To examine the possibility that outer membrane proteins (OMP) of Synechococcus sp. remain in seawater, we investigated the stability of OMPs in vitro and in situ. Some fractions prepared from Synechococcus sp. CSIRO-94 were treated with trypsin and proteinase K. Four tightly bound OMPs were separated from Synechococcus. We designated the two major OMPs of 52 kDa and 48 kDa as Omp52Sy and Omp48Sy, respectively. Degradation of the OMP in natural seawater was monitored in microcosms to which intact Synechococcus cells and outer membrane (OM) were added. Omp52Sy and Omp48Sy were the most stable against trypsin and proteinase K among the OMPs when they were embedded in the OM. However, in the microcosm experiment using intact cells, Omp52Sy and Omp48Sy were detected in the particulate fraction only during the first 4 days, after which they could not longer be detected. Omp52Sy and Omp48Sy were the most stable proteins among the Synechococcus OMPs in vitro, but they might be degraded in situ. This indicates that stability of Synechococcus porin differs depending on complex formation with other membrane molecules, which might cause different preservation of microbial membrane proteins in the dissolved protein pool in the ocean. This study suggests that Gram negative bacterial OM with thin peptidoglycan forms a lipid bilayer that proptects OMP, but Synechococcus OM with thick peptidoglycan cannot form a lipid bilayer. The incomplete bilayer might not be able to protect from protease attack in the natural environment.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to test whether silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) released into estuarine environments result in increased antibiotic resistance amongst the natural bacterial population in estuarine sediments. A 50-day microcosm exposure experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of Ag-NPs (50 nm average diameter) on the antibiotic resistance of bacteria in sediments from an estuary in southwest England. Experimental microcosms were constructed using 3.5 kg sediment cores with 20 l of overlaying seawater treated with (final) Ag-NPs concentrations of 0, 50 or 2000 μg l−1 (n = 3). Sediment samples were screened at the end of the exposure period for the presence of bacteria resistant to eight different antibiotics. Multivariate statistical analyses showed that there was no increase in antibiotic resistance amongst the bacterial population in the sediment due to the dosing of the microcosms with Ag-NPs. This study indicates that, under the tested conditions, Ag-NPs released into the coastal marine environment do not increase antibiotic resistance among naturally occurring bacteria in estuarine sediments. These results contrast previous findings where antimicrobial effects of Ag-NPs on key bacterial species in laboratory experiments have been demonstrated, and reasons for this are discussed. The negligible effects demonstrated on bacterial populations under the selected estuarine conditions, provide important information on no observed effect concentrations (NOECs) for environmental regulation.  相似文献

A 42-d flow-through experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of the organo-phosphate pesticide, chlorpyrifos, and microcosm size (small: 144 cm2; large: 400 cm2) on benthic estuarine macroinvertebrate colonization. Nested central and perimeter (outside margin) cores were used to assess animal distribution within microcosms. Fine-grained, organically-rich (approximately 4.0% organic carbon and 20% dry wt) sediments were nominally fortified with chlorpyrifos controls, low (1.0) and high treatments (10.0 μg−1 wet sediment). Large microcosms contained a significantly (p < 0.05) higher average taxa richness (10.9) than small microcosms (8.6) but small microcosms contained a significantly greater average animal density (295.8; numerical abundance adjusted to unit area) than large microcosms (120.5). Density of the polychaete, Neanthes succinea, the amphipod, Corophium acherusicum, and the barnacle, Balanus sp., was significantly greater in small microcosms but density of Ensis minor was significantly greater in large microcosms. In small and large microcosms, respectively, densities averaged significantly greater numbers in perimeter cores (e.g. 203.1 and 75.1) vs central cores (71.9 and 45.4). Average density decreased significantly with increasing chlorpyrifos concentration from controls (326.8), to low (123.8) and high (78.8) treatments. The density decrease was significantly related only to C. acherusicum whose densities decreased from controls (285.8) to low (88.5) and high (43.9) dosed microcosms. Application of an equilibrium partitioning model indicated that density of C. acherusicum was sensitive to an estimated interstitial water concentration of approximately 0.48 μg liter−1. Non-metric multidimensional scaling ordination analyses provided important insights into response patterns not available through ANOVA procedures. A permutation procedure (ANOSIM) detected a significant size effect (p < 0.0001) and a significant effect between controls and low (p < 0.042) and high doses (p < 0.013) but not between low and high chlorpyrifos treatments (p < 0.465). A single species, C. ascherusicum, as in the ANOVA analyses, dominated contributions to community average percent dissimilarity in most combinations of microcosm size and chlorpyrifos treatment effects (range: 8.4–21.9%). Community structure differed significantly in several combinations of microcosm size, core position and chlorpyrifos treatment. Results confirm earlier work that intrinsic design factors influence benthic macroinvertebrate community structure and determine taxa available to pesticide exposure in microcosms.  相似文献

