利用SURF(Speeded-up Robust Features)算法对多波束和侧扫声呐图像配准时,因为图像分辨率差异大而导致配准困难,通过对低分辨率的图像进行升采样,使图像配准达到了较好的效果;另外,对SURF算法中粗匹配的距离测度函数进行改进,提高了SURF算法的配准速度;然后利用RANSAC算法实现了多波束与侧扫声纳图像的精准配准;最后对配准后的图像进行小波变换融合,利用信息熵和平均梯度对图像融合效果进行了评价,并通过实例数据验证了该算法的有效性。 相似文献

由于水下环境具有不稳定性,水下图像可能会出现偏色、对比度低以及运动模糊等退化现象。针对这些问题,本文提出了适用于水下图像的增强算法,其实现需要依次经过颜色恢复和去模糊这2个阶段。在第一阶段中,本文增强算法先利用高斯滤波和均值漂移对图像进行锐化;然后,通过对比图像各颜色通道的均值得到补偿值对图像颜色进行校正;最后通过线性拉伸来调整图像的对比度。在第二阶段中,采用带有残差思想的生成对抗网络(GenerativeAdversarialNetworks,GAN),利用9个连续的残差网络能够很好地提取图像中的特征,可起到消除模糊和增强图像特征的作用。利用本文算法处理水下图像时,发现本文方法不仅能去除图像模糊,而且能消除图像的色偏现象且不携带红色伪影。同时,通过对比水下图像质量度量(UnderwaterImageQualityMeasures,UIQM)和水下彩色图像质量评估(UnderwaterColorImageQualityEvaluation,UCIQE)这2项指标发现,本文算法有较好的图像处理效果。 相似文献

Homologous feature point extraction is a key problem in the optical and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image registration for islands. A new feature point extraction method using a threshold shrink operator and non-subsampled wavelet transform (TSO-NSWT) for optical and SAR image registration was proposed. Moreover, the matching for this proposed feature was different from the traditional feature matching strategies and was performed using a similarity measure computed from neighborhood circles in low-frequency bands. Then, a number of reliably matched couples with even distributions were obtained, which assured the accuracy of the registration. Application of the proposed algorithm to SPOT-5 (multi-spectral) and YG-1 (SAR) images showed that a large number of accurately matched couples could be identified. Additionally, both of the root mean square error (RMSE) patterns of the registration parameters computed based on the TSO-NSWT algorithm and traditional NSWT algorithm were analyzed and compared, which further demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. AbstractCompared with traditional methods, the three-dimensional laser-scanning (3D-LS) technique can efficiently acquire many high-quality geometric properties of rock discontinuities. In practice, engineers usually prefer to simplify the processing by using single-station point data and roughly orienting owing to the complexity of registration/georeferencing multi-station point data. However, prior published studies have paid little attention to the accuracy and reliability when determining discontinuity orientations using 3D-LS. We propose a reliable and accurate method with robust on-site applicability. As part of an ongoing effort, we are evaluating the precision of the commonly used coarse registration method and the fine registration method, and promoted the optimized coarse- and fine-registration methods and evaluated their precision. It is found that: (1) the common and the optimized registration method can meet our project’s engineering requirements, and the optimized registration method improved accuracy in the dip direction by approximately 1°; (2) fine registration using an iterative closest point (ICP) algorithm can correct both dip direction and dip angle; and (3) the orientation is of high precision with commonly used coarse and fine registration, whereas the optimization effect to correct the orientation is slightly limited. 相似文献

AbstractWith the aid of three-dimensional laser scanning (3D-LS), a lot of geometric properties of rock discontinuities can be derived from the point cloud data. Due to the complexity of registration and georeferencing of multi-station point data, geological engineers tend to simplify processing by using single-station point data and orienting coarsely. However, there is a lack of accuracy and reliability study in the identification of discontinuity orientations with 3D-LS using different registration/georeferencing modes. In this study, the single-station scanning without registration/georeferencing was applied first to examine the accuracy and reliability of the scanner’s built-in direction system. After that, two types of automated registration/georeferencing modes were examined for the accuracy in rock mass discontinuity analysis. The results show that the dip angle measured by the scanner’s built-in directional system is reliable, accurate and can meet engineering requirements, while the dip direction measured by the scanner’s built-in directional system is unreliable and inaccurate. The dip direction is consistent but inaccurate through the semi-automated registration using natural point features and georeferencing by the scanner’s built-in directional system. Only through real-time kinematic (RTK) registration/georeferencing can the dip direction be reliable and accurate. It is observed that orientations captured by 3D-LS can be more accurate with RTK registration/georeferencing than manual survey. 相似文献

赤潮藻样品中往往包含着各种复杂的非藻沉淀物,为解决这些微藻的探测和分析的问题,可以利用微藻类在一定波长的光照射下会产生荧光的特性,对裸甲藻等多种赤潮藻类进行荧光实验处理,并在此基础上对藻类的荧光图像和灰度图象进行图像分割,轮廓和纹理分析及图象识别等后继图象处理。实验证明,荧光法可以有效的去除背景噪声,保留藻类信息,使得后继的图象处理工作更加容易和有效,从而解决了探测和分析包含复杂背景的沉淀物样品中微藻的问题。 相似文献
