八角形FPSO串靠外输系统耦合动力响应分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
针对100 m作业水深的八角形FPSO,提出采用穿梭油轮串靠的外输方案,研究串靠外输在南海的适用性。建立由八角形FPSO及其系泊系统、穿梭油轮及FPSO与穿梭油轮之间的系泊大缆等组成的浮式多体动力学模型,根据多浮体动力学理论进行耦合时域模拟。在外输海况条件下,分析了串靠连接的环境适应性及研究大缆载荷的响应特性,对连接大缆的长度、刚度等关键参数进行了敏感性分析。研究表明,串靠外输的形式对于八角FPSO具有足够的安全性和可靠性,系泊大缆受到明显的冲击张力,张力的幅值受大缆的长度和刚度影响较大。  相似文献

针对300 m作业水深下的八角形FPSO,提出采用穿梭油轮串靠的外输作业方案,研究外输过程中穿梭油轮与FPSO之间由于过分纵荡运动而引起的碰撞风险发生概率。建立由八角形FPSO及其系泊系统、穿梭油轮、系泊大缆等组成的浮式多体系统分析模型,在外输海况条件下,得到穿梭油轮与FPSO间距的时历曲线,结合极值理论,对过分纵荡运动进行预报,进而对外输系统的碰撞风险进行分析;揭示海流的方向变化对于外输系统碰撞风险的影响规律。  相似文献

The paper adresses accuracy improving of statistical prediction, extracted from a shorter stochastic process, using the information provided by another synchronous highly correlated stochastic process that has been measured for a longer time. As an example, the specific issue of improving extreme wind speed prediction has been addressed. For this purpose, an efficient transfer of information is necessary between two synchronous, highly correlated stochastic processes. 针对1 000 m水深作业的新型圆筒型浮式生产储卸油系统(FPSO),选择多点系泊FPSO和穿梭油轮串靠外输方案,分析串靠方案在中国南海的可行性。FPSO和穿梭油轮作业时两者之间相互影响的研究较为重要,通过ANSYS-AQWA建立水动力耦合分析模型,基于多浮体水动力学方法进行时域耦合仿真模拟。在FPSO作业海况下,分析了串靠外输时系泊锚链及系泊大缆的张力特性和两浮体的运动响应,对大缆的长度和刚度参数变化进行了分析。结果表明:串靠外输方案满足新型圆筒型FPSO的作业环境。随着系泊大缆长度增加,其张力最值逐渐减小,FPSO和穿梭油轮的最小间距逐渐增大。两浮体最小距离稳定在83 m左右。随着系泊大缆刚度增加,其张力最值增大,相比于大缆长度,大缆刚度对耦合系统的影响较弱。  相似文献

To minimize the computation burdens of long-term analysis, the mooring line top tensions under various short-term sea states were predicted using the pre-calculated nonlinear time domain analysis results of some selected sea states. A nonlinear autoregressive with an exogenous input (NARX) technique was introduced with a finite nonlinear memory length to predict the top-tension of a mooring line of the box-type floating production storage and offloading (FPSO). The NARX was designed in such a way that it takes the floater’s motions as its input and produces the mooring line top tension as an output. After training the NARX using the pre-calculated time series of the motions and tensions of some selected sea states, the tension time histories of different sea sates were predicted and compared with the direct time domain analysis results. In addition, to explore the nonlinearity of the system and its contribution to the response, the transfer functions of different orders were extracted after expanding the NARX equation using a Taylor series expansion. The nonlinear contributions coming from both the 3rd and 5th order were significant.  相似文献