为了评估海洋酸化和富营养化耦合作用对近海浮游生态环境的影响,本研究以天津市近岸海域浮游植物群落的生物地球化学指标为研究对象,分别采用一次性及连续培养的方式模拟自然水华及稳态条件,探究其对二氧化碳(CO2)和硝酸盐浓度变化及二者耦合作用的响应。实验条件设置如下:1)对照:二氧化碳分压p(CO2)40.53 Pa、无硝酸盐添加;2)酸化:p(CO2)101.3 Pa、无硝酸盐添加;3)加N:p(CO2)40.53 Pa、添加硝酸盐50 μmol·L–1;4)酸化加N:p(CO2)101.3 Pa、添加硝酸盐50 μmol·L–1。实验结果表明,硝酸盐加富比酸化更加显著地促进浮游植物群落总叶绿素(Chl a)生物量及颗粒有机碳(POC)和颗粒有机氮(PON)积累,酸化和加N使浮游植物群落粒径大小升高。连续培养实验表明,酸化和N加富对Chl a、生物硅(BSi)、PON浓度、PON与颗粒有机磷(POP)比值(N/P)、POC与BSi比值(C/BSi)及沉降速率有协同交互作用,对POP和POC浓度及POC与PON比值(C/N)有拮抗性交互作用。在一次性培养后,酸化显著降低了浮游植物群落的沉降速率;而在连续培养后,酸化和N加富使浮游植物群落沉降速率显著升高。这些结果表明酸化和N加富对与近岸浮游植物相关的生物地球化学循环及在不同生长阶段的种群碳沉降存在不同的潜在影响及交互效应。  相似文献

The effects of nitrogen(N) addition on microbial biomass, bacterial abundance, and community composition in sediment colonized by Suaeda heteroptera were examined by chloroform fumigation extraction method, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) in a salt marsh located in Shuangtai Estuary, China. The sediment samples were collected from plots treated with different amounts of a single N fertilizer(urea supplied at 0.1, 0.2, 0.4 and 0.8 g/kg(nitrogen content in sediment) and different forms of N fertilizers(urea,(NH_4)_2SO_4, and NH_4NO_3, each supplied at 0.2 g/kg(calculated by nitrogen).The fertilizers were applied 1–4 times during the plant-growing season in May, July, August, and September of 2013. Untreated plots were included as a control. The results showed that both the amount and form of N positively influenced microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass nitrogen, and bacterial abundance. The DGGE profiles revealed that the bacterial community composition was also affected by the amount and form of N.Thus, our findings indicate that short-term N amendment increases microbial biomass and bacterial abundance,and alters the structure of bacterial community.  相似文献

