本文鉴定了1990年5、8、11月和1991年2月采自福建大存山岛海域的48价浮游植物样品,记录浮游植物115种,其中蓝藻2种、硅藻90种、甲藻22种和金藻1种。其月平均细胞总量为89.54×104个/m3。年高峰出现于春季5月,达236.65×104个/m3,次高峰为夏季8月,达113.19×104个/m3,最低谷出现在冬季2月,仅有3.75×104个/m3。  相似文献

南日岛1990~1991年4个季度月共鉴定浮游植物200种(包括变种、变型),隶属5门64属,硅藻种类最多,其次是甲藻;暖水性种65种,广温性种120种,温带种15种;年平均数量为263.15×104个/m3,5月最多为869.61×104个/m3,8、10月及1月依次减少。主要优势种有细齿角利藻、奇异菱形藻、中肋骨条藻、佛氏海毛藻等。文章初步分析了浮游植物与环境因子的关系。  相似文献

根据2006年12月30日—至2007年1月17日北黄海的调查资料,对该海域浮游植物的种类组成、优势种、丰度及其分布和多样性等基本状况进行了分析。本次调查共鉴定浮游植物4门68属131种,主要以温带近岸和广布性种为主,其中硅藻有53属113种,占总种数的86.3%,甲藻有11属16种,占总种数的12.2%。浮游植物丰度平均值为88.89×104个/m3,硅藻丰度平均值为86.58×104个/m3,甲藻丰度平均值为2.28×104个/m3,硅藻丰度分布趋势决定了浮游植物丰度的分布趋势。辽宁南岸是浮游植物密集区,山东半岛北岸其次,而北黄海中部是浮游植物的稀疏区。优势种为:短角弯角藻(Eucampia zodiacus)、具槽帕拉藻(Paralia sulcata)、尖刺拟菱形藻(Pseudonitzschia pungens)、密连角毛藻(Chaetoceros densus)、柔弱角毛藻(Chaetoceros debilis)、刚毛根管藻(Rhizosolenia setigera)。浮游植物群落ShannonWeiner物种多样性指数平均值为1.80,Peilou均匀度指数平均值为0.42。与1959年1月相比,2007年1月北黄海浮游植物丰度由15000×104个/m3降为88.89×104个/m3,下降了近41%,硅藻丰度由148.00×104个/m3降为86.58×104个/m3,而甲藻丰度由1.25×104个/m3上升为2.28×104个/m3,占浮游植物丰度的比例由0.8%上升为2.5%。主要优势种及优势属也发生了一定程度的变化,但浮游植物群落结构仍以硅藻为主、甲藻其次,浮游植物丰度总的分布格局变化不明显。  相似文献

研究了南麂列岛海洋自然保护区浮游植物物种组成、数量分布、多样性指数及其与营养盐、浮游动物的关系.经鉴定,共发现浮游植物86种,隶属于33属.网样浮游植物平均密度为194.00×104个/m3,水样浮游植物平均密度为4.98×104个/m3,优势类群有角毛藻(Chaetoceros sp.)、角藻(Ceratuym sp.)、中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)、红色裸甲藻(Akashiwo sanyuineum)等.网样浮游植物多样性平均指数为2.28,水样浮游植物多样性平均指数为2.17.根据浮游植物组成特点,将其分为两个生态类群:近岸性和广布性类群,外海性类群.  相似文献

