软刚臂系泊系统是一种利用压载质量为浮式生产储油装置(FPSO)提供回复力的单点系泊方式。为快速准确地评估多铰接组成的软刚臂系统的受力状态,避免应用高复杂度的有限元软件,进而快速完成优化设计等任务,建立一种静力计算方法十分有必要。因此,针对由刚臂(YOKE)、柔性系泊腿和压载舱组成的刚柔多体系统,以分解组合的方式,提出一种二维静力计算方法,用以研究FPSO软刚臂系泊系统的静力特性。该方法主要依靠软刚臂的几何构型,在有限铰接约束下,形成非线性静力平衡方程,建立了压载舱式水上软刚臂单点系泊系统二维静力平衡计算算法。采用OrcaFlex、SESAM等软件开展了理论和数值对比分析,同时与系泊试验结果开展验证分析。对比结果表明,文中所提方法计算精度较高,可为软刚臂单点系泊系统的研究提供可靠支持。 相似文献

本文介绍质量集点数值方法在非线性、大位移及时域求解铺设状态下管线动力性性计算中的应用,尤其是其顶部和底部动边界的模拟,计算机程序可以在IBM-PC机上实现。 为检验数值计算的可靠程度,管线弯矩应力的模型试验在上海交通大学流体动力实验室完成,模型管线用PVC塑管模拟,几何比为1:25,取得了令人满意的试验结果,它证明数值计算是成功的。 本数值方法也可用作静力分析,并与有限差分数值静力计算进行比较,二者吻合较好。 管线铺设状态下的最大动弯矩力约为静态弯矩应力的1.2倍左右,这一现象应引起注意。 相似文献

防沉板基础裙板入泥阻力计算和长度设计是海洋工程水下生产系统基础设计的关键,基于南海番禺和荔湾地区水下防沉板基础裙板贯入模拟试验,验证了Lunne和Eide等建立的裙板入泥阻力经验计算方法对南海水下生产系统防沉板裙板设计的可靠性,确定了南海地区裙板入泥的端部阻力系数(0.320~0.360)和侧摩阻力系数(0.008~0.014 5),为南海水下生产系统防沉板基础裙板入泥阻力计算和裙板长度设计提供了依据,确保了南海地区水下生产系统的顺利安装。在工程地质调查时,既可以进行土壤钻孔取样并与已开展裙板贯入模拟试验的番禺和荔湾地区土壤组成和粒度对比,也可开展静力触探试验或裙板贯入模拟试验,得到裙板入泥的端部阻力系数和侧摩阻力系数。 相似文献

承受水平荷载作用的桩基,规范中常采用m法进行桩基水平承载力的计算,地基土水平地基抗力系数的比例系数m值在规范中根据地基土的状态、类别以表格给出。在地基勘察中,现在广泛采用静力触探试验。直接利用静力触探数据给出比例系数m值。将使桩基设计所用参数更加直接准确。本文利用天津地区地层大量静力触探资料与地基土状态数据,利用统计分析回归方法,总结出地基土的液性指数IL与静力触探参数锥尖阻力qc及摩阻比Rf间的关系式,针对天津的地层土体,给出利用静力触探资料查用m值的表格,为桩基的设计计算提供资料。 相似文献

依据弹性接触理论、材料强度理论,对静力作用下,日照肖家庄地区T型连续梁转体系统上、下转盘和球铰应力进行计算和强度分析,并通过ANSYS通用有限元软件对转体系统进行数值模拟,计算静力作用下转盘和球铰的应力分布。将转盘和球铰应力理论值与ANSYS数值模拟结果进行对比分析研究,得出转体系统中球铰应力分布呈现从球铰中心向球铰边缘逐步增大的规律,在球铰平面半径距离外边缘15%的范围内应为球铰设计重点关注区域。研究发现在理论计算中,采用等效应力计算方法较准确;在ANSYS数值模拟计算中,发现球铰采用SOLID单元计算结果更稳定、准确。 相似文献

The design and application of the Akvazond moored automatic water profiling system is described. The system was developed at the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The system is designed for multidisciplinary oceanological studies and environmental monitoring on the sea shelves and continental slopes. An autonomous carrier (marine elevator) for different oceanic measuring equipment was developed for the first time in the practice of Russian oceanography. It is a carrier, for example, for an acoustic Doppler current meter, a CTD-profiler, a sensor of dissolved oxygen, a fluorometer, a turbidity meter, etc. The Akvazond system has an energy resource sufficient for profiling the water column in the programming regime for up to several months. The total length of the vertical displacement of the system at a nominal capacity of the power supply reaches 200 km. The main results of the field tests of the Akvazond and preliminary scientific results of its application are presented on the basis of the results of the Black Sea-2006 expedition. 相似文献

In the present paper, the performance of a moored floating breakwater under the action of normal incident waves is investigated in the frequency domain. A three-dimensional hydrodynamic model of the floating body is coupled with a static and dynamic model of the mooring lines, using an iterative procedure. The stiffness coefficients of the mooring lines in six degrees of freedom of the floating breakwater are derived based on the differential changes of mooring lines' tensions caused by the static motions of the floating body. The model of the moored floating system is compared with experimental and numerical results of other investigators. An extensive parametric study is performed to investigate the effect of different configurations (length of mooring lines and draft) on the performance of the moored floating breakwater. The draft of the floating breakwater is changed through the appropriate modification of mooring lines' length. Numerical results demonstrate the effects of the wave characteristics and mooring lines' conditions (slack-taut). The existence of ‘optimum’ configuration of the moored floating breakwater in terms of wave elevation coefficients and mooring lines' forces is clearly demonstrated, through a decision framework. 相似文献

In the paper, a comprehensive numerical study on the moored system is performed in time domain. The moored system, which is composed of the floating body sub-system and the mooring line sub-system, is calculated as a whole system by coupling. A time-domain method is applied to the analysis of the mooring line sub-system, and at the same time, an indirect time-domain method translated from frequency-domain to time-domain is developed to calculate the floating body sub-system. In the end, an FPSO vessel is calculated as a numerical example by the present method. A comparison of the result of the model test and that of the numerical method indicates that the present method is exact and effective. 相似文献

为找到具有工程实用价值的港口系泊船波浪力的时域计算方法,建立了在港口中存在系泊船时非线性波浪力时域计算的垂直二维耦合模型:用Boussinesq方程计算船的两侧的外域,用欧拉方程计算船底面下的内域,两域在交界面处的连接条件是流量连续和压力相等.将复平面内的边界元方法应用于所研究问题,对耦合模型进行了验证.进行了相关模型实验,实验结果与数值计算结果比较表明这两种数值计算模型都具有满意的精度,但耦合模型的计算效率要远远高于边界元方法的计算效率.本耦合模型的数学处理简单,可适用于工程计算. 相似文献

In this paper, we compare simulated forces and accelerations for a moored floating buoy with full-scale experimental results in real ocean waves. The buoy is moored with a wire connected by springs to a concrete foundation situated at the seafloor. This study aims to develop a computer model using potential theory with a linearized free-surface boundary condition to describe the motion of such a system. The intention is to use the model for future study of wave-energy absorption and design of converters. Another objective is to see how complex a model is required to get accurate results. The method used is computationally fast and makes it possible to couple linear buoy wave interaction with nonlinear generator models, so that different loads and latching can be studied. Results of the studies of the spatiotemporal variability in the hydrophysical and hydrodynamical structure of the shelf area and its dependence on the water dynamics of the deep-water zone of the Black Sea off Gelendzhik are presented and discussed. The field materials were collected in early October of 2006 with the use of traditional and new measurement techniques.