There is a well-defined succession of micro-organisms which colonize powdered leaf debris from Spartina alterniflora and Juncus roemerianus, and aged natural detrital material when these were incubated in estuarine water at temperatures near to those recorded in the habitat at the time of collection. The natural assemblage of free-living bacteria in estuarine water rapidly enters logarithmic growth, subsequently declining with the increase in numbers of bactivorous microflagellates. These are then replaced by a mixed population of ciliates, choanoflagellates, amoeboid forms and attached bacteria which form part of a complex microbial community associated with particulate debris. The rate of increase of bacterial cells (μ), in both spring and summer experiments ranged from 0·010–0·108 h?1 whilst estimates of bacterial carbon production ranged from 1·5 to 10·1 μg C 1?1 h?1, values which conform well with estimates obtained from natural assemblages of marine bacteria in coastal and estuarine waters elsewhere. Although both the ease of degradation of the detrital substrate and incubation temperature are of importance, enrichment of both powdered Spartina leaf debris and aged natural detritus with inorganic nutrients evidently enhances bacterial production under experimental conditions. In addition, the amount of carbon utilized to sustain bacterial carbon production shows a significant reduction following enrichment with NH4, NO3 or combinations of NO3 + PO4. The bacterial carbon conversion efficiency (μg C incorporated into bacterial production per μg C consumed) × 100, based on powdered Spartina leaves, and aged natural detritus, is thus increased from 9–14%, to as much as 38% in nutrient enriched media. Since NH4, NO3 and PO4 values are generally low in the water column, it seems likely that bacteria achieve a carbon conversion of only 9–14% on natural suspended detrital material, with the possibility of an enhanced conversion of up to 38% occurring at the sediment-water interface where ammonia regeration occurs. This suggests that suspended bacteria which characterize estuarine waters of salt marsh areas may be responsible for the oxidation of 86–91% of the carbon which enters water column microheterotroph food chains, and are probably implicated in the large CO2 fluxes recently recorded from coastal wetland habitats.  相似文献

Field measurements on leaf removal by populations of sesarmid crabs at different locations in the Bangrong mangrove forest, Phuket, Thailand, indicated that crabs on average can remove 87% of the daily leaf litter fall by ingestion or burial. The removal rate is correlated positively with the number of crab burrows and negatively with tidal inundation time. The results from the field were supplemented with observations on the behavior of Neoepisesarma versicolor in laboratory microcosms and a mangrove mesocosm. N. versicolor feeds primarily at night and total time spent feeding was up to an order of magnitude higher in the artificial microcosms than under simulated in situ conditions in the mesocosm. Most of the time during both day and night was spent resting near the entrance or inside burrows. N. versicolor mainly feeds on mangrove leaves and scraps of food material from the sediment surface. This is supported by examinations of stomach content, which showed that 62% is composed of higher plant material and 38% of detritus and mineral particles from the sediment. The nutritive value of leaves and detritus is insufficient to maintain crab growth. Sesarmid crabs may instead obtain the needed nutrients by occasional consumption of nitrogen-rich animal tissues, such as carcasses of fish and crustaceans, as indicated by the presence of animal remains in the stomach and the willingness of crabs to consume fish meat. Laboratory experiments on leaf consumption and leaf preferences of N. versicolor indicate that they preferentially feed on brown leaves, if available, followed by green and yellow leaves. If all species of sesarmid crabs in the Bangrong mangrove forest consume leaves at the same rate as N. versicolor, they could potentially ingest 52% of the total litter fall.  相似文献