据2007年春季在南海西北部陆架区海域进行的网采浮游植物调查数据,分析了浮游植物群落的结构特征.此次共鉴定出浮游植物4门318种,其中硅藻类183种,甲藻类128种,蓝藻类5种,金藻类2种.大部分海域浮游植物种类数在40~70种之间,外海区域的种类数稍高于沿岸.浮游植物密度的变化范围为0.22×10。~3683.85×10。eells/m’,平均值(标准偏差)为97.49×10。(±437.38×10。)cel|s/m。.其高值区主要位于粤西近岸海域,向外海呈递减趋势.调查海域硅藻类的平均密度(标准偏差)最高,为93.82×10。(±434.34×10。)cells/m’;甲藻类的次之,为3.65×10。(±9.08×10。)cells/m’.浮游植物优势种主要有拟旋链角毛藻(Chaetocerospseudocurvisetus)、细弱海链藻(Thalassiosirasubtilis)、中肋骨条藻(Skeletonemacostatum)、劳氏角毛藻(Chaetocerosloren—zianus)和菱形海线藻(Thalassionemanitzschioides).该调查海域浮游植物多样性指数的变化范围为1.48~6.23,平均值(标准偏差)为4.70(±1.03),其分布趋势与浮游植物密度的分布趋势大致相反.将站位依等深线划分为粤西近岸海区、琼东南近岸海区和外海海区,应用非度量多维标度(nMDS)和聚类分析法分析这3个海区的浮游植物群落结构差异,并通过ANOSIM和SIMPER进行检验.结果表明3个海区之间浮游植物群落结构具有显著性差异,且粤西近岸海区与外海海区之间差异性较高.近岸种拟旋链角毛藻和中肋骨条藻在粤西近岸海区为最主要的优势种,而外海海区优势种较多,且大部分为大洋暖水性种类.  相似文献

厦门西港浮游植物吸收磷酸盐的粒级特征   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
厦门西港微型浮游植物(3~20μm)吸收磷酸盐的百分比、吸收速率常数和单位体积吸收速率均最大,分别为74.85%、8.28×10-5/s和5.38×10-5μmol/(dm3·s),小型浮游植物(20~200μm)次之,超微型浮游植物(0.2~3μm)最小;单位叶绿素a的吸收速率是超微型浮游植物最大[5.38×10-5μmol/(μg·s)],微型次之,小型最小。相关分析表明各粒级浮游植物吸收磷酸盐的百分比与相应粒级浮游植物的叶绿素a含量和光合速率的百分比呈良好的正相关关系。  相似文献

为了研究黄河调水调沙对黄河口及其邻近水域浮游植物群落的影响,于2009年7月黄河第九次调水调沙后对黄河口及其邻近水域的浮游植物进行了调查。利用网采浮游植物样品研究了该水域浮游植物的种类组成、丰度分布、优势种以及生物多样性,结果表明调查水域共鉴定出浮游植物29属53种,隶属于硅藻门、甲藻门、蓝藻门、金藻门和绿藻门,其中硅藻43种,甲藻6种,还有少数浮游植物属于蓝藻门、金藻门和绿藻门;浮游植物细胞丰度为0.96×104~76.32×104个/m3,平均丰度为21.23×104个/m3;主要优势种类有念珠藻(Nostocaceae)、八幅辐环藻(Actinocyclus octonarius)、佛氏海线藻(Thalassionema frauenfeldii)和卡氏角毛藻(Chaetoceros castracanei)等;调水调沙引起的黄河径流量的增加对黄河口及其邻近水域浮游植物群落结构的影响显著。该研究揭示了特定时期黄河口及其邻近水域浮游植物的群落结构,并丰富了该水域浮游植物群落的基础资料,为深入探讨河口环境变化对浮游植物群落的影响提供了重要依据。  相似文献

