针对海表温度数据集的数据缺失,提出了一种基于自组织映射算法(SOM)和经验正交函数算法(EOF)有机结合的重构缺失值的新方法。该方法应用了SOM的非线性估计,能够很好的反映数据集的非线性结构,并把SOM估计的结果用于EOF算法的初始化,克服了EOF对数据集初始化敏感的问题。在处理过程中,对奇异值分解使用了lanczos算子分解矩阵,提高了程序运行效率。此外,该方法还引入蒙特卡罗交叉校正集,确定最佳重构的EOF模态数,最终高精度计算出重构误差。使用AQUA遥感卫星海表温度数据进行实验,结果表明该方法能够很好地重构出缺失率高达83.23%的数据集,且重构精度高。  相似文献

美国RD公司声学多普勒流速剖面仪(ADCP)使用的波向估计算法是迭代的最大似然算法(IMLM),IMLM可以准确估计出主浪向,但波向估计结果在主浪向以外其他方向上存在由噪声带来的能量分布,使得估计结果变得不准确。设计了基于COS-2S模型的波向估计方法,模型中只含有主波向,算法在准确估计主波向同时有效去除其他方向上噪声带来的能量分布。将一种混合遗传算法(HGA)代替遗传算法(GA)应用到波浪模型的参数求解中,HGA相对GA收敛更快,可有效找出全局最优解。仿真分析和实测数据表明,HGA和IMLM都能准确估计出波浪的主浪向,但HGA可有效去除主浪向以外其他方向上噪声带来的能量分布,HGA比IMLM更加适用于海洋各种噪声存在条件下的测量环境。  相似文献

通信节点之间相对移动产生的多普勒频率变化将会造成正交频分复用(Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing,OFDM)系统子载波干扰,影响 OFDM 通信系统性能。针对由收发端相对运动引起的子信道干扰,提出了 PEMD-WFFT(Pilot Empirical Mode Decomposition -Wavelet FFT)自适应均衡算法,该算法使用相干检测方法分离信号中心频率处的频偏分量,并使用 EMD 技术分解相干检测处理后的信号频率分量, 进而估计出多普勒引起的信号频偏,随后用 WFFT 多普勒抑制算法补偿残余多普勒。采用差分相干检测技术联合自适应随机梯度算法获得信号重构过程中的抽头系数,该方法具有良好的导频性能和信道追踪能力。与 WFFT 算法相比较,可以补偿更大的移速带来的多普勒频偏。最后进行了算法仿真,并做了水池实验初步检验了算法的可行性。  相似文献

主要研究在连续的X波段导航雷达图像序列丢失一行数据状态下的一种快速修复算法。该算法主要采用基于运动估计与运动补偿的视频序列修复技术进行插行修复。具体步骤是根据雷达图像中像素点的运动特点,采用在小波域运动估计的方法查找在时间序列上相关的匹配块,并在修复的过程中引入这些查找到的匹配块的影响。实验表明,该算法对原始数据能够实现很好的逼近,保证了修复后数据的精度。  相似文献

频谱分解技术是将地震信号从时间域转换到频率域,分析振幅、相位在频率域的变化。频谱分解能够得到高于常规地震剖面分辨率的成像效果,提高不同地质体对信号的响应能力。针对南黄海崂山隆起碳酸盐岩,通过对比短时傅里叶变换、连续小波变换和S变换等不同算法的频谱分解方法,探讨了各自的适用特点,最后优选出S变换对南黄海崂山隆起地震资料进行频谱分解。结果表明,该项技术提高了地震分辨率,为研究区储层和断层识别奠定了基础。  相似文献

在水声正交频分复用(OFDM)通信系统中,水声信道中的多径时延扩展会带来频域选择性衰落,多普勒效应会带来子载波间干扰(ICI)。传统接收算法需要开展复杂的二维(时延/多普勒)信道估计, 再进行复杂的信道均衡和符号检测。针对有限多普勒扩展的信道条件下多普勒矩阵元素变化缓慢、ICI 干扰范围有限的特点,借鉴多项式拟合思想,提出了一种创新的接收算法。该算法将多普勒矩阵元素近似为多项式函数,迭代进行多项式拟合和数据符号频域均衡。和传统方法相比,该算法无需进行信道多普勒估计,仅需信道的一维(时延)估计即可实现较好的性能。利用 Bellhop 产生的水声信道仿真结果验证了该算法的可行性。  相似文献

针对带乘性噪声的一类非线性系统,给出了1种带单重渐消因子的强跟踪状态滤波算法。该算法将非线性系统线性化后,采用了线性最小方差估计方法来进行状态估计,通过运用正交原理和引入渐消因子,使得滤波效果具有强跟踪的优良性能。该算法扩展了卡尔曼滤波在带乘性噪声非线性系统状态估计中的应用范围。仿真结果表明了该算法的有效性。  相似文献