为研究厚壳贻贝(Mytilus coruscus)生长海域微生物群落的结构与多样性特征,初步探究海域微生物群落及共生菌对贻贝生长的影响,分别采集舟山市东极镇庙子湖岛和嵊泗县枸杞岛厚壳贻贝养殖区和野生生长区海水样品,利用16S rRNA扩增子测序技术,比较分析不同海域微生物群落的组成及丰度特征以及微生物群落的差异;同时对厚壳贻贝体内的微生物进行了初步的分离鉴定。研究结果显示,嵊泗厚壳贻贝野生生长海域10 m水深的微生物丰富度显著大于5 m水深,东极厚壳贻贝养殖区海域10 m水深微生物丰富度也而明显大于5 m水深。东极和嵊泗厚壳贻贝的生长海域形成了较为稳定微生物群落结构,嵊泗海域主要优势菌群为十八杆菌属Octadecabacter、假交替单胞菌属Pseudoalteromonas、厌氧氨氧化菌属Candidatus_Portiera、沉积物陆丹氏菌属Loktanella和弧菌Vibrio;东极海域主要优势菌群为厌氧氨氧化菌属Candidatus_Portiera、海洋氨氧化古菌属Nitrosopumilus、蓝细菌聚球藻属Synechococcus和弧菌属Vibrio。PCA分析结果表明东极和嵊泗两个海域的厚壳贻贝野生生长区的微生物群落相似度明显低于养殖区的微生物群落相似度,且这种差异在嵊泗海域尤为明显。同时在贻贝体内分离出了假交替单胞菌、黏着杆菌以及弧菌,而这三种菌在海水样品中也大量存在,由此可初步判定这三类细菌能够随水流进入贻贝体内,并可能对贻贝的附着、生长以及防病等生理功能产生一定的影响。  相似文献

In the last few years, scanning electron microscope (SEM) has been widely used to observeand study community structure and succession of the microfouling organisms on various solid surfaces immersed in the sea, polysaccharide components of bacterial slime layer, two-tier microfouling layer structure , metal corrosion products in the attached process and character-istics of attached microorganisms on the coating surfaces. The SEM observations indicated that substrate components exposed to natural seawater are one of the important factors affecting microbial adhesion. The present paper examined the influences of several metal materials, from which ship is usually made on microbial adhesion during the exposure to seawater by the SEM and discussed the material selecting problems from the anti-microfouling point of view.  相似文献

No. 2 fuel oil-sea water dispersions were added to three large scale (13 m3) microcosms twice weekly for a period in 1977 and a 4 month period in 1978. Water column concentration of total hydrocarbons averaged 190 μg litre−1 in 1977 and 93 μg litre−1 in 1978. Several responses of t the phytoplankton community in the oiled microcosms, relative to control microcosms, were similar during both periods of oil addition: total phytoplankton abundance and chlorophyll concentration were elevated, species diversity was higher and diatoms represented a greater proportion of the total p phytoplankton abundance than flagellates during 4 months of oil addition in 1977 and the entire period of oil addition in 1978. Phytoplankton species composition in the oiled microcosms was similar to the source water, Narragansett Bay, but the microcosm assemblages were numerically dominated by populations of the diatom Chaetoceros spp. and nanoflagellates in 1977 and several Chaetoceros spp. in 1978. Reduced predation pressure and altered herbivore feeding behaviour combined with the low level, non-lethal (to the majority of phytoplankton populations), concentrations of No. 2 fuel oil in the water column are postulated as mechanisms that can account for the elevated phytoplankton abundance in the oiled microcosms relative to the controls.  相似文献

The bioavailability of nutrients is important in controlling ecological processes and nitrogen cycling in oligotrophic mangrove forests, yet the variation of diazotrophic community structure and activity with nutrient availability in sediments remains largely unexplored. To investigate for the first time how nutrients in sediments affect spatial and temporal patterns of diazotrophic community structure and activity, the sedimentary environment of Twin Cays, Belize, was examined with respect to the effects of long‐term fertilization [treatments: control (Ctrl), nitrogen (N), and phosphorus (P)] on N2 fixation rates and nifH gene community structure. We found that N2 fixation rates were significantly higher at the P‐treatment, intermediate at the Ctrl‐treatment and lower in the N‐treatment (P: 4.2 ± 0.5, Crtl: 0.8 ± 0.1, N: 0.4 ± 0.1 nmol·N·g?1·h?1; P < 0.001) with spatial (Ctrl‐ and P‐treatments) and temporal (only P‐treatment) variability positively correlated with live root abundance (r2 = 0.473, P < 0.001) and concentration (r2 = 0.458, P < 0.0001). The community structure of diazotrophs showed larger spatial and temporal variability in the fertilized treatments than in the Ctrl‐treatment, with the relative abundance of OTUs (nifH operational taxonomic units) at the fertilized treatments inversely related to live root abundance. Overall, long‐term fertilization (with either N or P) affects not only nutrient levels in mangrove sediments directly, but also spatial and temporal patterns of both community structure and activity and likely plant‐microbe interactions as well. Our findings suggest that the maintenance of natural nutrient conditions in mangrove sediments is important to ensure the stability of microbial functional groups like diazotrophs.  相似文献

