mg-oil l?1, as expressed by the following equation: $$rm = (rm)\max \left( {\frac{S}{{S + Km}}} \right)$$ where (r m )max denotes the largest value ofr m whenn-paraffin exists in large excess andK m is a constant and represents the amount ofn-paraffin at which the degradation rate,r m , reaches 1/2 of its largest value, (r m )max. Biological effects of environmental pollution, mainly related to presence of PAHs, were assessed in mussels Mytilus galloprovincialis caged in Priolo, an anthropogenically-impacted area, and Vendicari, a reference site, both located along the eastern coastline of Sicily (Italy). PAHs concentration and histopathological changes were measured in digestive gland tissues. Expression of cytochrome P4504Y1 (CYP4Y1) and glutathione S-transferase (GST), indicative of xenobiotic detoxification, and activity of catalase (CAT) as oxidative stress index, were evaluated.The results show a direct correlation between the high concentrations of PAHs in digestive glands of mussels from Priolo and the significantly altered activity of phase I (P < 0.001) and phase II (P < 0.0001) biotransformation enzymes, along with increased levels of CAT activity (P < 0.05). These findings show the enhancement of the detoxification and antioxidant defense systems. The mussel caging approach and selected biomarkers demonstrated to be reliable for the assessment of environmental pollution effects on aquatic organisms.  相似文献

To increase our understanding of the roles of black carbon (BC), a highly sorptive and recalcitrant material, we measured BC concentrations and fluxes in marine particulate organic carbon (POC) out of the water column in the Gulf of Maine (GoM), a representative coastal area downwind of important BC sources of the Northeastern United States. Concentrations ranged from < 0.1 to 16 μg/L in the spring and late summer, typically contributing between 1 and 20% of the POC. Water-column export fluxes were near 10 gBC/m2∙yr. These observations suggest that (a) up to 50% of the “molecularly uncharacterized” POC in this region's seawater is combustion-derived BC, and (b) the “bioavailabilities” of hydrophobic pollutants like polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) would be influenced substantially by sorption to BC. The observed BC spatial distributions imply that a large part of the BC was carried offshore by wind and that much of it is accumulated in the coastal sediments. On a global scale, these results suggest the GoM and other coastal areas with similar BC loadings accumulate significant amounts of highly recalcitrant organic carbon that remineralizes on geological time scales in the world's oceans.  相似文献