It is ideal to design the best hull shape for a floating production storage and offloading unit (FPSO) that meets all performance criteria from an engineering point of view. However, in reality, it is difficult to satisfy all the criteria at the same time. If one of the performances cannot meet the criteria, then additional equipment or systems are installed to improve that performance. In this paper, when an FPSO cannot meet the towing stability inherently, we attempt to establish a procedure for determining an auxiliary towing system. Firstly, various systems that can be applied to the FPSO are compared and reviewed to improve the towing stability of the FPSO. Among them, using three active thrusters was chosen as the auxiliary towing system. Improvement of towing stability was verified from a towing model test conducted at the Maritime Research Institute Netherlands (MARIN). However, thruster cavitation was raised as a key problem when using thrusters for a purpose for which they were not intended. A thruster cavitation model test was additionally performed to check the safety of the thrusters. Based on these results, a safe operating range under extreme condition was confirmed by observing the occurrence of thruster cavitation. The predicted maximum unit total thrust of each thruster was compared with the observed safe operating range. Finally, the effectiveness and safety of the auxiliary towing system was verified.  相似文献

目前,由于串靠外输方式具有对船舶吨位差异及装载状况要求小、海况适应力强、系泊力小、解脱迅速等优点,而被广泛运用于浮式生产储卸油平台(FPSO)外输作业中。串靠提油作业时,位于穿梭油轮尾部的拖轮能够提供的最大有效拖力直接影响到了作业的安全性。为完善串靠提油作业时所需拖轮拖力的研究,提出更加合理的拖轮选型理论依据,就需要对拖力进行数值计算。首先,对FPSO与穿梭油轮串靠外输系统绕系泊单点旋转时所受风、浪、流等环境载荷进行全面考虑,建立了准动态受力平衡模型;然后,运用经验公式及AQWA软件计算出环境载荷大小,并依据计算结果拟合出环境载荷曲线;最后,配合受力平衡方程求解出能够保障作业安全进行所需的最小拖力。依照此方法计算所得拖力选取的拖轮能够兼顾作业安全性和使用经济性。  相似文献

FPSO船体姿态运动(纵摇和横摇)会对FPSO与穿梭油轮的靠泊、FPSO上直升机的起降、海上的补给等作业可能造成严重的影响。如能实现在一定时间内对FPSO船体姿态运动进行预报,则可大大提高这些作业的安全性和高效性。用AR(p)模型拟合FPSO纵摇运动,然后运用AR(p)模型的线性最小方差预报法进行预报,预报实例中用到的数据来自模型试验。结果表明,用时间序列法对FPSO纵摇运动进行极短期预报具有一定的精度和较小的计算量。  相似文献

以极浅水作业水深的FPSO串靠外输作业为背景,研究穿梭油轮尾部定位拖轮所需拖力大小,提出了基于动态耦合效应的拖轮拖力直接计算方法。基于三维势流理论,考虑浮式生产储油平台(FPSO)与穿梭油轮之间相互水动力干扰,进行动态耦合计算,根据力学平衡原理求得所需的拖轮拖力并分析其影响因素。结果表明:动态耦合模型算出的所需拖力值较之准动态模型更安全、经济;当FPSO与穿梭油轮距离为80 m时,既能保证外输安全性又能保证经济性;增大两船间距、增加穿梭油轮吃水、两船间采用双缆系泊,均能有效降低所需的拖轮拖力。研究结果可为FPSO串靠外输作业操作提供指导,具有一定的工程实用性。  相似文献

Robust prediction of extreme motions during wind farm support vessel(WFSV)operation is an important safety concern that requires further extensive research as offshore wind energy industry sector widens.In particular,it is important to study the safety of operation in random sea conditions during WFSV docking against the wind tower,while workers are able to get on the tower.Docking is performed by thrusting vessel fender against wind tower(an alternative docking way by hinging is not studied here).In this paper,the finite element software AQWA has been used to analyze vessel response due to hydrodynamic wave loads,acting on a specific maintenance ship under actual sea conditions.Excessive roll may occur during certain sea conditions,especially in the beam sea,posing a risk to the crew transfer operation.The Bohai Sea is the area of diverse industrial activities such as offshore oil production,wave and wind power generation,etc.This paper advocates a novel method for estimating extreme roll statistics,based on Monte Carlo simulations(or measurements).The ACER(averaged conditional exceedance rate)method and its modification are presented in brief detail in Appendix.The proposed methodology provides an accurate extreme value prediction,utilizing available data efficiently.In this study the estimated return level values,obtained by ACER method,are compared with the corresponding return level values obtained by Gumbel method.Based on the overall performance of the proposed method,it is concluded that the ACER method can provide more robust and accurate prediction of the extreme vessel roll.The described approach may be well used at the vessel design stage,while defining optimal boat parameters would minimize potential roll.  相似文献