The effect of sediment resuspension on the mineralization of phenanthrene was examined in microcosms and sediment slurries. In computer-controlled, flow-through microcosms, 14C-phenanthrene-amended sediments were resuspended into overlying oxic water at frequencies of 12, 4, 1, 0.25 and 0 d(-1). In slurry bottle experiments 14C-phenanthrene-amended sediments were continuously resuspended under oxic (excess air headspace) and anoxic (N2 headspace) conditions and mineralization was measured at periods from 2 h to 7 days. Our main findings were: (1) mineralization rate constants from the microcosms ranged from 0.001 to 0.01 d(-1) and increased with frequency of resuspension, (2) these rates fell between those measured in oxic and anoxic slurries and were predicted within a factor of 2.5 by a model in which mineralization depended on the degree of oxygen exposure, and (3) the phenanthrene-degrading bacterial community was more active in resuspended sediments incubated in the microcosms than in sediments which were not resuspended, or which were stored under refrigeration. We conclude from these experiments that the effects of sediment resuspension on phenanthrene degradation are consistent with a primary role of average oxygen exposure, and also an alteration in the PAH-degrading activity of microbial populations.  相似文献

Community metabolism and nutrient, iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) cycling were examined in two intertidal, marine, microbial mat communities during short (4–5 days) incubations in closed, flow-through microcosms. Sediment microcosms were incubated under either light (light–dark cycles) or dark (continuous darkness) conditions to assess the effect(s) of photosynthetic oxygen production and microalgal activity on nutrient, Fe and Mn cycling. The effects of chemical redox reactions between reduced sulphur (S), Fe and Mn cycling were examined by blocking sulphate reduction, and reduced S production, with 25 mM molybdate while incubating under dark conditions.In light-incubated microcosms, negligible fluxes of nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus) and trace metals were observed. A substantial sediment–water flux of reduced Fe (Fe2+) and Mn (Mn2+) was observed in microcosms incubated under continuous darkness; highest fluxes were observed in molybdate-amended microcosms. At both sites, biologically-mediated redox reactions accounted for a substantial (>50%) portion of the Fe2+and Mn2+flux. Both microbial mat communities exhibited similar rates of gross photosynthetic oxygen (O2) production, but dramatically different rates of net benthic O2flux. Distinct patterns of net O2production and trace metal cycling arose from differences in either trace metal oxide availability or reactivity (mineralogy), organic carbon mineralization rates, or sediment characteristics (porosity). Variations in the microbial community responsible for trace metal cycling could have also contributed to the pattern. The present data illustrate that chemically-mediated redox reactions between metal oxides and reduced S complicate interpretation of Fe and Mn fluxes, underscoring the need to separate chemical and biological reactions when attempting to determine the role of biological trace metal reduction in organic carbon oxidation.  相似文献

Although environmental factors such as grain size and organic carbon content may influence the distribution of microbes in marine sediments, there has been little experimental study of the topic to date. To investigate how those sediment variables affect microbial colonisation under in situ conditions, deep‐sea sediments and artificial sediments (glass beads, sands) were incubated in the Arctic deep sea at 2500 m water depth with or without chitin, one of the most important carbon polymers in marine environments. Microbial abundance, biomass, chitobiase activity and changes in community structure were monitored after 7 days and 1 year. In control sediments without chitin addition, no significant changes in microbial abundance, biomass and activity were observed after 1 year. In the presence of chitin, however, considerable increases in these parameters were recorded in all three sediment types tested. Regardless of chitin addition, natural deep‐sea sediments were always associated with higher values of microbial abundance, biomass and activity compared with artificial sediments. Sediment type was always found to be the most significant factor explaining variation in enzymatic activity and bacterial community structure as compared to the effects of chitin amount, incubation time, and changes in cell number or biomass. Overall, this is the first in situ study that has addressed the effects of multiple factors and their interactions on abundance, biomass, activity and community structure of microbial communities in the deep Arctic Ocean.  相似文献