根据2010年1月6~30日对南海北部的调查取样,作者对该海域网采浮游植物的分布和群落结构特征等进行了分析。共鉴定浮游植物4门52属155种(包括变形及变种),主要以温带近岸和广布性种为主,其中硅藻有38属94种,占总种数的60.6%;甲藻有12属58种,占总种数的37.4%;浮游植物平均细胞丰度为36.46×10^4个/m^3,硅藻平均细胞丰度为13.77×10^4个/m^3,甲藻平均细胞丰度为1.39×10^4个/m^3,铁氏束毛藻(Trichodesmium thiebautii)平均细胞丰度为21.30×10^4个/m^3。粤东近岸区域是浮游植物高密集区,珠江口及其西南沿岸其次,而浮游植物稀疏区主要在调查区的中部海域,呈现出沿远岸区域逐渐降低的平面分布格局。除铁氏束毛藻为绝对优势种外,主要优势种有:菱形海线藻(Thalassionema nitzschioides)、短刺角毛藻(Chaetoceros messanensis)、圆筛藻(Coscinodiscus spp.)、粗根管藻(Rhizosolenia robusta)及角毛藻(Chaetoceros spp.)等。浮游植物群落香农.威纳物种多样性指数(H’)平均值为4.50,Peilou均匀度指数(J)平均值为0.81。浮游植物多样性程度较高,与细胞丰度平面分布基本呈相嵌分布,仅在近岸出现低值。  相似文献

2004年对三亚湾进行4个航次网采浮游植物调查,分析了其种类组成、丰度、优势种、多样性及群落结构的季节和平面分布特征,讨论了浮游植物与营养盐等环境因子的关系。共鉴定出网采浮游植物67属169种,丰度范围为6.48×104—165×104cells.m-3,平均值为87.59×104cells.m-3。其中硅藻种数和细胞丰度都占绝对优势。三亚湾浮游植物多样性较高,丰度的季节变化为双峰型,春、秋季高,冬、夏季低;丰度平面分布特征呈现由北部沿岸向南部外海递减的趋势。  相似文献

The interdependence between the seismo-acoustic properties of a marine sediment and its geotechnical/physical parameters has been known for many years, and it has been postulated that this should allow the extraction of geotechnical information from seismic data. Though in the literature many correlations have been published for the surficial layer, there is a lack of information for greater sediment depths. In this article, a desktop study on a synthetic seafloor model illustrates how the application of published near-surface prediction equations to subsurface sediments (up to several tens of meters burial depth) can lead to spurious predictions. To test this further, acoustic and geotechnical properties were measured on a number of sediment core samples, some of which were subjected to loading in acoustically-equipped consolidation cells (oedometers) to simulate greater burial depth conditions. For low effective pressures (representing small burial depths extending to around 10 meters subsurface), the general applicability of established relationships was confirmed: the prediction of porosity, bulk density, and mean grain size from acoustic velocity and impedance appears generally possible for the investigated sedimentary environments. As effective pressure increases through, the observed relationships deviate more and more from the established ones for the near-surface area. For the samples tested in this study, in some instances increasing pressure even resulted in decreasing velocities. There are several possible explanations for this abnormal behavior, including the presence of gas, overconsolidation, or bimodal grain size distribution. The results indicate that an appropriate depth correction must be introduced into the published prediction equations in order to obtain reliable estimates of physical sediment properties for greater subsurface depths.  相似文献

海上大直径钢管桩打桩过程中,桩周土体受到强烈扰动而发生强度弱化,掌握桩周土体强度弱化规律对于准确预测打桩过程、保证工程安全具有重要意义。为研究土体强度弱化规律,开展了环剪试验模拟打桩对桩周土体的扰动,测试土体强度随剪切速率的变化规律,建立了描述土体强度弱化规律的拟合公式,引入到打桩分析软件中。研究结果表明:土体的强度折减程度不仅与土体本身的性质有关还受到土体的埋深和剪切速率的影响,埋深越深土体强度折减程度越低,剪切速率越高土体强度折减越高,在打桩分析中可采用这里推荐的线性折减方法来模拟不同深度处土体强度的折减规律。  相似文献

Specific properties of the interannual sea level variations and annual tides in the Northwestern Pacific were studied. Several tide stations were monitored. The monthly mean sea level for the year of 1995 was analyzed at each tide station. A seismic event in 1995, some tectonic activity around the subject area, and the Kuroshio (the oceanic western boundary current) may possibly contaminate results which would have occurred from the astronomical annual tide alone.  相似文献