The model test method of the FPSO and offloading system is investigated by using the development mode of “FPSO + CALM + TANKER” working in a 1700-m depth of offshore West Africa. An equivalent design based on static and dynamic similarity criteria for oil offloading line (OOL) is discussed, and a type of creative method for the equivalent design of OOL in a model test is proposed. Based on the static similarity criterion, the truncated design of the FPSO mooring system in water depth and horizontal directions is carried out. After that, a relevant static optimization is conducted. Meanwhile, to avoid interference between the FPSO mooring system and CALM mooring system, a horizontal equivalent design for the CALM mooring system is provided. On this basis, the model test scheme is conducted. Time domain coupled analyses for the whole system before and after truncation are later performed. After comparison, it is observed that the calculated results of the truncated system are basically consistent with those of the prototype system, and the design of the model test scheme is demonstrated to be robust and reliable.  相似文献

针对圆筒型海上储油装置FPSO垂荡运动性能较差、无法安装干式井口的问题,设计了带延伸筒体与矩形阻尼结构的圆筒型FPSO,根据延伸筒体与矩形阻尼结构是否通海分为两种型式。建立水动力计算模型,比较分析不同延伸筒体和阻尼结构型式对FPSO水动力性能的影响。针对南海作业海域,设计了悬链式系泊系统,基于JONSWAP波浪谱对FPSO的运动进行时域预报,并对系泊系统进行校核。分析结果表明:通海型FPSO垂荡固有周期显著提升,可以错开南海百年一遇谱峰周期,通海型FPSO满足钻井、安装干式井口的运动响应要求,系泊系统系缆张力满足规范要求。  相似文献

论文研究铰接系泊塔-油轮系统波流联合作用下的动力响应。考虑铰接塔-油轮单点系泊系统系缆刚度的非线性,将尼龙系缆处理为分段非线性刚度模型,采用M orison公式计算铰接塔的波浪载荷,采用线性波浪绕射理论计算波浪对油轮的作用,建立了两自由度耦合的分段非线性运动微分方程。计算了高177 m的铰接系泊塔和93 500 t油轮构成的FPSO系统的耦合动力响应,并讨论了系统运动对于系缆张力的影响。  相似文献

The design of mooring systems for floating production units usually considers extreme environmental conditions as a primary design parameter. However, in the case of FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading) units, the worst response for the mooring system may be associated with other sea state conditions due to the fact that its extreme response may be associated with a resonant period instead of an extreme wave height. The best way to deal with this problem is by performing long-term analysis in order to obtain extreme response estimates. This procedure is computationally very demanding, since many short-term environmental conditions, and their associated stochastic nonlinear time domain numerical simulations of the mooring lines, are required to obtain such estimates. A simplified approach for the long-term analysis is the environmental contour-line design approach. In this paper a Monte Carlo-based integration procedure combined with an interpolation scheme to obtain the parameters of the short-term response distribution is employed to hasten the long-term analysis. Numerical simulations are carried out for an FPSO at three different locations considering a North Sea joint probability distribution for the environmental parameters. The long-term analysis results are compared against those obtained using extreme environmental conditions and environmental contour-line methodology. These results represent the characteristic load effect for the design of mooring systems of floating units using the reliability analysis for mooring line. The results show that the long-term results are usually more critical than those obtained with the other approaches and even different mooring lines can be identified as the critical ones.  相似文献