作为高附加值水产养殖物种,仿刺参(Apostichopusjaponicus)的病害和病原微生物研究受到人们关注,但对其共生菌群组成、地域性差异及与水体环境间交流等方面的研究仍十分有限。本研究收集了来自中国、日本和韩国共786例仿刺参肠道、水体和沉积物的16SrRNA基因高通量测序数据,比较细菌群落组成以探寻仿刺参肠道微生物与环境和地域之间的关系。分析结果显示,尽管仿刺参肠道、水体和沉积物中各细菌组分的比例不同,但共有菌属甚多,表明仿刺参可以从外界环境大量获取微生物。与水体和沉积物的样本类型相比,仿刺参肠道微生物多样性最低且所含菌属的种类最少,进一步提示仿刺参肠道对外界来源的微生物进行了富集和筛选,其中变形细菌门(Proteobacteria)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、嗜冷杆菌属(Psychrobacter)和利斯顿氏菌属(Listonella)的富集尤为明显。中国、日本和韩国来源的仿刺参肠道微生物Alpha多样性无显著差异,但主坐标分析将它们聚为不同的簇,且各自拥有独特的细菌门类。比较中国渤海和黄海两个海区的仿刺参肠道菌群获得了相似的结果,体现出广泛的地域性差异。基于细菌分类的功能预测发现三个国家仿刺参肠道微生物均具有发酵、化能异养和需氧化能异养功能,表明共生菌群在功能上存在共性,并可能对宿主生理产生相同的作用。本研究揭示了仿刺参肠道微生物在不同地域之间存在明显差异,并且与水体环境之间存在着密切的联系,能够为仿刺参共生微生物及其与宿主健康的相关性研究提供基础性资料,并可能在自然循环过程和渔业资源保护过程中发挥作用。  相似文献

Spatial distribution, diversity, and composition of bacterial communities within the shallow sub-seafloor at the deep-sea hydrothermal field of the Suiyo Seamount, Izu-Bonin Arc, Western Pacific Ocean, were investigated. Fluids were sampled from four boreholes in this area. Each borehole was located near or away from active vents, the distance ranging 2–40 m from active vents. In addition, fluids discharging from a natural vent and ambient seawater were sampled in this area. We extracted DNA from each sample, amplified bacterial 16S rRNA genes by PCR, cloned the PCR products and sequenced. The total number of clones analyzed was 348. Most of the detected phylotypes were affiliated with the phylum Proteobacteria, of which the detection frequency in each clone library ranged from 84.6% to 100%. The bacterial community diversity and composition were different between hydrothermal fluids and seawater, between fluids from the boreholes and the vent, and even among fluids from each borehole. The relative abundances of the phylotypes related to Thiomicrospira, Methylobacterium and Sphingomonas were significantly different among fluids from each borehole. The phylotypes related to Thiomicrospira and Alcanivorax were detected in all of the boreholes and vent samples. Our findings provide insights into bacterial communities in the shallow sub-seafloor environments at active deep-sea hydrothermal vent fields.  相似文献

化学消油剂的使用已成为国内外海洋溢油事故应急处理的重要措施之一。本文分别从光明化学消油剂GM-8的用量、油水比及环境pH等方面,对正十四烷及原油乳化效果进行分析。结果表明, GM-8对正十四烷及原油的乳化效果较好,当化学消油剂的用量为原油的5%时,正十四烷及原油的乳化指数较高。在消油剂与原油用量比为一定值时,原油的乳化效果与海水的量几乎没有关系。环境pH对GM-8乳化原油的影响不大,乳化后的原油可以在海洋环境中稳定7 d以上。GM-8对原油的微生物降解有一定的增强作用。N/P、环境的pH以及微生物的接种量等均对乳化原油的生物降解有较大的影响。当微生物的接种量由培养基的1%增加到10%时,乳化原油的微生物降解率增加了一倍以上,达到91.6%。  相似文献