The effect of different fixation and storage protocols on the flow cytometric (FCM) simultaneous analysis of bacterioplankton and phytoplankton in coastal seawater samples (Mediterranean coastal lagoons) was investigated. FCM measurements (cell number, fluorescence and scatter characteristics) were obtained through DAPI staining. Three fixatives [glutaraldehyde (GA), formaldehyde (FA) and paraformaldehyde (PFA)] and two storage (3 months duration) methods (5 °C and −196 °C) were tested. Two dominant populations were detected in studied samples: bacteria and eukaryotic picophytoplankton. Adding fixatives (2% final concentration) appears necessary to obtain FCM exhaustive counts of all the bacteria and phytoplanktonic cells. This was related to the permeation effect of fixatives which allowed a better DAPI staining of the cells. Maximum fluorescence, i.e. optimal staining of the cells was obtained with FA or PFA, and significant lower fluorescences with GA. Fixed samples stored at 5 °C induced rapid cell loss. Only storage in liquid nitrogen of samples fixed with FA or PFA, allows mid-term (≥4 months) preservation of bacteria or picophytoplankton cell numbers, and limited evolution of DAPI-induced fluorescence and scatter characteristics.  相似文献

A set of 27 marine planktonic bacteria isolated from the polar regions was characterized by 16S rDNA sequencing and physiological and biochemical testing. More than half of these bacteria were positive for caseinase, gelatinase and 13-glucosidase, and could utilize glucose, maltose or malic acid as carbon source for cell growth. Twelve isolates expressed nitrate reduction activities. Except for one antarctic isolate BSwlO175 belonging to Actinobacteria phylum, these isolates were classified as γ-Proteobacteria, suggesting that γ-Proteobacteria dominated in cultivable marine bacterioplankton at both poles. Genus Pseudoalteromonas was the predominant group in the Chukchi Sea and the Bering Sea, and genus ShewaneUa dominated in cultivable bacterioplankton in the Prydz Bay. With sequence similarities above 97%, genus Psychrobacter was found at both poles. These 27 isolates were psychrotolerant, and significant 16S rDNA sequence similarities were found not only between arctic and antarctic marine bacteria ( 〉 99% ), but also between polar marine bacteria and bacteria from other aquatic environments ( ≥ 98.8% ), including temperate ocean, deep sea, pond and lake, suggesting that in the polar oceans less temperature-sensitive bacteria may be cosmopolitan and have a bipolar, even global, distribution at the species level.  相似文献

The relationship between the flux of exotic benthic foraminiferal tests (i.e. tests which are supplied from open-sea sources alone) in a tidal inlet and that of bulk sediment was analysed, which can be expressed as two first-order linear equations. According to this relationship, in order to determine net sediment transport directions in the entrance, the test concentration in surficial sediments of the tidal basin can be compared against a ‘ critical level ’. The critical level is determined for the conditions that no net transport of bulk sediment is present within the entrance. If the observed concentration (averaged over the tidal basin) is higher than the simulated critical level, then the net sediment transport is directed to landward. This method is applied to the analysis of net sand transport at Christchurch Harbour, a tidal inlet system located in southern England. In this investigation, concentrations of exotic foraminiferal tests in the surficial sediments of the tidal basin and ebb tidal delta area were obtained from the analysis of sea-bed sediment samples. A series of probable critical levels were calculated based upon the data sets with regard to: (1) sediment discharge from the rivers; (2) magnitude of sediment discharge within the entrance during the ebb; (3) the test concentration outside the harbour; (4) the thickness of the moving layer; and (5) two parameters associated with dispersive processes. The results show that the concentration in the tidal basin sediment is higher than a number of simulated critical concentrations for representative cases. Consequently, the high level of the concentration of exotic benthic foraminiferal tests within the harbour should be explained as a result of landward net transport of sands within the entrance.  相似文献
