用X射线荧光光谱法测定试样的主要成分时,主要是用数学校正法来校正基体成分对分析结果的影响,然而用数学校正法来分析试样中的低、微量元素是很困难的.分析试样中的低、微量元素,多数作者是采用散射内标法或加人内标法来校正基体效应.用散射内标法测定试样中的低、微量元素时,背景强度的变化往往影响分析结果的精确度,特别是分析元素靠近检出限时,分析元素能否检出以及测定结果的精确度如何,主要取决于背景强度的大小及背景测定的精确度. 相似文献

在对比已有相关分析方法的基础上,建立了粉末压片-波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定地球化学样品中氯元素的分析方法.采用岩石、沉积物和土壤等78种国家一级地球化学标准物质作为校准系列建立校准曲线;利用经验系数法进行基体效应校正,利用含量校正法进行谱线重叠干扰校正;总结了地球化学样品中氯元素测定值随测定次数的变化规律及原因.结果表明:氯的检出限为7.95μg/g;分析3种国家一级地球化学标准物质12次,得到测定值的相对标准偏差均小于10%;采用国家一级地球化学标准物质验证方法准确度,测定值与标准物质认定值相吻合,测定平均值与标准物质认定值的对数差值的绝对值(?lgω)均小于或等于0.02,满足多目标区域地球化学调查规范的要求. 相似文献

铬铁矿属难熔矿物,目前对铬铁矿的分析以化学分析为主,方法成熟,但操作麻烦且步骤繁琐;而应用X射线荧光光谱法进行分析测定,一般都采用较高稀释比熔融制样,不利于低含量元素的测定。本文选用四硼酸锂+偏硼酸锂作为混合熔剂,与样品以20:1的稀释比熔融制样,利用波长色散X射线荧光光谱测定铬铁矿中多种元素(Cr、Si、Al、TFe、Mg、Ca、Mn)的方法。采用多种铬铁矿标准物质和人工配制标准物质制作工作曲线,理论α系数及康普顿散射内标法校正元素间的吸收-增强效应,方法精密度(RSD,n=10)为0.2%~5.3%。方法检出限低,如锰元素的检出限可低至60 μg/g;镁元素的检出限为225 μg/g,比文献采用高稀释比XRF测定的方法检出限(250 μg/g)要低。本方法通过选择有效的熔剂和较低的稀释比解决了铬铁矿的制样问题,熔剂的用量减少,称样量增加,提高了低含量元素分析的准确度,相应地降低了分析成本。 相似文献

将X射线荧光光谱法应用于硅灰石中SiO2、CaO、Al2O3、Fe2O3、P2O5、MgO、K2O、TiO2、MnO的同时快速测定。试样和混合熔剂的质量比为1:10,在此稀释比时试样在熔剂中的分散度(浓度)适当,可适应各个组分的测定。熔融法分解试样有效地消除了试样的粒度效应和矿物效应。采用理论α系数校正法克服了基体吸收及增强效应。用国家标准物质和样品验证了方法的精密度和准确度,其结果与化学分析值相符。 相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco. 相似文献

The effect of water on accessory phase solubility in subaluminous and peralkaline granitic melts 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species. 相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