The paper deals with the reliability-based design optimization (RBDO) of a riser support installed on a floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) unit under operation, extreme, damaged, and one line failure cases and installation loading conditions. The optimization problem is formulated such that probabilistic thickness variables described with random characteristics are determined by minimizing the weight of the riser support structure subjected to stress constraints for the given target reliability. The initial design model is generated based on actual FPSO riser support specifications. The finite element analysis is conducted using NASTRAN, and the probabilistic optimal solutions are obtained via the moving least squares method in the context of RBDO using a response surface meta-model. For the meta-modeling of the inequality constraint functions of stresses, a constraint-feasible moving least squares method (CF-MLSM) is adopted in the present study. The CF-MLSM has been shown to ensure constraint feasibility regardless of the nonlinearity of the constraint function, the feasible bounds, and the random characteristics during the meta-model-based RBDO process. The solution results from the proposed RBDO strategy present improved design performances under various riser operating conditions.  相似文献

The crashworthiness of the cargo containment systems (CCSs) of a floating liquid natural gas (FLNG) and the side structures in side-by-side offloading operations scenario are studied in this paper. An FLNG vessel is exposed to potential threats from collisions with a liquid natural gas carrier (LNGC) during the offloading operations, which has been confirmed by a model test of FLNG-LNGC side-by-side offloading operations. A nonlinear finite element code LS-DYNA is used to simulate the collision scenarios during the offloading operations. Finite element models of an FLNG vessel and an LNGC are established for the purpose of this study, including a detailed LNG cargo containment system in the FLNG side model. Based on the parameters obtained from the model test and potential dangerous accidents, typical collision scenarios are defined to conduct a comprehensive study. To evaluate the safety of the FLNG vessel, a limit state is proposed based on the structural responses of the LNG CCS. The different characteristics of the structural responses for the primary structural components, energy dissipation and collision forces are obtained for various scenarios. Deformation of the inner hull is found to have a great effect on the responses of the LNG CCS, with approximately 160 mm deformation corresponding to the limit state. Densely arranged web frames can absorb over 35% of the collision energy and be proved to greatly enhance the crashwo-rthiness of the FLNG side structures.  相似文献

建立软刚臂系泊系统的理论模型以及6自由度静恢复力特性计算分析的数学模型,模拟实际几何关系与力学作用机制。提出基于误差判断的变步长迭代搜索的数值逼近求解方法,以QHD32-6 FPSO软刚臂系泊系统的纵向和横向水平恢复力特性为例进行数值预报,并与国外设计公司计算结果以及模型试验结果进行比较分析。对比显示,该模型的数值计算结果符合良好,而且迭代计算次数少、收敛快、误差小,可用于海上软刚臂系泊系统静恢复力特性的预报。  相似文献

A constant tension winch controller has been designed to minimize peak tension loads encountered while towing heavy gear in rough sea conditions. The control unit consists of a pressure relief valve inserted in the hydraulic circuit of the winch. Operational tests with a towed plankton net system showed significant reduction in the cable tension peaks and marked improvement in the towed system behaviour.  相似文献

软刚臂系泊系统是一种利用压载质量为浮式生产储油装置(FPSO)提供回复力的单点系泊方式。为快速准确地评估多铰接组成的软刚臂系统的受力状态,避免应用高复杂度的有限元软件,进而快速完成优化设计等任务,建立一种静力计算方法十分有必要。因此,针对由刚臂(YOKE)、柔性系泊腿和压载舱组成的刚柔多体系统,以分解组合的方式,提出一种二维静力计算方法,用以研究FPSO软刚臂系泊系统的静力特性。该方法主要依靠软刚臂的几何构型,在有限铰接约束下,形成非线性静力平衡方程,建立了压载舱式水上软刚臂单点系泊系统二维静力平衡计算算法。采用OrcaFlex、SESAM等软件开展了理论和数值对比分析,同时与系泊试验结果开展验证分析。对比结果表明,文中所提方法计算精度较高,可为软刚臂单点系泊系统的研究提供可靠支持。  相似文献