A blind estimator of the ocean acoustic channel impulse response envelope is presented. The signal model is characterized by a deterministic multipath channel excited by a highly nonstationary deterministic source signal. The time-frequency (TF) representation of the received signal allows for the separation between the channel and the source signal. The proposed estimator proceeds in two steps: First, the unstable initial arrivals allow for the estimation of the source signal instantaneous frequency (IF) by maximization of the radially Gaussian kernel distribution; then, the Wigner-Ville distribution (WV) is sequentially windowed and integrated, where the window is defined by the previously estimated IF. The integral gives the channel impulse response envelope, which turns to be an approximation to the blind conventional matched filter (MF). The blind channel estimator (CE) is applicable upon the following conditions: that the multipath channel contains at least one dominant arrival well separated from the others, and that the IF of the source signal is a one-to-one function. Results obtained on real data from the INternal TIde Measurements with Acoustic Tomography Experiments (INTIMATE'96), where the acoustic channel was driven by an linear frequency modulation signal, show that the channel's envelope detailed structure could be accurately and consistently recovered, with the correlation of the estimates ranging from 0.796 to 0.973, as compared to the MF result  相似文献

It is demonstrated through calculations and simulations that it has a performance close to the computationally far more complex maximum-likelihood estimator, in contrast to the earlier well-known pseudolinear estimator in Cartesian coordinates. 水声信道的多径时延扩展和时变特性对信道估计和均衡技术的研究带来了很大的挑战,同时也决定了水声信道是一种时频双扩展信道,提出一种水声OFDM通信系统中基于软信息的迭代信道估计技术,利用基于复指数基扩展模型(CE-BEM)进行信道估计。OFDM系统本身可以消除由于多径引起的符号间干扰(ISI)。基于导频的BEM信道估计,可以实现对时变信道的估计,结合基于软信息迭代的迭代均衡模块,将每次迭代生成的符号软判决信息作为辅助导频用于信道估计。同时,为了防止由于信道时变引起的信道子载波间干扰(ICI)对导频符号的影响,采用基于保护间隔的导频插入法插入导频。仿真结果显示基于BEM的软信息迭代信道估计性能较非迭代信道估计时明显提升。  相似文献

The performance of both the Capon and the MUSIC high resolution bearing estimation algorithms is investigated using both simulated data and sea test data collected with an experimental planar array. The major problem with these estimators is their sensitivity to both system errors and deviations from the assumed noise model. To alleviate this problem, two methods for preprocessing the data before they are input into the high-resolution algorithm are investigated: beam space and sector focused stability. The performance of both high-resolution estimators is examined, using both types of preprocessing, and the results are compared with those for the standard element-space (ES) techniques, assuming both finite cross-spectral-matrix (CSM) averaging errors and weakening target strengths. For the Capon estimator the performance is only superior to the standard element space technique when the CSM is calculated using a small number of averages. For the MUSIC estimator, both preprocessing techniques give clearly superior results over standard space techniques, with the SFS preprocessor performing the best  相似文献

针对固定粒子数PF-TBD算法计算量大、复杂环境下地波雷达海上船只目标检测与跟踪性能不佳的问题,本文将粒子滤波方法应用于地波雷达船只目标检测与跟踪中,提出了基于自适应粒子滤波的地波雷达目标检测与跟踪联合处理方法。该方法结合地波雷达回波谱中目标展宽特性,充分利用了地波雷达回波谱中面目标的粒子权重信息来设置粒子自适应采样策略,提高了目标检测和跟踪联合处理的效果。通过地波雷达实测数据的目标跟踪结果及与同步AIS信息的比对分析,结果表明:提出的检测跟踪联合处理方法在对低信噪比、快速机动等复杂环境下的多目标跟踪时,可提高目标整体跟踪性能。  相似文献

Towed array beamforming algorithms require accurate array shape information in order to perform properly. Very often, these algorithms assume the array is linear. Unfortunately, the mechanical forces on the array due to ship motion and sea dynamics can change the shape of the array, which degrades the performance of the beamforming algorithm. A data-driven approach to estimating the relative shape of a nominally linear array is presented. The algorithm is robust in that it optimally combines information contained in a wide band of frequencies and source bearings. At the heart of the algorithm is a maximum-likelihood (ML) estimation scheme. The Cramer-Rao lower bound is derived and compared to the performance of the ML estimator. The utility of the algorithm is verified using both simulated and actual towed array data experiments  相似文献

The maximum likelihood estimator of source amplitude, bearing, and frequency for a moving towed line array of equispaced elements is discussed. A two-dimensional search in equivalent phase and frequency variables is found to yield the best estimates of the unknown parameters. Time-delay estimation is important in a wide range of applications in oceanic engineering. In this paper, we present a novel time-delay estimation algorithm based on maximum likelihood theory for the case that the measurements are corrupted by colored or nonuniform zero-mean Gaussian noise. It turns out that the likelihood function associated with the problem is highly oscillatory, and we propose a computationally efficient technique to maximize this function. Our algorithm first obtains an initial estimate based on a smooth approximate cost function, and then refines this estimate based on the true cost function. Simulation results show that our estimator outperforms a traditional phaseshift based estimator, and that the estimation error approaches the Cramer-Rao bound when the SNR increases without bound  相似文献

为解决多传感器水下目标纯方位跟踪中的传感器测量衰减问题,建立水下目标静态多传感器纯方位跟踪模型,将传感器测量衰减建模为统计特性已知的随机变量,基于融合中心接收到的各水声传感器的原始测量值,设计了一种集中式状态估计器结构,利用最小方差方法推导出最优的集中式目标状态估计增益。通过算例仿真可以得出,所提出的算法能够在水声传感器不做机动的前提下跟踪目标,弥补了单个水声传感器观测性不足的缺点,对比传统的集中式Kalman估计器,具有更高的精度,能够有效解决传感器测量衰减问题。  相似文献