自2007年以来,浒苔绿潮已经连续15年在南黄海暴发。浒苔(Ulva prolifera)作为主要肇事藻种,在暴发过程中向海水释放大量的溶解有机碳(DOC)。然而,这些藻源DOC能否长期保存在海洋中,主要取决于它们的生物可利用性,目前关于此方面的研究甚少。本研究在浒苔绿潮大规模暴发时期(2019年6月),分别在浒苔暴发海区和无浒苔海区各选择3个站位富集表层海水,在实验室进行长期(300 d)的DOC降解实验。结果发现,在60 d内,不同站位富集海水中的DOC浓度随着微生物的利用快速下降,微生物丰度也在第60天达到峰值,表明这些被消耗的DOC是生物可利用性高的活性DOC(LDOC)。60 d后,剩余的DOC可抵抗微生物的降解,在60~300 d内保持稳定,表明这些DOC是具有强稳定性的惰性DOC(RDOC)。最终发现,浒苔暴发海水的RDOC占富集DOC的46%,明显高于无浒苔海水的(36%)。并且,荧光溶解有机物(FDOM)中活性的类蛋白组分随着微生物的利用被快速消耗,惰性的类腐殖质组分逐渐积累,暗示了在降解过程中LDOC逐渐向RDOC转化。可见,浒苔绿潮暴发除了在短时间内增加海水中的DOC浓度,在长时间尺度上也可增加近海RDOC库的积累。  相似文献

This article summarizes the author's current work on microbial degradation of nucleic acid. The aim of this work is to elucidate parts of the saprogenic process in the marine ecosystem through the study of the behavior of nucleic acid-hydrolyzing bacteria inhabiting seawater and sediments.Considerably large population of nucleic acid-hydrolyzing bacteria was found to occur in seawater and sediments. The main genera of these microbes areVibrio spp. in coastal seas, andPseudomonas spp. in the oceanic waters. As a result of microbial attack, nucleic acid components are released into seawater. The properties of extracellular nuclease produced by a marineVibrio sp. are well adapted to the seawater environment; consequently this enzyme has high activity and stability in seawater. By determining nuclease activity in seawater and sediments, the intensities of nucleic acid-hydrolysisin situ were evaluated.Distribution patterns of marine bacteria are also discussed in reference to the occurrence of phytoplankton in seawater.  相似文献

为探究自然海区与室内养殖环境对软体动物壳色及壳表面细菌群落多样性的影响,以黑色壳长牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)为研究对象,在自然海区与室内环境分别暂养30 d后,对长牡蛎的壳色及壳表面细菌群落的多样性和差异细菌功能进行分析。结果表明,室内养殖的黑壳长牡蛎出现较为明显的壳褪色现象,其黑色素含量显著下降,远低于自然海区养殖的黑壳长牡蛎。16S rRNA基因测序结果显示,变形杆菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、蓝细菌(Cyanobacteria)为长牡蛎壳表面的主要优势菌,其中变形杆菌的丰度超过50%。在门水平上,放线菌(Actinobacteria)、俭菌超门(Parcubateria)和Bacterial rice cluster 1(BRC1)在室内、外养殖长牡蛎之间存在较为显著的差异(P<0.05),而具有降解作用的放线菌和俭菌超门细菌在室内养殖的黑壳长牡蛎壳表面丰度较高。在属水平上,两组之间存在显著差异的细菌共计67种。该研究揭示了不同生境条件下,黑壳长牡蛎壳表面的微生物群落物种组成及差异,为解析长牡蛎壳色的形成机制提供了新的分析视角。  相似文献
